Starbucks are all generally the same; that being said, my orders are never complicated. This time around I ordered a drink off the menu and asked for light ice. When I got my drink, half of it was ice! My sister orders with 10 different directions added to make her drink and they can handle that @ other locations; I request one simple change and they cant do it?! For a $6 drink, which is a ridiculous price to pay, Id like for it to not be watered down with ice. Good reminder why I usually dont spend money @ Starbucks anymore!
The Baristas were friendly also pretty fast and accurate with the order. The store was clean overall nice place to go in VA if you like Starbucks and happen to drive by it

Im only buying here because the one near me is getting renovated. Unfortunately, everytime I go in to pick up my mobile order, the young people just look at me and keep moving. Dont even ask me if I need help, or if I have a mobile order. And, when I have to clear my throat or say something just to get their attention, they act as if theyre scared of me. I give 3 stars because of the older, more experienced ones that are actually pleasant and welcoming, and dont treat me like Im some sort of bother. I cant wait until May 3rd
I will never go to this location again. This is the SECOND time I went to this location and they RUINED my order! My sandwich was completely incorrect and a protein I donβt eat and my coffee was made as if the barista did it blind folded for fun. I will find another neighborhood Starbucks to patron. It will never be this location again.

Made my coffee exactly as ordered (keto diet) but they didnt have the whole earth sweetener and instead of informing me they just used it. The coffee was still good but I would have liked to know that a substitute was used.
To be fair, the staff was busting their tails to get the drinks out. The store was packed and cars wrapped around the store like it was a Chik-fil-a. I ordere a dopio espresso con panda and a Venti Chai Latte. I expected a little bit of a wait. I recieved my espresso in about 10 minutes. Not bad for how busy they were.I waited 10 more minutes for my Chai Latte. Nothing. I watched about five customers come into the store after I received my espresso, order, receive their drinks and leave. Still no Latte. I asked about my drink and was told, We are working on it.Ten more minutes go by. A large number of customers come in, order, receive their drinks, and leave. Still no latte. I ask again and receive the same response.After 35 minutes of waiting for my Latte, one of the employees finally says she is working on my latte. Ok, why did 20 people walk in and order after me, but recieved their drinks first? If I had waited another couple of minutes I would have given up and walked out.I assume that the staff works different stations. So, the person who created my espresso was different from the person working on the lattes. Thats fine, but they need to communicate with each other. They need to work together to complete orders in their entirety instead of forgetting about them.Sadly, this has become a frequent issue when walking in to the store on busy days. The drive through seems to be prioritized. Orders are completed piece meal. Walk-in customers have to frequently ask for updates on their drinks.Its unfortunate because this Starbucks was one of my favorite spots before Covid. Now, I know to give at least 30 minutes to get a tea based drink with steamed milk.
Ran out of Carmel but still sold drinks. Next time say we are out of Carmel but may I interest you with something else. Cash registers were broken. However, they still had good customer service. I guess this was a bad night. Hopefully that is all it was.
This is my favorite coffee and pastry stop, anywhere and anytime. The service is always good, and the orders are precise and accurate. However, Im saddened by the fact that my cheese Danish pastry, in many stores, can no longer warm it. So I dont purchase it. Dont like it cold. Im also saddened by the fact that many of my Starbucks are closing, making them fewer and farther to get to. I just started exploring the various sandwich specialities. Love the soups, especially broccoli cheddar cheese.

Great staff. I came in 30 minutes before they closed (π π¬π ), and they were ready and happy to brew 2 completely different types of coffee for me and my friend. We didnt get those in the end, but opted for something that was easier to make, and that used less equipment to do so, but it was even more surprising that they were cheerful to make coffee even after their doors were locked for the night (the one employee unlocked the door and said of course were still open! Just cleaning up for the night, after I asked). An overall good experience, they also still had a lot of the food items (the managers have good foresight, especially for the late night people).
Skip this one and go to the oyster point one near bonefish or a different coffee shop altogether.
The best part was getting my new Christmas cup! The barista decided, I could wait for my drink though, while she was sure that the customer after me was taken care of. Then she realized she had missed placed my drink and offered it to me after the fact. When I requested it be made again because it wasnt hot, she got a real attitude. She made it very quickly and left out the whipped cream and the cup sleeve.Disappointed Starbucks. More diversity training please.

I purchased 3 coffees only one was right. Spending over $15 was unacceptable and not getting what I ordered was the problem and I couldnt go back because I was on my way to work.

