Amy and Sherry are amazing! Very personable and knowledgeable about waxing. I feel very comfortable when Im around these ladies. Lets be honest, we can be modest at times. Not with these two ladies. They are awesome!!Dont let me leave out Dani, her customer skills are great as well. She welcomes you with a warm heart. This is what you want to see as you walk into a company. So thank you again ladies for your hospitality in this profession.

Sherry is amazing! My first wax I was so nervous but she made me feel so comfortable and explained everything to me. Now I get waxed every 3-4 weeks and i love my results and tell all my friends how great this place is! I’ll never not get waxed it’s so good!

I had a great experience with Crystal and I want to say how amazing she was. She made my wax experience so much better. She was so professional and easy to talk to throughout my wax. Morgan and Crystal was able to answer all my questions and very knowledgeable about the products that would work best for my body. Morgan was super friendly and very professional as well.

I loved my experience here. Everyone was so sweet and professional. My waxer Shakeerah was great, we talked and it helped to ease my nerves since it was my first time. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, will definitely be going back!

My first wax here done by Chrystal was wonderful. When I went back to another “specialist” my next wax was rushed and wasn’t so great which the specialist acknowledged herself when she said there was breakage. I got back on the table after looking in the mirror for her to do some areas she missed. When I got home, 10 minutes after the appointment, I realized there were more areas than I thought. I immediately called to return but the next slot was a few hours later when I wouldn’t be available. I called back a few days later to come in and they told me I was outside of the 5 day period in which it was exactly 5 days to me. Clearly the areas that were missed could not have grown that long in that period. When I scheduled, it should have been taken care of at that time. And my reason for scheduling is when I was available. After speaking to them I was not offered anything but to make another full price appointment which I was not doing for a wax that had been done under a week earlier. I was impressed with the first visit but because of the lack of customer service I won’t be returning my business

What a great service!!! Although Brazilian Wax’s are not a fun experience aha, Niari made it go by smoothly & was very sweet. I also enjoyed Sage professionalism and how efficient she was!!

When I first moved here I was nervous about finding a new wax specialist; however, with Nat I’ve had such a comfortable and professional experience with each wax. She makes it a painless process and is just one of the sweetest wax specialists I have worked with! Also every time I go the GSA, Summer, is always the nicest and has helped me out with my multiple profiles and making sure I get the most of my experience at the wax center!

I received an email for a free wax service and when I arrived I wasn’t informed that the coupon wasn’t honored at this particular location. After the service when I went to the receptionist desk to show my email the manager Chris was very rude and unprofessional with a very snarky attitude who then threatened to call the police. Definitely WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. He was arrogant and shouldn’t be in a management position because he lacks professionalism and people skills.

I especially enjoy Niari’s technique. Please remember to be on time as they have a strict 5 minute policy about being late. This is just to be courteous of course of other customers. This place seemed very clean and comfortable the first time I went but when it was time for my next appointment I got the run around. First it was that my waxer quit and I understood that but then the next time they canceled it was that another waxer left. To me that is just too much .

Was intown visiting friends and needed to get waxed desperately. My friends recommended I come here and WOW this place was amazing. I love that they asked me to sanitize my hands when going back and my wax specialist sanitized hers as well. Everything looked clean and Everyone was masked up! My wax specialist whos name I cannot remember (I am sorry!) was so sweet and make it a comfortable experience. I wish I had one of these close to me I would definitely go a lot!

I went for my FIRST Brazilian wax & Underarm at the EWC & I was so scared! Luckily, my waxer Sherry made me feel so comfortable and calm. She kept wonderful conversation, gave great advice for aftercare and recommended wonderful products that I later purchased and currently loving. She was so persistent on getting ALL OF THE HAIRS. And I loved that factor :) It was amazing. I definitely recommend sherry 100000% as a waxer.

First time getting waxed!! Full Brazilian, Upper and Lower Leg, Underarms, and Stomach!! All in one day!! My stomach was in knots as I was very nervous, yet excited to experience something new. Nakya, the young lady who performed the job was was very clean, knowledgeable, and aware. Nakya delicately removed EVERY single HAIR in the specified areas and I am so incredibly pleased and thankful 3 days later!! EWC girls up front were very efficient...from the greeting, to the payment, to making the next appointment...they are on the ball!! I needed to make a small change to my appointment and Summer, one of the young ladies who works the front was very accommodating from start to finish!! Thank you EWC!!!
