The staff and the cleanliness of the facility is one I have yet to experience. Rashawn is always a pleasant person to deal with.

Customer Service has been great thus far. The manager explained everything thoroughly. Prices, Hours of Operation, and Insurance. Big Sign on sides of facility that you can see from the highway says First Month Free and fine print on same sign says Only on certain units. Remember there is nothing free in life.... Lol

The Escalation Manager Zena, was VERY good at taking an aggravating situation and making it tenable.She displayed patience, was informative, even empathetic, and remained professional throughout the entire experience.I do NOT approve of the company policy of random rate increases which appear whimsical, and vulturistic! But, since I had to go through it, I appreciate that it was this young lady. She went above and beyond to ease the financial strain and made the whole situation less distasteful!Truthfully, its because of her that I am going to continue to utilize your services! Had she not been as good as she was you would have one less customer!That, I believe says it all as to this young ladies value!

Terrible experience. My unit was rat invested. So much stuff had to be trashed, and so many items was damaged because of the rats. Not a storage facility I would recommend.

First I would like to say Rashawn was my first contact and he was smiling through the mask. He made me feel like my property would be safe there. He explained in detail what would be expected from me as a tenant and the company. He apologized for the operator who did not inform me of all charges and some how made me feel better about paying them. Overall I loved the attention I was givin by both him and Semy they were great.

Seny was very polite knowledgeable and fast great service. While Seny showed me around and answered my many questions, Rashawn actually completed my reservation by phone. He was sooooo polite and helpful. He has an unexplained energy that makes you feel welcome and easy about using storage. I am a first time storage user and I was very uneasy about using a storage facility. 2 days later I went back in to purchase an item and Rashawn still had that same energy. All is well here, The help was incredible from the manager (cenny). Very attentive, knowledgeable and curtious.However the facility is located in a very small area, please be advised it can get crowded. I would recommend and use this facility again.

I found the registration process to be quick and easy. The unit chosen was just right for my needs and very accessible.

After what was a horrible moving experience with a company that was supposed to do my move and store my furniture, this place was a breath of fresh air. At the last minute the storage company I was using decided they didnt want my business (because I had the audacity to ask the owner 2 questions and to him that was a red flag) and he told the truck to bring the stuff back to my apt. I had already moved out of my apt and had nowhere else to take my 1 Bedroom apt worth of furniture and boxes. I called Extra Spaces main line and the woman on the phone had me confirmed for a unit before I could even arrive on property. We got there 20 minutes before closing and it didnt seem like we would be able to get anything in. Enter Rashawn. Rashawn went out of his way to be helpful. He got me set up in the unit, stayed later than he should have to ensure my items got in and because the movers were such disasters, when they couldnt fit everything in because they did the small items first - he volunteered to store some items for me overnight in the back room if i could guarantee getting back there the next day. If not for Rashawn, i would have had to paid these movers 24 hours of OT to store my stuff overnight, or thrown half of my belongings out. A good man, working for a good company - I am so happy I have my life stored with ExtraSpace and not Father & Sons Moving (if youre in the Newark area DO NOT use them) - Rashawn was a ray of humanity and light in an otherwise dark day.
