Apparently I cant get service, Called and I was hung up on. Called again and I was sent to voicemail. Not driving all the way there without a price quote. Get your phone situation correct! Thats irritating.I called Tech Solutions. The staff actually answered.

Really did want to buy a new phone (it operates fine just wouldnt charge). He was able to repair the phone and get it charging within 2 hours of dropping it off, less than 1/8 of the cost of a new phone. Definitely recommend these guys!

Amazing customer service! With 5 kids we have had our share of phone repairs and I have brought our stuff here for years! Today my daughter was trying to figure out what to do and instead of trying to sell her on purchasing a refurbished phone, the guy working there explained to her that he could fix all the problems with her phone for hundreds less! Went there this evening to get an iPhone 6s screen fixed. The service was amazing and fast. The guy who helped and I wish I could spell his name correctly was so friendly. It honestly hurts me to do this review because these guys have fixed my phone screen multiple times and they’ve done a fantastic job, but this most recent time I went with a friend to get her led replaced due to water damage and the now the WHOLE BACK of her phone screen is shattered. She hasn’t used it in days and it and the shop claims they aren’t liable for damage that they caused. Won’t be coming here anymore.

I went here to get my front screen replaced after it got run over by a car. In my defense I was helping some one move a stalled car in the middle of the street where my phone slipped out of my pocket and then proceeded to get run over .... numerous times. Talk about bad luck.... Qudratullah was the worker who fixed my phone. Very professional and was done within 30 min. Had the best experience with Cell Phone Zone tonight! I shattered my phone screen at 8pm this evening on my new iPhone 6 Plus and was in despair! After calling Verizon to check on whether I had an insurance plan (I didnt) they suggested I get the screen repaired but at 8pm - this was not a simple task. I took off in my car to go to the main Verizon store and my brother went online to locate a potential screen repair shop. He called with a number for Cell Phone Zone - a kiosk in the Patrick Henry Mall that stayed open until 9pm. I called to double check and they said that they could fix it tonight as the screen was so dangerously shattered that you would cut your fingers to touch. I am going out of town and my phone is needless to say my life! I arrived at the kiosk at 8:25pm and they had a new screen waiting for me and quickly and expertly fixed it in 20 minutes! My phone is all better and I have a wonderful strong new outer box cover as well! This made me so happy and I am delighted to have the pleasure of highly recommending them for any screen repairs for any phone, tablet or laptop! Thank goodness for efficient and helpful people!!! Bravo! I have a photo of the shattered phone but not sure how to add to the review!!

The guys at cell phone zone are absolutely amazing. The service was quick and precise on my cracked 6 plus screen. I Was told it would take an hour and they finished in 40 min. Every time I walk by they are working on atleast three phones, and even though the service of cell phone zone is in high demand. they still manage to treat you like a customer and not a transaction. James personally fixed my phone but from what I can tell they are all equally skilled I wish I could give more stars.

Brought in my S4 with a shattered screen. Quoted $85 which was the lowest I found in the area. I showed up at 12:30 and was told it would be ready by 2:30. I got called at 2:15 to pick it up. The manager went over the fix and verified functionality of the screen. It was having problems on the QWERTY on the right side. I could see clear disappointment on his face while he went over the issue with his tech. He was adamant that it will be in 100% working order and needed another 30 min to fix. While I was slightly disappointed it wasnt ready, I was very impressed that he cared about my satisfaction before I could even start to complain. Excellent business man.

Part of an aux cord broke off inside my headphone jack last weekend. Essentially, my phone was permanently stuck on headphone mode & couldnt do anything that involved sound!! I spent days trying to talk to AT&T and Apple to see if they could cover to fix the issue since I have warranty & insurance with both of them. Basically, it was SUCH a hassle. However, these guys were able to get the piece out of my headphone jack in under 10 minutes!! They were also super professional and kind. Best part? Cost me $10.60 :,)Couldnt be happier with my experience! 10/10 recommend

The screen of my phone was cracked for over 3 months, i went to Cell Phone Zone and they fixed it in the spot. The Absolute Best! My daughter dropped her iPad on a concrete walkway. I brought this in on Monday at 7pm and got it back on Tuesday! The price was very reasonable and I like the fact that its a set price for the model and generation and not on the whim of whoever is repairing it. Great job!

I had my screen fixed there a month ago, and something happened but they took it back because of the warranty and they loaned me a phone for the 2 days while they had it and the general manager contacted me about it and he was very kind and very helpful. hes the only reason i will recommend this place because he shows they actually care and want to help. they also put a screen protector on my phone for free. its a good place to go

Terrible just terrible!!! I had my iPhone 7 repaired glass repaired and within a week it broke. I never even dropped it and it was in a case ever since it was fixed. It started splintering from the edge of where the thumb spot is. Was either a bad repair or bad glass. And they want me to pay second time to repair their bad work. Haha. No way! Cost me over 100$ the first time. I would rather buy a new phone.

