First, I was asked if I wanted to pick the mattress up or if I wanted delivery. I was told delivery would be $99. I responded that according to the website, door delivery was free but there were two other options that had fees. The salesperson then moved on, without any discussion, with free delivery. We then discussed a coupon I had and military discount which I was eligible for. I was informed it would be one or the other which is understandable so I elected to take the military discount since it would save me about $75 as opposed to the $50 coupon. At this point the salesperson said no, you can either have the military discount or the sale price on the mattress, not both. I said I thought it was both to which she responded it has never been that way in the seven years she has worked their. I responded by showing her their own website that said the military discount was in addition to any sales. I took this all to mean she had been scamming people for the past seven years.Anyway, I got my mattress ordered for the price I expected and left. Had a great follow up conversation with a manager and am happy with the outcome.

I ordered a king size mattress and 2 box springs to be delivered to my address on October 3rd with a confirmation delivery for 5pm-7pm. Guess what? NO DELIVERY! I am very unhappy with this issue. We took time off our jobs so that they could delivery on this day and time. I am requesting a full refund and I will go somewhere else!

My parents and I were looking for a bed for my Dad, and wanted to purchase the same bed or comparable to what we purchased for my Mom four years ago. When we arrived there was only one salesperson, and five customers; however Odar welcomed us, and let us know he would be with us shortly.Although, the bed we were looking for had been discontinued, Odar, in a very professional, kind, and respectful way, guided us in the direction to a bed that was equally suited for my Dad’s taste and budget…we were satisfied in less than 45 mins…wonderful experience and I would strongly recommend Mattress Firm

After talking with friends we were convinced that Mattress Firm was where we needed to shop for a new mattress. We walked in and met Michael and explained what we were looking for and what we were currently sleeping on. He showed us several set ups and explained the differences and after a short time we found a mattress and adjustable frame that met our needs and would be delivered in short order. Nice and comfortable experience our sales lady (Iris) let us be the captain(s) of our own ship and just let us browse but was fully involved when we had questions about certain things. It was nice not to be forced or pushed into a decision.

Knows their product. I made a promise to myself to stay in my budget. So I departed. Had he given me a price invoice as I requested on the spot without limited negotiating. I think I would have deviated from my price range. He was not able to although he offered additional amenities within his set price. I departed searched within my price range and purchased on the spot at another place.

I loved the customer experience overall but the bed was a total disaster and I honestly wish I would of shopped around first because now I am out of a $100 restocking fee plus the 20% and it was a waist of my time.

Brad is a very knowledgeable salesman and he is easy to work with. He gives you all the information up front so you can make the right decision. He is very attentive to your needs and will help you make the right choice. We have bought several mattresses from and recommended several people to him.

Entering the place during covid felt safe, they have masks etc. The sterns and foster bed and mattress firm 900 base we got took 2 months delay because of covid. We were charged for the 2 free gifts completely the delay, still waiting on them to correct this. When the product finally arrived the bed had a red stain on it and the base had a huge white stain on each side.... like we got used products for brand new prices.... not appealing when you wait so long for a brand new product. The mattress, which was supposed to be hypoallergenic, gave me severe allergies because it smelled of chemicals and paint- definitely needed to air our the bed.... not what I expected when I was sold a hypoallergenic bed. The base is Bluetooth operated and has an app but it doesnt stay connected to the bed- if you can even get it connected. Sad to say we waited patiently and paid a lot for subpar products.

Store layout is simple with color coding for firmness and representatives were very knowledgeable about their products. Although Purple was not on display at this location, the representative answered questions and shared experiences with the mattress. One additional bonus if needed is flexible financing. He made the process very easy even though it took us almost 3 hours just because we were being picky and asking tons of questions. From the time we walked in there, Brad and Fritz were really helpful. We walked in and couldn’t come an an immediate agreement on the desired firmness of the mattress we wanted, but after talking to them and asking a ton of questions, we were able to select the best mattress for the both of us. We didn’t feel pressure to even make a purchase. Just the fact that they were so knowledgeable sealed the deal for us. Pleasant experience.We purchased our King size Beautyrest Hybrid mattress, adjustable base, and hyper chill pillows last month and so far, it’s been the best sleep every night. We worked with Karen and she was extremely helpful throughout the process and provided great recommendations and best ways to get discounts. We are very pleased with our purchase.On a slight negative note, the delivery team was friendly, however pretty careless bringing our mattress and base up the stairs. They kept scrapping the wall and the stair railing. Considering they had three people, it would be nice if they found a more careful or efficient way to carry large items up tight areas.
