This was my 2nd vehicle purchase from Enterprise car sales. Both times everything went seamless. Processing fee is much lower than a dealership and they offer warranties. I took off 1 star this time due to the fact that they said they cleaned the car before I purchased but it was still pretty dirty. Seemed to be a quick wipe down.

Bought a minivan from this location in late March 2021. We primarily dealt with Isaiah, who was exceptional to work with — highly recommend him. We experienced an issue with the vehicle within one week after purchasing. I understand that these things can happen when purchasing a used vehicle. I called the branch and spoke to Chuck. I was amazed at how courteous and understanding he was. I expected a battle, but he was very accommodating and instantly agreed to fix the issue. Honestly, he was amazing! I wish every manager operated their organization like Chuck. Overall, five stars from us. We will consider purchasing from the location again in the future.

I scheduled an appointment at this location to view a car advertise d on their website. An associate ACTUALLY CALLED MY PHONE to confirm the appointment. Upon arrival to view test drive and buy the car, my wife is told the car we had an appointment to see is in the shop as they shamelessly attempt to sell us on whatever they have on the lot. Huge waste of time for my family. This is my second interaction with Enterprise and the first experience was pretty good FWIW.

I’m really unhappy about my purchase.Finding a bullet in the car was really just not cool. In a culture where BLACK MEN are being killed at an alarming rate finding a BULLET to a gun in my car really made me hate the decision of purchasing a car from enterprise. Not to mention the water stains that are stuck in the paint job I didn’t see because I purchased my car at night time. I’m disappointed to say the least and speaking what Chad/Chid a member of management team was very dismissive and nonchalant about my concerns.Before signing your contract drive your car inspect your car ensure that it’s perfect. I’ve found several imperfections that was NOT mentioned that unfortunately I can’t do anything about. I even Advised the manager I will Accept responsibility for not making sure I did My part BUT they are the subject experts and should have ensured that ALLLLLL steps were complete before allowing signing any contractual agreements.I wouldn’t buy another car from here.Thanks for everything!

Wow. I cannot say enough great things about my purchasing experience with these guys….but first, let’s dissuade the notion of buying a used rental car, shall we? All I heard was “Ew, you know what people do with rental cars, don’t you?” Why yes, yes I do; basically the same stuff they do with their own cars. The difference being the rental car is actually evaluated, serviced, and detailed after each rental, so what I bought is a used car with very low mileage that has been ridiculously well maintained…..But these guys…..From first contact and with each team member…..they were friendly, receptive, and not pushy. I already had an idea of what I wanted, what I wanted to pay, and already had financing. They listened and directed me right to where I wanted to go – no manipulations, no forced upselling/overselling, and were patient, courteous, professional, and accommodating with me every step of the way. Even when we hit some MAJOR trouble along the way. Instead of pushing me out, they doubled down and got the job done. Even when I came back a week later for plates I thought I didn’t need, they provided service immediately without hassle or question. Did I mention fun? Yes, FUN. Best car buying experience of my life, when it easily could have been my worst. Would I recommend them? Heck yeah I would. Even to my mother, and that’s saying something.

I walked into the Newport News Enterprise Car Sales Office on Monday, Feb.11,2019 with NO intention of actually purchasing a vehicle. I was greeted by Porsche Smith-Johnson, yes, Porsche, with one of the most pleasant smiles. We sat down, I explained my circumstances and with tears in both our eyes, Porsche sat back and worked with me. My husband previously worked with Enterprise, rental for 10 years. 8 months or so ago WE were going to go there and try out a variety of cars to see what would best serve his mobility issues. Unfortunately, he got sick and passed away this past August. Knowing HIS confidence in Enterprise and that being OUR plan, I decided to move forward. There were 4 different type vehicles on the lot that I was interested in. Porsche and I test drove all 4 and 1 in particular felt just right. I told Porsche I wanted to sleep on it and with no pressure whatsoever I left. Porsche checked with me the next day, the car was still there, and I decided to go for it! On Valentines Days I became the proud owner of a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox!! I love it, it was a great deal and had a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty on it to boot!! Enterprise Car Sales Best Place to Buy a Car! Great Experience. Since Enterprise uses their old rentals to put on the sales lot, youre pretty much getting a brand new car for a used price. They keep up with regular maintenance so you really wont have to worry about any problems that might pop up after you drive off the lot. Also, since its no haggle, the salespeople will do whatever they can to help you get in a car asap.

