Store is well stocked but poor customer service. During a 30 minute shopping trip, no one asked if they could help me despite several employees walking around the store. The cashier was clearly texting while I completed my transaction. Very disappointed.

I have shopped her for YEARS. I have spent an ungodly amount of money. At one point it was my go to for hair products and laundry soap. Front end management has become crass and hard to deal with. I want you guys to know that if customers like me stop shopping in the stores then you do NOT HAVE A JOB! IF you dont like customer service then quit and get a different profession. Im very disappointed on how I was treated by management. Cashier was very pleasant and embarrassed for me.

I love Bed Bath and Beyond. They have a wonderful selection of products. I can always find something in there.

The store personnel were very welcoming and helpful. Because of them we readily found everything we needed and were in and out in mere minutes. The store was nicely stocked. Got out of there before I ended up getting more than I needed. 🤣🤣

Found the item I was purchasing was on sale at 2 nearby stores for $50 less then BB&B’s price. Instead of simply price matching like I wanted, they told me about a coupon they had. I ended up saving $90.

Great selection of home ware. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. If youre planning a big purchase get a beyond membership, itll save you a lot.

Even though the goods they sell are mostly good its the smell that keeps me from going. The perfume is so strong I get an instant headache the minute I walk in.

Most items I was looking to purchase was made in china so I left without making a purchase. Employees are willing to help and answer questions.

I have always shopped with this company in many states as well as our own. Really excellent quality, products & brands; however, the remodels added higher pricing items & most likely lower sales than anticipated. I wish they would ask their customers...make the upscale, expensive offerings in a specific store area & return to reasonable pricing in others. I wont pay hundreds of dollars for sheets...thats beyond my budget & can be stocked in a small specific ares. Do you really need to sit & sip coffee with the expansion & cafe seating? How many buy after the sipping? We all buy brands well rated & reliable. If its a hit..good for you! I wont address the wines in a store well known for bed, bath, kitchen & drug store options that are household items. Many shoppers feel the same..wine/liquor stores are preferred. I dont write reviews..I am a loyal customer for YEARS!!! I heard some stores will be closing..How very sad...the Pandemic surely did damage on retail.

July 13,2019 - come to the store to purchase an espresso machine that is on sale. Excellent they set it aside for me like she said they would. Try the sample machine and decide that its the one. Buy 3 bottles of Torani syrup for our new machine....get home, and hour and a half later because of bridge traffic, walk through the door and the bottle carriers bottom breaks and dont you know....ALL THREE BOTTLES SHATTER!!!!!! Another hour wasted in cleaning up syrup that is not only in my laundry room, but my kitchen and mud room as well. Perfect. So you think they will do anything about it...drive back over! Find a different company than this place!!!! Full of disappointment, especially my children who were looking forward to Carmel steamers with our new machine. And raspberry soda stream water.😠July 9, 2019 - sampled their espresso machines since apparently this is the only bed bath and beyond that does such things...I love in Virginia Beach and I fall in love with a machine....May 2019 - They had hurricane style lanterns on clearance.....but they literally put a sticker of 24.99 over the label on the actual lantern that said 19.99. and would not take the discount off the label of 19.99. I did not get it!

I love going to Bed, Bath, and Beyond. Theres always some really cool kitchen tool to make things easier. They have all kinds of products to make your home run and look great. Beautiful bedding, awesome cleaning products, lovely dishes and glasses, quality cooking pots and pans, and dont forget the wide range in health and beauty items.

It just like any other BB&B. Workers are helpful some are slower than others in helping you. If one is smiling and says a welcoming comment. You can pretty much go to them and they know there stuff. The Beyond Membership is definitely worth the price for the savings. You do get a special line if you are a member. Its supposed to allow you to jump the long line. But the workers quite often dont see you standing there and it doesnt work out in your favor.

A very different BB&B compared to the others in the area. The layout was slightly more haphazard but it looked nice. There is a keurig testing station, very interesting concept.We were asked a few times if we needed assistance which isn’t always something you’ll find in retail anymore. Very pleased.

Im definitely a coupon shopper and love the fact that even if the coupon has an expired expiration date on it, they will still accept it. Bed Bath & Beyond has some very good deals and if you are a comparative shopper, like me, you can get a great deal on many products. Our store is always well stocked and very neat.

I had the best time in Bed Bath&Beyond! A little disappointed I could not find any Dallas Cowboys fixing, but Bb&B has to be one of the best stores to shop in. Plenty of new products to check out especially for someone just moving into their own place, or great gift ideas for wedding gifts, or gift cards which I did purchase along with my king size brand new pillow that I cant wait to go to sleep and use I brought 1for my son and my mom.

Our salesperson Robert was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He ordered our product for us and applied our discount. We were there less than 10 mins and our order was done.

The remodeling looks amazing. Doesnt feel congested when standing in line anymore. The coffee station was an interesting experience. I really like the idea of trying out different K-cup flavors before buying a box. Letting customers try out a full cup coffee is a terrific idea since thats how we drink the coffee anyway.

Had to buy gifts for under $5. This store did not disappoint. I got amazing gifts that were extremely welcomed by recipients. Always love this store.

Store has been completely redesigned to now include wine and food. Not sure what has been deleted but we found the bathroom accessories we required. Time will tell.