Absolutely destroyed the factory screen when I dropped my iPhone 6S Plus in a gravel parking lot. Called up and they said it would about 130 bucks for a screen. Not remembering my phone was still under warranty from Apple I agreed to have my screen replaced (first mistake). Service was fast only took about 30 mins to have the screen replaced. However thats where the fun ends. They told me that the screen would be just like the original and shouldnt give me any problems. Also the screen came with a 1 year warranty on parts. About a week later after not dropping the phone or having it near anything abrasive cracks and scratches started appearing in the phone screen from normal use i.e. pulling it in and out of my pocket. After that the screen itself went. It would scroll and close apps and calls and open other windows all without me touching the screen. I couldnt type anymore because every time I touched the left side of the keyboard somewhere on the right side of the keyboard those keys would activate. I couldnt press end call or open text messages. Etc. Long story short I ended up just laying that phone off and buying the next gen iPhone. Dont get your phone fixed here people. Go get a factory replacement and spend a little extra to save the hassle. This company is a joke.

Had issues with iPhone 6s plus randomly shut off and then wouldnt get past the apple screen. Tried restoring and update but iTunes wouldnt allow it, kept giving an error. Took it in to Cell Phone Zone and was greeted promptly by Jamaica with excellent customer service. Told it was a free diagnostic which would take about an hour. Came back and they had figure out the front camera had caused it to short. They replaced it right away in 15 minutes for a reasonable price of $45. Would reccomend this place located in the Patrick Henry Mall to anyone with cell phone issues.

Took my sons iPhone 6 here because it stopped taking a charge. Staff took immediate action cleaning out the port. (He had lots of lint in there) They hooked it up to a charge and thats all it needed! Didnt even charge us for his time!!! These guys are awesome and fast!

Several years ago I used their mall kiosk location to get my cracked screens repaired more than once, they were always quick, polite, and reasonable and they saved my phones multiple times.So recently when my iPhone wouldn’t start up, or even perform a factory restore I took it over to their Jefferson Ave location, I was prepared to kiss my phone goodbye but they had it working before the end of the day for about 40 bucks, they saved me again!

Got my galaxy s7 edge back glass replaced. They did a really great job. They even do really well with screens.If you have a broken screen, I recommend coming here to get it fixed.

My LCD in my note 5 broke and turned my screen black! They had to replace the screen and LCD (its one piece) and they did it quickly and efficiently with an extremely competitive price! They also offered a year warranty on the parts. Id definitely recommend :)

AWESOME service! Cracked my iPhone 4, brought it in, was greeted by a very friendly and professional gentleman who had my phone fixed in an hour. Paid $68 which was much lower than the other places I looked at. Would recommend this place to anyone!

This establishment came highly recommended by a neighbor who recently went there and so when my phone screen broke I decided to go there myself. I brought my phone there last Wednesday 5/11 around 5:15pm and while I was standing there checking my phone in with the guy, I was watching his coworkers at the counter behind him. One had a droid of some type (I know it wasnt an iPhone) literally in pieces in front of him. I stood there horrified as I saw him take a sip of a Red Bull and proceed to accidentally spill it all over that phone he was working on. The other guy chuckled and handed him a tissue. He blotted it up and continued working on the phone as if nothing happened. The amount of liquid that was spilled on that phone and its pieces certainly required more than 30 seconds of a quick clean up with a tissue. I couldnt believe it. I should have known right then not to leave them my phone phone to repair. They took 25 min longer than promised to fix it. Its now less than a week later and despite being in a case with a screen protector my brand new screen somehow has an inexplicable crack in it and I havent dropped it at all. Of course, I cant prove that. Im guessing the install was poor or the glass quality is just terrible because there is no way my brand new screen should have cracked so easily.I havent contacted the store directly (yet) but thats because Im not certain I can trust them to address my problem or even repair it again. Their lack of professionalism was truly disheartening.

Updated review: the manager Abraham got in contact with me and I was able to bring my phone in to run diagnostics. He also replaced my battery for me, free of charge. I am rating 4 stars opposed to 1 star strictly due to the managers customer service......Took my phone here on Sunday to get my cracked screen replaced. When I got home and took it out of the case I noticed a light coming from the edge of my new screen where it was lifting up. The side of the screen that the light was shining from appeared lifted and did not sit flush with the other parts. In addition to the screen not being placed properly, I noticed that my battery was dying 10x faster than before I got my phone fixed. I charged my phone overnight and had full battery and within the first hour I took it off I needed to charge it again. If even says on my iPhone that my battery health has significantly degraded. I brought my phone here hoping they would fix this issues and the guy at the front desk was rude and refused to correct their mistakes. He blamed the problem on me dropping the phone previous to having screen replaced. However, my screen never lifted up like that and my phone was working fine. I would not recommend getting your phone fixed here. They don’t stand by their warranty, which is one of the reasons that I took my phone here in the first place.

I dont usually take my time out to do reviews but I decided that Phone zone definitely deserved one. I came to Phone Zone about a month ago(I waited this long for a accurate review) and I must say I am very impressed, I called first and the customer service was great all of my questions were answered. I brought in a iPhone 5 and a iPhone 6 that I thought would be impossible to fix. I spoke with a gentleman by the name of Ramin and he let it be well known I had no worries he than gave me a price for both, At that point I was so grateful and blessed! The price for both of my iPhones was very reasonable and both were finished in no time! So far no cracks or any major problems other then my phone freezes up from time to time, however I do recommend Phone Zone and gladly return if I make a clumsy mistake again. Thank you all again!

Went to the location on Jefferson. Staff was professional and knowledgeable and I feel like they did quality work. They seem to take their warranty very seriously, though I have not needed to test it. I would not hesitate to go to them for future repair work.