Decided to write a review because manager JAZZY ROCKS!!!!!!! I purchased the starbucks holiday cup during the Christmas season and since this time my cup broke, it was holding water in the inner portion of the cup causing mold, I contacted store to see if my cup could be exchanged, she was prompt in responding to me. She explained to me that my cup was no longer available but she would be happy to exchange my cup out for any other cup, I was more than grateful for this HOWEVER she then went the extra mile contacting other managers in the area and found my holiday special edition cup in Norfolk Va, she even traveled to get it and contacted me to pick it up! I was so HAPPY, not many people go the extra mile to help a customer and this meant ALOT to me!!! Thank you so much for your amazing customer service! Thank you for helping me replace my favorite cup!! Jazzy you ROCKπ

Today, I experienced the slowest Starbucks drive thru at this location in all my years of being a customer. It took nearly 20 minutes to navigate from entering the drive thru and getting my drink. So you think the lady at the window could say hello or thank you? Nope, she just took my payment and closed the window without saying one kind words. Horrible customer service and Ill take my business to the other Starbucks in the area.

Just a little warning to my fellow celiac and gluten allergy sufferers. Every time I order something that is represented as gluten free, I have a reaction to it, as if it has gluten in it. This has happened with every gluten free item I have tried from the coffee menu so far. Its like paying $5 to have selling cramps and explosive... Well you get the picture π I havent tried the teas though...Good luck...

Friendly staff, most of the time. Speed of service depends on time of the day. Sometimes its faster to use drive through, sometimes its faster to go inside. As all Starbucks locations, the inside of the shop isnt that spacious. I usually take my drink to go.
Iβm never one to write reviews but my encounter at this Starbucks today really irked me. This is the worst Starbucks Iβve been to. The girls running the drive thru window were rude and unprofessional. They said nothing the entire encounter. My drink took about 5 minutes and was handed to me with nothing said. No βhave a good dayβ, βhere you go,β nothing...The girls were too busy with their conversation about their skin color and make up to acknowledge their customers. If Iβm paying almost $5 for a coffee a simple hello would be nice. The drink was lukewarm on top of it all.
A very very nice Starbucks. Very clean and professional not to mention relaxing as I felt very very comfortable. Friendly staff as well. I will make more of a point to go there more often.

Even at their busiest hour, they kept up with the orders, and we received ours swiftly. Only problem is that they always have something missing. Matcha Green Tea, Cold Brew, specialty coffees. They just have to get their supplies more frequently.

I had to ask do you plan on taking this five cents that you see Im clearly holding. He rolls is eyes and takes it. So I said do you not want to be here today, he said yeah I just had a long day. And whats the point of asking for a name of youre not going to call it? Im mean Im waiting meanwhile my order is there and no one bother to call a name. 1st and last time having Starbucks π

I go here about once a week but today I need to write a review. There was a huge storm last night and many areas are without power. I stopped by on my way to work and the place was packed. I went inside because the drive through line was wrapped around the store. Everyone was awesome. The service was efficient but not rushed and still personal. The team was visibly overwhelmed (for good reason) but friendly to each guest and each other. My drink was 100% perfect. You guys are rock stars.

Very VERY commonly run out of the drinks that I order online and they have not turned the option off for in the app. Which is a fun waste of time AND MONEY. When you download money onto a gift card to place your order through the app, theyll only refund the gift card OR give you a gift card to make up for your horrible experience. Your money apparently no longer belongs to you, its now Starbucks and theyre going to force you to spend it there. What an insult. This company is a joke. I will be deleting my app.Good news is, for those of you that like free stuff, if you complain to corporate, theyll credit your gift card $10. I personally find it an insult to give me money to spend somewhere that I am dissatisfied with as a fix to the issue. But for the rest of you, enjoy your free drinks.
I got the same drink for about 5 years now, and I know- KNOW what its supposed to taste like and some Starbucks get it OnPoint pinpoint absolutely perfect, some that end up burning and killing the shot, and then theres this place......My drink was so absolutely wonderful and delicious, that I went back to the store that night and walk in to compliment them and tell them how amazing it was -perfection !π and Im pretty lazy so thats a pretty big deal.

This is a review for all Starbucks locations I visit. Google is unclear what location I am reviewing unless I am there at the time and uploading photos. The brand has above average consistency between locations otherwise I would not generalize.Alway friendly service and consistent quality of food. If you use the rewards program to earn free food and drinks it brings total cost down.Still expensive and there are cheaper alternatives. I strategic about visiting on double star day and taking advantage of happy hour deals.
