Tucked away in what is currently an unlikely location, this self-storage place is unique. A small facility but a lot larger than it seems from the road. Keypad combination access. Many small units. Narrow drive/parking but if it isnt active, you can manage just fine.

Best rates around! Units are very clean, and very secure. It’s great to deal with a local organization. All the people employed here are all local residents including the owner. The staff was Very accommodating and professional.

Made multiple attempts to reach Jonathans Sto Away about an issue and received no response. However, rest assured that if they need something from you ($), they all of the sudden become very consistent with their communication. The unit itself is fine, the management, no so much.

This place does not look good at all to keep your belongings in. Me and my husband went to look at one to rent and the door would not open at first and then when it did someone already was renting it.

This place is in a convenient location, near Kirkwood Highway, Wilm., DE. I kept a storage here for 2 years. They are excellent with communication and cleanliness. They are also very cool when it comes to payment arrangements. Cant pay your bill? Just call Jon and make payment arraingements. Its that simple... They arent in a big rush to auction your stuff. I moved a 1 bedroom apartment into my storage and just finished my rental period. All my stuff is in good condition! Weve had some mean weather in the last 2 years.... Thanks Jonathans StoAway.

My unit 25A leaked. The problem seemed to be ongoing as some of my belongings were wet and covered in mold. I asked for a refund of the unit and Jonathan was very uncaring and unhelpful.
