Horrible customer service. Employees made me feel as if we were bothering them. I asked a question regarding the camera on a phone and the response was that I should do research & if I had any more questions, she would be sitting across the showroom! She became annoyed when she needed to go in the back for a particular phone. I felt rushed & never got questions answered. We left dissatisfied, made no purchases & disappointed in Verizon.

Worst customer service ever. My elderly mother and I came to the store to purchase a new phone and move her line onto my account. The representative after briefly looking at both accounts informed us he was unable to help us. I explained I had previously done this exact same transaction with another family without difficulty. His only solution was return home and call a costumer service number. Not happy with that option, I requested to speak with a manager. He went in the back of the store and returned to inform me the manager was too busy to talk to me. Both my mother and I have been loyal customers for 20+ years and have always been happy with my service and experiences at other Verizon stores. I filed a complaint with Verizon, hopefully they will take action. I would avoid this store until there is a change in management.
The Verizon greeter was not knowledgeable. Three different items he did not say he did not know but provided incorrect information. LG was still manufacturing new phones which is no longer true. Antennas on mobile phones are all the same which is not true. Due to very unreliable cell service at my Moms, he said that their technicians might be able to tweak the towers to provide better service. He recommended calling and repotting the issue. When calling, I was told that was not possible.
The patience, sympathy and understanding Michael has for each person walking into this store is admirable. A true team player who generously comes in on his day off to alleviate the shortage in personnel this store is having to endure.I sat for a while and watched customer after customer unleash their frustrations and not once did Michael react negatively. To top it off, he helped me resolve the reason why I had come into the store! :)Is there a wait? Yes and a long one, IF YOU ARE LUCKY because they pretty much are by appointment only. However, with Michael at the door I hope youre visit is a productive one.PS Thank you for your service Michael.

Needed phone transfer immediately, was told I needed appt even though there was one customer in the store. Went to the VZN store on Warwick & got it taken care of immediately.
Taja was so sweet. The other gentlemen (I think he was a manager) and he was very sweet as well. They helped with everything I needed even though they were short staffed. Didnt have to wait too long. Recommend!
Linos customer service was outstanding. I went into the store a little on edge and he remained very professional and helpful. Very Impressed with Lino and his leader. We were not able to resolve my issue but gave me some options.

My husband needed a new SIM card in order to activate a replacement phone after his broke. We went in during this past weekend without an appointment. They told us they were short staffed as several people had called out. We were told the wait would be around 45 minutes (although they couldnt guarantee that) and there were several other people waiting when we got there. We wound up waiting only around 20 minutes and the employee was able to get us a SIM card and get the phone activated quickly and easily. He was very nice and helpful, I wish I had gotten his name so I could mention him specifically. I have worked retail short staffed before and usually have to deal with unappreciative customers and people who cant wait more than 5 minutes before throwing a hissy fit (as exhibited by another customer while we there). The employees that did show up to work that day did their best and Id say their best was exceptional. Will definitely be going back to this location if needed in the future.
The signage on the store says they’re open from 12-5 on Sundays. I came by at 12:10 then again after 1:30p for a school supplies giveaway that was advertised on the local news. This location is obviously not opened on Sunday! You would think management would place a sign on the door to let customers know that the store is closed on Sunday!!
Wow! So rude! I am here to pick up my daughter’s phone that I ordered online. Google says the store closes at 8 pm. It’s 6:07 pm. An employee comes out and says to us “Closed.” Nothing else. Not a hello. Not a see you next time. Just “closed.” Then he repeated it after maybe he thought I didn’t hear him the first time. “Closed.” I want to cancel my order and pick it up elsewhere. That was just rude.

Horrible customer service. We were ignored most of the time we were here. They only allow one person from a vehicle to enter which I understand it’s policy because of covid, but this far into the pandemic you would think they would come up with a better solution to accommodate a party of at least two people definitely after waiting 45mins. Most of the employees were just standing around on there cell phones.
I can honestly say they did everything to help me get a new phone. I appreciate what they did today.
Only helps by appointment, but will take people without appointments ahead of you. Also does not want to help you, will force you to do everything online or over the phone anyway.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Awful customer service most of the employees were just standing around playing on electronic devices making the long line of customers wait. I understand its a verzion store that sells phones and tablets but it was completely obvious they werent working. EXTREMELY rude to all the customers in the 45 mins I was there and I noticed everyone else leaving was just as upset and unhappy as we were.

