Pharmacist Terrance should have an office!!!! He does not need to interact with the public!!! He is extremely rude and disgusting!!!! The store employees need to find a different place to work where they do not deal with the public as well.i call the area manager and waiting for a response back and we will see how that goes!!! Maybe the area manager might be able to maintain my business!! I wont hold my breath!!!

Staff are friendly and I really enjoy the service at the pharmacy. Ive gotten my flu shots here for last several years and the staff have been great.The store has many conveniences from drinks, cosmetics, medicine, home health items, gift ideas, outdoor items such as bug spray. They also have beer, wine and snacks. This store is clean and easy to get in and back out to Warwick Ave due to being right next to a red light. Ive never had a problem finding an easy parking spot for my dually either.

The service I received at the pharmacy was polite and efficient. Very likely to come back in the future.

This rite aid gives me nothing but trouble every time I come in. Between being rude about the things I am purchasing at the register, and the HORRIBLE service in the pharmacy. You really need to do better. All I needed was pen needles for my insulin and the lady was so incredibly unhelpful finding them, I walked out not being able to take my medicine I need to survive. Thanks for nothing rite aid. Do better.

You know when youre having an amazing day, then you encounter an extremely rude person?! Yep, theres an extremely rude and sarcastic pharmacy associate named Jasmine that I encountered on my first trip at the drive-through here. Thank God my babygirl was in the backseat; so my language was censored. She is not customer friendly & has a horrible attitude; not someone you would want to encounter after having a great day...thats for sure. I already put in a complaint at corporate. She needs some remedial training because that kind of attitude will get her in trouble one day, Im sure. Do better, she wont always be so lucky to encounter a nice person like myself. To avoid other dissatisfied customers, please address this associate. I will return because I did not want the service any further once I told her how extremely rude she was. Hopefully, there will be another associate available because once I see how you treat people, youre garbage to me. CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING IN NEED.