I purchased a car from the Newport News location. Devon was absolutely fantastic! She was attentive, friendly, professional, and helpful every step of the way! I am so pleased with my new car and thankful for the quick, stress-free process Devon and the rest of the Enterprise Car Sales department at Newport News provided.

Initially I was not happy with how the process worked. I found a van and requested it be transferred to our local office, online, on a Sunday night around 6 pm so I could look at it the following Wednesday. I received a response to my request shortly thereafter confirming the van would be sent as requested.The next morning I received a text stating the vehicle was marked to be brought to our local area but there was another person interested in the same vehicle. I found that to be a bit odd considering the short time frame from when I requested the van that someone else in my area was also interested in the same vehicle. But I responded that my initial request to see the van was due to my work schedule and if someone else wanted to see it too, so be it. That seemed to me that I was being pushed to come in earlier so they could close the deal. I received a text the next day saying the van was sold before I even got a chance to look at it. But if I wanted another similar van, they could find one for me and get it here for me to look at....Bottom line: the price of the van we bought was worth overlooking the perceived strong arm tactics we received during our initial request.

The staff was very energetic to help me locate a vehicle in the range that I thought I wanted. At first they did not carry my want so by keeping me informed by e mail and by adjusting what I was willing to leave off my wish list, then we arrived to a needed vehicle. One I liked and they stocked.... Motor to be able to maintain the speed limits and mountains when going back to the homelands, because of being a baby boomer something with heated seats and comfort. But yet leather for easier clean up . I have bladder control issues and messy with spills, that helps with clean up. So having these options were necessary, the staff proudly located me a posh BUICK which Im very pleased with. The only place in the whole buying process is if any options are to be added on let that be discussed up front to give the customer time to figure his budget or possible other option s with the company there. Not to feel obligated to sign right then and there . I call it high pressure sales . I never cared for that type of selling. Not even in dress shop.Lets say driving a auto SUV with heated seats and easy adjustable everything for an older person is nice to have as far as make a purchase with Enterprise its a company I can trust I can go and see the whites in there eyes and know they are a community business that I have rented from in the past. And never once was I disappointed in the care of their products . These vending machine car lots Im not so sure how they work yet Im just not feeling that adventurous at this point in my life. So there you have it . And as of today I am still not clear about the car repair warrenty. I may regret refusing but after a deer took my favorite car last time . It sort if makes you think we arent in control of every little thing. I still have time to consider car repair warranty but not till after holidays.

My experiences at Enterprise was exceptional. My friend Priscilla Pankey expressed to me she brought her vehicle from a place on J.Clyde Morris in Newport News called Enterprise Car Sales. As I pulled up a young man, Leon G. Derrick asked if he could help me. He was such a pleasure to work with and did not hassle me to pick a vehicle. He left it up to me to choose what I wanted. He was very professional and had a good sense of humor. The experience as a whole was wonderful and I did not feel pressure to buy a car that day. I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them.

We got a good deal on a Ford Fusion, 2019. The sales team was helpful in finding us financing. The only reasons it wasnt a five star is two things: even though we told them the left rear tire was just about flat (the cars dashboard said that too) and they promised to fix it they didnt; they didnt know how to give us the information on keyless entree. We solved those problems ourselves with a new tire, which to their great credit they paid for and we searched for about a week on how to get the code for keyless entree. Each of these things leads me to suggest that when buying from this location to do the obvious: check everything out yourself and then check it again. I will recommend this place and go back there again. But it does irk me that they sold us a car with a bad flat and unfixable tire when their tire fixing place was a ½ block away and they were told about the problem a week before the sale; they could have found out how to unlock the car door before they sold us the car -- sell a car without keyless code? The cars there are supper clean. The prices are great. If you have poor credit -- they will find a loan for you.

