Went in to purchase a PS4 for my 9yr old, also with a trade of two different game systems. Needless to say Giovanna held it down. Not just me but the whole store! She was the only one working at opening and she helped everyone in a timely respectful manner. It was a lot going on being that she was the only working but she helped us all with a smile on her face. Thank you so much for your help today! I appreciate it all and your patience. Great job and we will always be back for our gaming needs.

The employees here are not friendly. Ive been in here several times. People dont need to go in to buy video games any more. I buy in -person to talk about games and get opinions. Ill download my content before I go back to this location.

The sales people here are really friendly. A decent section for older games and memorabilia.

I love this location but the new store layout is less than great, plus the store was very warm.

Bought a game there for me and my husband and thought it was multiplayer (not online but like you can both play it together on the same console) but there was fine print on the back that said you needed one copy of the game per player. So we returned it, the manager seemed really irritated that we returned it and didn’t understand why we could play it together so my husband told him to read the fine print, and then it seemed like the manager was mad bc he didn’t know about the game he was selling. We said “have a good night” and he said “mhm”. Basically the manager was rude, and didn’t know about his own inventory.

The staff greeted me as I walked in and asked if Id like help finding anything. I was able to find my item and after retrieving it for me I was able to check out quickly and easily. Very smooth experience.

My wife bought me a birthday gift here. She bought a game and a season pass. Great service there. There was an issue with figuring out how to use the code to get access to the season pass and the manager Juan I believe was his name gives me a call to help figure it out. Great service there too. He lets me know to bring in the receipt and get a refund for the season pass. It took us about a week or two to get up there and do this because we live 45 minutes away. No problems so far. But when we get there to do the refund they tell me me they can’t do that and are very adamant that it’s not even possible even after explaining the situation, then another employee over hears the conversation and remembers the manager making the call and telling me to come get a refund so then all the sudden it is possible and they gave us a refund. Happy I got a refund but irritated that they just tried to get us to go away by telling us a lie because they didn’t want to deal with us. Very happy other wise but I won’t be coming back.

I’ve never gotten greeted from here when picking up preorders. Never really been offered help finding things either. Other than that, great selection of games and accessories and close to the house. Can’t ask for more.

Great store for old and new games, they know what other stores have in the area to help you find what you need and in my case they referred me to another store for a specific movie I was looking for, thanks to the young lady who helped and gave me the referral.

Juan is a cool, friendly, helpful manager. The other associates are helpful and courteous.

My 8 year old son has me spending money in this store every year. He loves this place.

Excellent! Great people, great selection, great store! Its not even the closest GameStop to my house, but I like coming to this store because its such a great store and I made a connection with the employees there over the years.

Very disappointed in the customer service here. I tried to speak with the manager Juan about a return and he completely brushed me off without even looking at the item or getting all details on why I wanted to return a defective item my young son bought. Will not be going back here.

The staff was very helpful I bought a PSVR headset recently. The person checking me out suggested taking a look at pre-owned ones I stead of buying a new bundle to help save some money.

Game stop is the best video game store Ive been too, staff is knowledgeable about all games and equipment in stock and are more than willing to help when needed. I wont shop anywhere else for my video game needs

GameStop is the best place for all your gaming needs, friendly staff and clean store as well as clean shelfs and products. They test everything to make sure it works, and they can refurbish electronics as well as buy your old phones. Of course they cant buy EVERY phone, just a few models which is a bummer for me. They dont sell GameCube or Gameboy Advance/vintage and retro games/systems which is why Im giving it 3 stars. If they change this Ill give it 5.

They have good deals on used games. A lot of their retail space is wasted on toys.The big clerk has no customer service skills, so ask the thin guy...Hes knowledgeable and helpful.

Nice environment, Matthew was very friendly and helped me through a giant trade-in transaction. Only weird rule is one of my trade-in games was still shrink wrapped, brand new, and they couldnt take it. It has to be opened outside the store, and come back another business day to trade-in. Weird, but whatevs. Still my go to Game Stop. Whos the associate trying to stick fingers in customers butts?!?! Lol, and they still gave a 2-star rating!

I mean, its game stop which seems like a necessary evil more than anything. Nothing against the staff as they were very good, but its becoming more and more obvious how fake they are becoming as a company. Soon they will be irrelevant.

Usually I receive fantastic customer service at GameStop, but this location is very different. There is one employee who is extremely rude and confrontational. I give GameStop a lot of money multiple times a month. Im severely disappointed by my latest experience.

Im not to happy with this place, went to get a xbox1 wireless controller that was on their app and they didnt even have it when me and my son got there. After finding out that they didnt have it I just just got another one and went about my business. When we got home the controller didnt even work. This place is a joke!!

Nothing wrong with this particular location, but GameStop is a horrible company with terrible business practices. Do not support them, buy your games anywhere else, if possible.

Employee says they dont take Xbox 360 wireless headsets, although the website says different... He also tried saying a disc needed refurbishing due to too many scratches on the disc. Funny because your other store took it with no questions asked... Horrible customer service from a few select employees...
