It was quick and painless, very pleasant..I had my 2 year old with me and the woman( Im sorry you name slips my mind) was more then patient and accommodating. I got a great product that I was able to take with me, with ease. It was easy to set up. Payments are easy on the wallet. Everything about this was absolutely amazing!! I will be buying my next one from them and I havent spent my 1st night on my new one!

The process of trying to find a mattress was stressful I was looking everywhere and then I found mattress by appointment Newport News. He replied fast, I made an appointment and got in within a few hours he made this process so easy for me I can’t thank him enough! He was very kind, I was out of there within 30 mins. Great customer service! The gentleman was very kind, informative and personable. We had our kids with us and he let them play with some toys to keep them entertained while me and my fiancée took care of the paperwork and payment for the two full sized mattresses he had for us. Even better, the two mattresses we bought were able to fit in the trunk of the car (they’re boxed and long so most of it went in and just only stuck out a little bit). They also came with mattress protectors which I’m so very grateful for! He’s so friendly and awesome. His business is definitely a hidden gem and should be recognized to many more people. My fiancée discovered him on the Let Go app. We’re so glad to have found him! You really can’t beat the price. We won’t forget him!

Bobby is the best!! He walked me through the buying process making sure I understood everything, he also gave me tips on how I could save money!! I had an issue with trying to pick up the mattress and he volunteered to deliver it for me, I also had an issue trying to put my frame together, Bobby came out and put it together for me...that’s 2 house calls on 2 separate days, no big retail company would have thought to do that!!
