I went in the store looking for hair to do my passion twist and the young lady told me they were all out of the color of hair I wanted and also recommend what hair I should use. She also helped me with picking out the best hair products for my style she knew exactly what I wanted and understood that I wanted my hair done ASAP. She called her mother and she came by later that day to give me the hair. I’m not saying they will be willing to do that for everyone but they definitely care about making sure that you are satisfied. No complaints still up doing my hair with all that I need thanks to them. 100% satisfied

I’m so glad I googled and found this place after my bad experience at another store. First time I could communicate and have someone give me good information about hair that I’m purchasing. The wig prices are even better priced than Norfolk and Chesapeake beauty supplies. So glad I found this store! My new go-to when in need!

I have been to this store on multiple occasions, and everything negative being said is a lie. They provide great customer service and hair . Matter a fact for all the haters im going to purchase my hair at there store for my birthday coming up . Stop looking suspect if you don’t wanna be followed or treated like a criminal. Great customer service! I have been contemplating on changing hair color & adding clip ins. They were very knowledgeable about hair and the process!

At approximately 1950 hours, my son and I walked into this beauty supply store, the manager ignored the question that was asked. She stated that my son was with some other people and they stole hair dye. He asked her to show the footage and she stated that she didnt have to show us the footage. I asked my child to step out the store, so that I may talk to the owner herself. I asked if I could see the footage, and she stated that she didnt have to show me anything. It is a private business, and she refused to speak to me as well. I asked her for her name she stated she didnt have to give me her name either. I pulled out my phone to take a picture of her, and the name of the store. She the store owner pulled out her camera and started recording as well. She stated you could do what you want outside of my store, but not in here. She was very rude!

Been coming here for a long time awesome place, they always have what I need. The owners are very knowledgeable and take the time to tell me what i should and shouldn’t try for my hair.

This place used to be ok but they are horrible now. They follow you around. Customer service is horrible. You keep telling them your good and they keep bothering you. They look evil They hired their blasian son to help an work the counter to loook less racist I guess but it doesnt work. They are old evil and racist and its obvious. Do not go here go to HANA beauty its about 5-10 min away but those ppl are so sweet in their you can laugh and joke with them they only ask you once do u need help. They have complete REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Its worth the drive. Black ppl have to learn to take their money away from these ppl so they wil learn to stop playin with us.

I would give 0 stars if I could the lady (the owner) is very rude couldn’t stop what she was doing to help me but yet seems like she has nothing better to do than see how she can try and argue with you the store is disorganized and dirty she threw my card back at me on the counter if I didn’t need what I came in there to purchase I probably would’ve just left. She also was yelling at me and coming towards me as I walked out the door. She’s crazy. There are so many beauty supply stores in Newport News DO NOT GO to this one.

The customer service is the worst. I would give them a -1 star if it was an option. Disrespectful and rude. My mother purchased a pair of earrings and the next morning she try to put them in her ears and the back was broken. She took them back less then 24 hours. She told the lady the back was broken and the lady called my mom a lie and told her she broke them in front of people out loud. What would she get out of lying? She didnt want a refund. She ask for an exchange!! The lady screamed at her. I have the nicest soft spoken mother. They just lucky I wasnt there and people only told me of this rude disrespectful customer service. DO NOT SUPPORT!