That Halloween clearance was so good! Dont usually go here otherwise though because Im broke but holiday clearance! 75% off, i can do that 😂

You pay a little more (sometimes) here than at Target or Walmart but the selection is better. Staff friendly and helpful. Use 20 or 25 percent off coupons when they come out in papers and magazines to get a great deal.

I love the new styles available at this location. Such cute rugs and accessories at good prices! I hope all the stores get this selection of accessories and rugs. The front registers are updated and the layout is refreshing!

Love this store. I become a kid in a candy store. Its very well organized and can find what you need. Went with my mom and she got more than what she needed and used a coupon for some savings. Anything you need for your home they have it.

I loved the old store lay out. The new layout has cut out a lot of things that you cannot purchase in store but have to go online. We live in a no patience society and people dont want to wait for an online order. Most will go elsewhere to purchase in store. BB&B looks like theyre trying to be Home Goods. Im sorry this has happen. They were the go to store for everything. Now, we have to go to several places to buy what we used to be able to buy at Bed Bath & Beyond in one stop.

I try not to go to this store, as I always buy something that I was not going to😂. Its my favorite kind of store, I can find things there that are not sold in other stores. Our experience today was ok. We bought what we needed, the cashier was very nice and patient while I was searching for the coupon on my phone.Cannot say anything bad about the store.

One sales person helped me and did not complete the services. She left me while I was trying to get additional information from her to be with another customer. So I looked for her while she was still in the store and waited till she finished with her customer that she left me for. And when I told her I wasnt finished she asked me to hurry up because she had another customer she was working with. I told her I was not going to hurry up and I put down all the items I was going to purchase and I reported her to the store manager. They lost purchase and the customer.

Love the new cashier/check-out redesign. Also, if never checked the toiletries section before. Moe variety and value than ANY of the big box drug store chains. Really surprised at the variety of those 99¢ - $1.99 small size items (to meet FAA/Homeland Security 3 oz rule)

This location is decidedly different than other BB&B stores. Its a if a Pier One and CVS were swallowed up. We were told this is one of 3 stores nationwide using this experimental set up. Well worth the visit. Product selection is improved. For those that like coffee....try the free coffee bar. Big surprise

I had not been since the remodel, and everything looks superb, far less cluttered than it once felt. Some products had definitely been there a long time, and looked like a year of dust had built up on them, but it was not often.

Can not say enough good things about this store and especially Sarah. She walked us through the entire wedding registry process and worked with us for almost 4 hours (well past closing time). She helped explain traditions, coordinate colors, and suggest items we wouldnt have thought of ourselves. She was so energetic and paitent and made the entire experience so much more fun than we had expected. Best customer service Ive ever had ANYWHERE. So thankful for her and the entire store staff.

The store has been totally remodeled since the last time I was there. It is much more bright and wide open than it ever has been. Customer service there has always been excellent to include the floor people, not just the cashiers.

I was told not so long time ago by one of the employees that I can reserve Sodastream Co2 bottles and so I did.I called and reserved it gave my name and they said can pick it up.I drove 5 miles for nothing they did not reserve it for me and said they dont know who I spoke to but they dont reserve them or keep them on hold for customers which is a lie. They were very rude and their customer service was the worse .Never going back again 😡

The store Manager Dean in the Newportnews Location has very good customer service also the Woman working the Bridal registry were very pleasant assisting me with purchasing from the registry that was not working at the time. Over all the store was good but got to the check out the young lady Jessica didnt even speak I was kind of surprise because I never had this problem before she didnt ask if we found everything ok. Kinda disappointed

This is a great store. I loved the layout and ease of shopping. I found the cashier Barbara to be extremely helpful. She helped me with the complimentary gift box and wrap area making sure my items were a perfect fit. The next time Im in Newport News, Ill gladly shop this store.

I love the new remodel! I usually avoid bed bath and beyond because it is so overwhelming with everything being ceiling-to-floor and row upon row, but their new remodel has helped it feel a little more light and displays their merchandise beautifully.

Who knew bed bath and bejond sold wine too.Looking for shower shoes but missed them in store stock for college event. Staff went to back of store to seek but the one remaining pair were not my size.Did pick up a few good deals in holiday clearance

Associate were very helpful because the items that I wanted were not in store but she ordered them and had them sent to my house. Nice clean store.

Customer service is excellent. Thei asked if we needed help.. and then cheerfully provided it.

They have a new layout which is a bit overwhelming to the eye. Staff is polite and helpful. The main issue I have is that items of similar use arent always placed next to each other. They are sometimes spread around which makes it difficult to decide what to get.

Nice place to shop with quality products. The only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5, I didnt find the exsact product that I saw online that was available at this location. I did find a quality item that was just different from the online version.

This Bed Bath & Beyond is enormous! They have more variety in stock than Ive ever seen, and Ive been to quite a few or their stores! The staff does a good job covering all that territory, though. Every time I was stuck for more than a few minutes in one area, someone came by to check up on me and ask if I needed help finding anything. I only ever had to ask once, though, because the store is very well organized.Unlike most of the other BB&Bs Ive visited, this one stocks common bathroom and cleaning supplies like shampoo and laundry detergent. Very useful!