I was disappointed in the wifi. I pay a lot of money for my service with Verizon. I would expect no problem with their wifi but after 20 minutes trying to complete a backup that should have taken 11 minutes and I am unable to play my favorite game. I was quite astounded. Even the rep was apologetic. So my question is. Why is the wifi so weak? No one could awnser that. Not complaining I would think they would have super fast reception for the billions they make every year.

Jarryd helped me and my sister out when we went to get our phones. He had patience with us because my phone was acting up and wouldn’t load and we had so much trouble with it. But he was extremely helpful and friendly and patient and 10/10 would go there again. Even the manager, I didn’t catch his name, helped us and was super friendly. Thank you guys!!!

Guy was rude when I asked for assistance with a phone I had just ordered online. He didnt even listen just said call C.S. & they will make you an appointment if needed. Since you cant enter the building & we are keeping a safe distance for health reasons that was no excuse for how poorly the issue was handled. I also could not complain & ask for a supervisor since customers are required to stay in their cars. It was easy for him to basically walk away & back inside the building. (Thats what he did yellow print mask guy on a Thrus evening.)
Worst service ever! I even had to use my own phone to call Verizon at the Verizon store to get my boxes turned on and still am unable to get through. The clerk rudely reminded me its the weekend and holidays and it’s going to be slow. No one seems to know what they do or are supposed to do to give customer satisfaction. I got better service at Petco for my loyalty. I only rated a star to add my review.

Almost immediately I was greeted by a customer service representative. The area is clean and well managed. Accessories for your phone and tablet were placed in eye-catching positions, and upgrading to a new phone was easy. In and out in 20 min. Great service unlike some of Verizons competitors.

A long time Verizon customer, 15+ years. I am not a big fan of the retail store. They are not able to address any loyalty programs in the store, even though, to me, they are the same company and should be able to help their customer in person and not just through a 1-800 number. It was a waste of 20 minutes only to be told the best pricing was over the phone. Sorry Verizon, I am now a Cricket customer.
This is the worst Verizon Store and Rep Ever!Waited over a hour for help, then was told they didnt have the color of phone that we wanted even though another rep said they had plenty in stock.Finally get someone named Jvon... worst person I have ever had to deal with in customer service. Spent over $1,100 on 2 new phones. He didnt take them out of the box to see of they worked. Didnt help my mom and dad even with their new phone. Didnt go over their new plan with them. Didnt switch over their contacts. Just basic stuff they needed to be done and nothing!!I asked him what he did do to help them... I sold them a phone... Great job on nothing! You should work at Walmart selling phones. Horrible customer service, horrible knowledge about the products they sale. It is absolutely pathetic!! Wasted my time, was lied too.
Customer service started off okay and went downhill from there. Between the music and the two representatives that were talking on their personal phones, I could barely hear anything. I wanted my upgrade my phone to another one I had. As Im waiting she proceeds to tell me how shes impatient and anyone around here will tell you that I have an attitude. Who says that type of thing to a customer? I was then told that my old phone could not be transferred to the new one and that I had to call customer service. When I told her customer service sent me here, the rep stated Well, I dont know what to tell you...guess you just have to activate your old phone again. Then she tells me to hold on why she goes to explain the situation to someone else. She then comes back and says your phone (doesnt specify the old or the new one) is activated but call customer service because I dont know whats wrong with your phone. So when I asked what should I tell customer service, her response is dont worry about it. Thankfully, another rep was there to explain the situation better. I regret not getting her name, but she was young with really short hair. The nonchalant, dismissive attitude was uncalled for and I will not be going back there any time soon.
I really dont like going here that much. I have my phone service with them my beef is the way they do their customer service. Also the way the staff walks around. It looks like they are not helping anybody. It just a observation as a customer I see. I feel that with technology and how much it costs, i feel your customer service should be a little better in terms of customer friendly attitute.
Horrible customer service!! I have been s customer of Verizon since 1999 and this is the worst experience Ive had. I entered the store on 08/02/18. The representative is a young (maybe 20s), short African American Male. He stood at the front door as you enter the store. I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and the screen protector broke after less than a month. I got a replacement and I asked this young man to help me to put the screen on the phone and his response was in a nonchalant manner. no, i cannot do that. He went on to explain that the company told them not to do this for customers. I tried to explain to him what was going on but be seemed very unconcerned and simultaneously swiping on his phone as if he was on some social media or game on his phone. In the end, I left with no resolution from this store.Im so annoyed at the whole situation because I purchased my phone and the screen less than a month ago and at that time the sales representative told me that this is the best screen protector for this phone yet this young man is telling me that I basically need to do it myself. Please work on how associates communicate with clients and simply teach them manners.

