Was interested in buying a car with them when i test drove the car the brakes were really bad i had to slam on them to come to a complete stop but i was still interested in the vehicle when it came down to signing my contract i noticed that the car loan was 10,000 but at the end of my financing contract i would have paid 35,000 they had so many hidden fees in the contract and as i was questioning them about it they got rude saying do you want to just not get the car at all….. then they went to the back and came back with a contract that had all new numbers (lower numbers) but i declined please be careful and read what you sign there is no way the car i was financing was 10,000 and I’d end up paying 35,000 the car wasn’t even worth it at all

My experience at the beginning was very good . My agent was Michelle. But the last encounter I had with her she hung up on me in the middle of my statement( frustrated voice from me no yelling or disrespect ) . I called back to confront her about it because it made me feel funny as a customer to be treated that way . She thanked me for my feed back and that was it . No apology. They need to work on their customer service skills . Why should I spend my money with a company and I am not being respected by the employees ?!

If it allowed me to put NO stars, that would be the best experience here. Absolutely disrespectful staff. Specifically the female with glasses in the back of the store. Negative mood and attitude from the get-go. Would not stop arguing with us, to the point where we literally took our papers and walked out the door. If youre looking to finance/sell/purchase a vehicle, and want an enjoyable experience, I suggest going ANYWHERE but this location.

I went inside yesterday and was asked how much did I want my monthly payments to be I said between 150 and 350 the young lady I spoke with said I need to put 4000 to 5000 down. I never in my life heard of that then said to not put that amount down my monthly payments will be 550 a month. She needs to be fired her name is selina brown. Sad case of a employee. Guess she was being a hater or just plotting on getting over. No car on that lot is worth that. A waste of my time off of work. I hope she has bad luck for being rude as well. I will never send no one there and I will talk bad about this lot until I die!!!! I found a lot who made more sense I will be reporting her to BBB!!!!!!!!

Michelle the Sales Manager at this location is soooo RUDE!! I’ve been getting calls to come in and check out some cars and decided to go today. No one greeted us outside on the lot, nor acknowledged our presence. I totally understand it’s a Pandemic going on right now but to even come outside (within the required 6ft) and greet your customers being that you ARE Open for business would’ve made a huge difference in how I view I this business. They actually missed out on TWO sales today because I came with a relative who’s also in the market of buying a car.James the General Manager is who I asked for (being that that was who left voicemails) and the “Manager” basically told me I won’t be working with him and kept suggesting someone else. I actually had to say to her “so you’re saying I cannot speak to James, is that correct?” She kept over taking me and that made my decision sooooo much easier to never give this company my business nor money. It doesn’t cost anything to be professional to potential customers MICHELLE. Smh. So disappointed.

I purchased a 2012 Sonata from DriveTime last week. Zachary was a fantastic sales rep and guided me, as a first time buyer with mediocre credit, through the process with patience and professionalism. Id contacted them beforehand so they had the car I wanted to test drive ready to go. He was upfront that the APR for me wouldnt be great and didnt pressure me to make a quick decision. I have just recently purchased a vehicle from Drive Time, but I have never had the experience from any Dealerships as I have had from Drive Time employees Zach Stewart, Kendrick Smith and Tim Clayton. They were phenomenal and was very sincere in making sure I had the most courteous service that there was to offer. Everything was explained clearly to where I gained full understanding, drinks was offered and it just felt family oriented which is what I really liked. If I were to recommend any dealership, I would definitely say go to DRIVE TIME and see those very same gentlemen that I referenced above. Everyone was extremely nice, but I have to give credit to these three men that were there for me from beginning to end. I even got a full tank of gas before I left off the lot!!! I bought a 2017 Hyundai Ellantra hatchback at the end of October 2018. The staff was great and very nice. They were also nice to my 2 year old. I’m happy that they were able to get me in a car the same day. It did take a little long though and I only had 4 options from that facility and they didn’t bother to show any from another location. I got there at 12pm and got done at 7pm. I also didn’t ask about the carfax until I seen it after I paid and it had been in an accident ( But I should have asked first, so that’s my fault). They also gave me a ride to go pick up more cash. They were able to work with how much money I had and get me low car payments!!! Once I bought the car I came back the next day to get it cleaned and gas filled (just because I was tired of being there the day prior) and they replaced my back windshield whipper because I asked. Also I think my trunk is suppose to open by its self but it won’t. They also passed out Halloween candy and made lots of jokes REALLY GREAT PEOPLE. I would buy from them again.
