3 years agoVerizon wanted to sell me a new phone, when my phone was only 2 years old and having a battery issue. Batteries plus Bulbs - took great care of me in less than 1 1/2 hours. All is perfect and I am back in action. The staff is great, the price was awesome.I wont go anywhere else from now on for anything I need Ill go to tech solutions

I fixed my phone in Tech Solutions, it’s more than 3 years I’m their customer and told all my friends now they are all satisfied with their services, they always have special offer for their regular customers . Employees are all informative and fast also they have one year warranty on their screens. The price was great

I took my phone to them for screen repair. My coworker highly recommended them which I felt I could trust. At first I was happy with the job but after about 5 days the screen started falling off literally( only thing holding it was wires ) and because of this the screen had become horrible distorted and messed up l. the faceplate of the screen I had repaired keeps falling out . I hope they do the right thing and fix it and make it right .Updated :My spouse went by the store today to have it repaired and was Told we had to pay again $109.00+ tax for it to be fixed again!!. After I had just paid $130 last week.I also got accused of dropping and damaging the phone which didn’t happen. Phone had no damages ( phone wasn’t broken other then the screen falling out) my spouse asked to speak with a manager/owner or a corporate number . He was told the owner was off today. And that their wasn’t a corporate number to contact. I will be asking for a refund. Because of this I took my business elsewhere. And paid another company to fix my phone correctly.

I took my tablet to get its very cracked screen fixed in March. Then, on certain areas on the screen it would acknowledge that I was pressing on the screen. Now the screen glitches every time I try to turn it on, and is completely unusable

As everyone knows not having your phone now a days is the worst! My phone was not turning on and I brought it in the shop. They changed the battery and fixed my screen and then my phone was over heating and they replaced the charging port all within 2 hours so I didn’t have to leave it over night! It was all for a great price as well. I paid 380 just to have my screen fixed at other spots. Great work and they have warranties on all their work! Thank you Tech Solutions!

I am not one to ever leave a bad review, but this was possibly the worst experience Ive ever had with any business in my life.Dropped my xbox off on a Saturday and was told repair would take one day and I would get a call when it is complete. After 3 days I decide to call and am told that it is currently being worked one and will be done by the next day. The next day I call and am told the same thing. The next day I call and am told the disc drive is not working on my ps4; I tell them I dont have a ps4, I have an Xbox. They then say, yet again, that it is currently being worked on and will be done by 6pm. 4 days later I call and again am told it is currently being worked on.I ask the technician what the heck is going on and explain the runaround that Ive been given. Then someone else picks up the phone and apologizes and says that they cant fix my xbox and i can come pick it up. I show up two hours later; I am handed an xbox, check the serial number, and it is not my xbox. I point this out to them and they apologize and ask if I have a PS4. At this point I am actually laughing at the situation. Luckily I wrote down my serial number and end up getting my xbox back (not fixed).Avoid this place at all costs. They did literally everything wrong that could possibly be done wrong. Im just thankful I was diligent enough to at least escape with the same broken xbox and not someone elses. What a joke.

An employee named Ali helped me, and was super helpful and nice, in addition to being totally COVID compliant and respectful.

You are literally just selling some older MacBook right now..And again, the biggest issue is you are selling used MacBooks way more expensive than new ones at Apple store.Be a decent and honest shop. You could make money by flipping computers and phones. Just dont think of customers are study and would buy your way-over-priced used old MacBooks.Good luck making money

Fast service took about 45 minutes to replace the glass on my camera on my phone.

I had my screen repaired the night before. By the next day the screen cracked without me dropping or damaging the phone. Their warranty would not cover the screen and was told I damaged the phone. I was also missing screws to the phone when the phone was returned to me. The agent at the store was not helpful and rude. I will never use their services again.

I had damage the lens on my LG mobile phone. I noticed Tech Solutions and decided to give them a shot at repairing my phone. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. After providing my contact info other initial paperwork, the tech took my phone and it was ready under 30 minutes. The camera on my phone is like new. I highly recommend them for your tech repairs.

Im sure when things go smoothly they are fine. They fried my phone, made me pay for parts I never got, gave me a new phone that came in a bubble wrapped sleeve and has this residue all over the screen I cant get off, and the GPS is behaving strangley. To top it off they wouldnt give me my old phone back and kept telling me he had to recoup his loss somehow. I can empathize with that, but he should have insurance or something, not taking money out of my pocket. Currently trying to get the mall involved but Im not hopefull.

My iPod 6th generation Home button stopped working and then I realized my screen was beveled and sticking out. Figured out it was a swelling/expanding battery probably from extensive heat damage from keeping my iPod in my car console on hot days. Took it to Batteries Plus and found out they dont work on iPods and they recommended these guys. Took it in, they had to order the battery which just took a week, and they replaced my battery and Home button and screen are back to normal. $80 for restoration and fix.

I dropped my iPhone off because my charging port would only charge if the cable was held in a specific spot, despite the cable being new. I came back to pick up my iPhone and they told me it was just extremely dirty so they cleaned it for me, free of charge. Works like new again.

I went to this place to get my laptop repaired after looking at the awesome reviews, but I guess I couldnt get the same customer satisfaction. Once I walked in the place the people behind the counter (two guys) looked like they just got out of bed and I am telling them what is wrong with my computer like 3 to 4 times because I have to repeat myself. Then I have called to check on the status and was told they will call me back in 20 mins becauae they not sure where my computer was....after two hours later i called them back to tell them what happened to calling me back. I get a I am sorry, we got busy and we were trying to get in touch with the guy who work on the computer um you still make time to give a customer some type of courtesy call I would think.....i get a call the next day stating my computer could not be fix of the over heating issue....now I am thinking your site said you can fix any computer and bring fast service....it took them 4days. So I said fine I doubt they really look at the problem since the diagnostic was free thank goodness I didnt pay for this service...i picked up my computer to find our I have noticeable scratches on my computer...i told them these were not on here when I dropped them off. Are you going to fix it....the guy response was oh I am sorry it was probably when I flipped the computer over to open it and it scratch on the desk...so I asked again are you going to fix it....response was no we have to replace the whole cover ..i am sorry....so I would not recommend anyone to come here and I will not be back....i am happy that most of the customers had good feedback but not me. And I have found someone else to actually fix it and know what their job.

This store is hands down the best in the area! The data/sync pins on the charging port of my fiancés Note 5 were shorted out.He researched what he thought would need done to fix his phone. Deciding to to take it in for repair, he called numerous places in Virginia Beach, Portsmouth and Norfolk. Most places wanted an outrageous fee and some stores even said that the front glass would be/may be broken while replacing the charging port it would be an additional fee with no warranty. If its part of the repair, it should be covered. People wouldnt pay a mechanic additional for cracking a rim while changing a tire.My fiancé went in to Tech Solutions and they told him that the port could be repaired by micro soldering the pins on the port instead of replacing the whole port! A cheaper, less invasive procedure which meant he didnt have to drop off his phone it could be done while waiting. The employee that did the soldering wasnt in that day, so we came back.It was totally worth the drive across the tunnel. Go to Tech Solutions, youll know youre getting an honest assessment of what needs done and at a reasonable cost. Its a small store but has a great staff. Everyone is totally friendly and really helpful! Thanks guys, my fiancé is so happy!