Im paying for a service I can never benefit from. The screen replacement. They never have my screen in stock. Im told try this store and nope they dont have it either. The service is really good just need to stock more screens for the V20 and no Im not up grading.
Im not a fan of Verizon simply because their prices arent competitive, BUT the service Ive gotten in this store has always been great. I just recently reactivated an old phone on the prepaid plan, and the service rep I worked with was fantastic. She took care of everything so I could walk out with a fully functional phone and most importantly, no contract! :)
The service here has always been very good when coming into this store specifically or calling 611. The store is generally very busy with a line when they open. It despite the high volume they do an extraordinary job accommodating you and the general chaos. Prices are high but the service cant be beat.
I actually went to this place. Likeable guy but said he could save us $130 on our monthly phone bill by switching to business. I switched. HE LIED
Called customer service and spoke to two representative. I was told yes I could trade in or return the equipment. When I arrived at the store I was not able to trade it because they do not accept that model hotspot. I waited over 30 minutes and explained this to the representative who checked me in. I was not told then I couldnt do it by the store manager. The manager directed me to call customer service back. I called Verizon back and all the representative on the phone said was they made a mistake. She put me on hold and was very uncompassionate of time being wasted. She was extremely condescending.

Clean store but Im guessing they work for commission because they were not very helpful when asked about extra fees. I have been with the company since 2004 and find most times I only get satisfactory service when I call customer service never in the store! I am also experiencing problems since I upgraded and the first person I got on the phone said hello and never responded to anything else so I hung up...wow
I came into this store because the store on warrick and denbigh did not have internet access so they sent me here in order to get a sim card for my phone. I was greeted at the door by a sales representative who told me they were not allowing people in the store except for certain transactions. After I explained to her what I needed she informed me the charge would be $50, even though both Darrius (from the other store) and Antoine from customer service had told me it was free of charge. I called Darrius at the other store and he then tried to tell them that was not Verizon policy but they would not budge the female and Male sales associate pointed me to their manager who was driving out of the parking lot and then walked back into the store ignoring anything else we were trying to say. I would tell you their names but they refused to give them to me stating I had no reason to ask for them.
The buy one get one free offer is a scam. We spent an hour with a salesperson going over this’s offer. We bought one phone in cash and was told the second would be free. We were told it would be charged for a few billing cycles and then be refunded. After several billing cycles we were still being billed and no refund. We called Verizon to be informed we never met the criteria for the free offer only because we bought the phone outright. The person on the phone with Verizon stated it was the salesman’s fault at this location. If you google Verizon BOGO scam, you will see this is a widespread problem. Even on their own website blog. We would not have bought the second had we known. We are now out 450$.
Great customer service I had while dealing with an issue with my phone...all Verizon stores are individually owned, so I try to pick one with the best customer service, which shows that the owner cares about his customers. This location cares, so it is where I will spend my money. Lines were long *saturday*,but moved quickly. Even better,☺ I didnt even have to pay for the item I went in search of..☺
Just walked in stood around for five min not a single person acknowledged me or asked for my name to put on waiting list. Might be best service and clean store but you gotta at least make everyone know they matter when they walk in

Amazing experience! Added a line and purchased a phone for my daughter online on a Friday night. Went in on Saturday without an appointment to pick it up thinking it would be a relatively easy pick-up-and-go type thing, but no. I goofed adding the line to a single phone plan and, of course, the store was packed! My pick-up-and-go turned into a bit of a cluster. However, Lashauna was super chill and really went above and beyond to help me, and absolutely made my daughters day! That wouldve been a frustrating experience to anyone Ive ever worked with in sales, but Lashauna was amazing. In fact, all of the employees seemed to be very engaged with both the customers and one another. They were helping one another out and truly seemed to be a team. Huge, HUGE thanks to Lashauna!!!!

Love Verizon. I send them a nice truck payment every month. Reciently picked up a new Galaxy Note 8. Great phone, very nice, incredible technology, but to big. I hate it. Trying to figure out a way to get out if it. Oh well.

I went in here because my 2 month old tablet had a bad charge port. They gave me a run-around between wether it was an insurance or warranty problem for a couple months. When they took another look at it, they said there was corrosion and that wasnt covered by either and dismissed it. There wasnt corrosion the fist day I took it in.