Bought anew Odyssey from Reggie and the experience was great. Ever so minor flaws in the vehicle were addressed completely. Experience was so good that 2 months later we considered only Enterprise for my truck. Dustin answered my inquiry and was most attentive to my needs. My family and I searched feverishly for months for a used automotive sales company in our vicinity. However, after a dear friend of ours had made a purchase with Enterprise Car Sales, we were inclined to give them a try.After speaking over the telephone regarding our automotive preferences, we made an appointment with Mr. Eric Bryant who went above and beyond to ensure that our automotive needs were met.Long story short, we selected our vehicle, was qualified for the automotive loan; however, the lack of communication between the staff and upper management was deplorable!I lost count after speaking to several management personnel regarding a refund that was due us for window tinting of our vehicle. Mind you, we were charged in advanced for the window tinting.Moreover, after speaking with Mr. Bryant and several management personnel regarding this issue, our request had fallen on deaf ears.Finally, after receiving 1/4 of our window tinting we did not receive the full refund until a month later. My mom was very upset with Enterprise Car Sales for being disingenuous in refunding our monies. After a final call to the manager on duty, we were pleased that he took our concern to heart and mailed us a full refund within a weeks time via expedited mail.Communication is definitely lacking between management staff and car sales representatives to ensure that customers needs are met with the utmost level of expediency, honesty and integrity.

I purchased a 2016 Honda Accord. The salesman was very friendly. I was a little displeased because prior to picking my car up I was told that they would clean my car. When I got there the car was not clean. I ended up leaving it there until the next day. When I picked it up then I guess they may have ran it thru a quick wash or something because it was not very clean. Then a day later I find out that they didnt put all four screws on my back licenses plate.i didnt even call them back. I would purchase there again but I would do things differently. I should have done a walk around the car and I didnt. When I actually think about it, they should have done that with me....I regret that That wasnt done. I noticed a dent and a lot of scratches on the car after I got it home.

My team was friendly and knowledgeable about the car i wanted. I enjoyed the experience and will recommend Enterprise to others.

Do not go to enterprise they had me in a vehicle for 34 days didn’t verify the information in a timely matter and told me the finance company rejected the loan mind you the finance company told me everything was verified and approved go to another dealership that you know the car is really yours not only yours for 30 days and when I came in to redo the loan my down payment went from $800 down to $3900 down on the same vehicle terrible service very dissatisfied I would give them a zero star if I could

I have to say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Geoff Bray and Mert Singson made this the most enjoyable experience I have ever had at a car dealership. They both listened to what I wanted and what I wanted to pay for a deposit and a monthly payment. They both found cars that matched my needs and I found the one that was perfect for my family on the second test drive. It was late in the evening when we selected the car and they were able to secure the financing the next morning. My family went with me later that day and we drove home our new car. Thank you both and we will see you again next year to replace our other vehicle!

We located the van that we wanted via the online webpage. Had already researched vehicle specs, options, and pricing - just needed up front look and inspect vehice condition. Staff was very helpful and was able to demonstrate features. No haggling or pushing since I dont like any pressure from sales reps. Will be back when ready for the next one but need a break for now. Will and David made my first car buyung experience quick and painless. I called a day in advance and let Will know which car I was looking at online. He sent me a link to apply for financing and before close of business that day he called to let me know that i was approved and he would have the car ready at the time of my appt. I showed up an hour early for my appt and he was waiting on the sidewalk for me. He pulled the car up, we went for a test drive, and that was that. I, of course, fell in love with the car and we went inside to get the paperwork done. The only painful part was the insurance company which had nothing to do with Will, David or Enterprise! As i went to Davids office to sign my paperwork, Will was putting my registration and plates (not 30 day tags) on my car! It was a GREAT experience and i would suggest EVERYONE go there to make their car purchases. It is an awesome and stress-free environment.
