If you guys value your stuff do not go there! Today I have the worst feeling! I went to pick up my Christmas tree! So when I opened that smell and than water every where! I went to talk to guy and said what happened? He told me oh after the hurricane when sent a letter that we never got! But I told him for the past two years you guys called to make the payment and you guys can’t call me for that!!! They don’t secure anything!!! I feel bad and angry at the same time!! I been paying 62+ a month for a Christmas decorations nothing!!

Super friendly service provided by the staff here. Ive just rented a storage unit here for the second time. Last time was about 4 years ago. The process was just as painless this time as it was then. The prices are very reasonable and they explain their policies clearly and concisely. Would definitely use again.

Really helpful staff. Affordable. Would be nice if it stayed open later. They have grown since I first started going. Elevator is a pain sometimes because you have to go look for it to use it... But that is common with these types of places.

The only thing nice about this place is the manager (female), she was always kind &patient now the worker named Luis nice guy but argumentative.I’ve paid 1 yr & 3 months of storage fees which totaled up to a little over $1,823.00 for NOTHING! EVERYTHING in the storage unit was COVERED in mold spores. The whole bottom floor smells of mold.I will now have to pay a mold remediation company to salvage what can be salvaged & throw the rest away. Such a waste of money.If you value your stuff & what to keep your stuff DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE PLACE!

The facility isnt the nicest place but the prices are reasonable, but when I found a bug in my unit and bought it to the managers attention he dismissed my concerns stating He cant control what people place in their units which may cause bugs. Needless to say I was surprised by his dismissive attitude

Budget self storage is pretty decent. For the most part the hours are cut short compared to other storages but the prices are much more affordable. No contracts and its month to month so its not bad if you need a decent storage for the time being.

Friendly staff, clean place, and reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

I rented from Jan2017 to Aug 2017. I dont visit often because i moved but when I went to get my stuff they was mice poop everywhere and a while that they previously new about. Most of my stuff is ruin and has to be clean. The only thing they did was give ne 150$

Its an old ice cream factory building turned into storage. The walls are unbelievably sick. I wish they build apartments like that these days

Hours are 8am-6pm. Ive been there several times at 8am on the dot and the front desk lady doesnt get in until 8:45am-9am. When I asked her to confirm the facilitys hours, she said they open at 8am. Very unrealiable and unprofessional.
