I decided to take my HP laptop here to be fixed due to it not turning on. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose the issue and it turned out I needed a new power button. When I brought it home, it would still not turn on for me. I brought it back for them to figure out what else could be wrong. Staff was very accommodating to my schedule and told me to bring it back in whenever. They were able to get it working again and did not charge me a second time. They are very friendly and I would recommend them for any repairs.
