My cars been here in storage since 2017 and since Liz gave me the details on all I need to do for long term storage ..all 3 times I came down my car started every time with not one issue THANKS TO LIZ!! and it was safe and secure no break ins or stolen goods!! Deducted 1 star for each item, First, they wouldnt allow me to store my mounted deer at their facility (its dead people, no live tissue, just a manikin) secondly the road going into the pplace is absolutely horrible. I realize that it may not be their issue, but it is the only way in and its full of water and potholes the size of a small car. Take some of that money and put some asphault down for crying out loud. Mainly Im just salty about not allowing my deer mounts, Price is fair and the place appears to be pretty clean.

Liz was extremely helpful from the start and remain helpful until the end. I only used the storage for a short time but every time I had a question Liz was available with the answer. I give her a perfect score when it comes to customer service. Neat, clean, accessible is how I describe the facility.

Has anyone realize that they keep raising prices even on the pandemic situation, people still homeless, jobless, many like me didn’t even have enough credit to get unemployment. Every year and I’ve been with this location since I move from Florida, is been three years and I started around $47 and now I just have the kindly notice that I have to pay $65 for a so small space that is not even climate controlled. The minimum wage still the same and they have the great Idea to raise more. If I knew this I wouldn’t have ever give a 5 stars the day I signed up, cause that was the only thing the person who attended me was anxious about getting a great review. That maybe forgot to tell me this little detail of raising prices out of the sudden... I regret entirely the previous review. At this date 9/2/2021 I’ve been paying $77… I’ll keep you posted on this

I have rented a few different spaces at this location over the past few years. The management and staff are always friendly and helpful. The units and grounds of the property are always clean, well maintained, and well lit. If you have too much stuff and need somewhere to put it, short or long term, this is the place.

This is the very best experience Ive ever had with a storage facility. The staff knows you by name and is extremely friendly and helpful. They have a variety of sizes and are willing to show you each size to ensure you choose whats best for you. They provide a free rental moving truck for use within the first 14 days, which is extremely helpful. The storage units are clean and the facility is secure, so I was comfortable leaving my things. They also pro-rate the monthly fee if you move in the middle of the month, which is really great! I highly recommend the company -- they have a number of locations for convenience!

Whenever there is something wrong with my mother’s account, Liz is so pleasant and helpful, very professional, on the phone. My mother has a storage unit here and had the bill for the storage unit paid automatically through her bank. Mom was diagnosed with Dementia in 2014 and I took over handling her bills. Since this was paid automatically, I did not worry about it being paid. When the bill increased I did not know and when Liz called, she was very professional and I was able to pay the difference owed with no problems and then I fixed the auto payments at the bank. Yesterday, June 5, 2019, Liz left a message saying I was $10 short and if I called that day and paid there would be no late fee. I was not able to get in touch with Liz until the next morning, June 6th. Liz was apologetic that I would have to pay the $25 late fee when I was the one at fault. I am still trying to find out why the automatic payment changed the amount to Life Storage, but it will be fixed. Since taking over my mother’s bills, I have found Liz at Life Storage to be very professional. It is rare to find an employee who knows her job and is pleasant and helpful when letting people know they haven’t fulfilled their financial obligations. Most people would be arrogant and talk down to you. I cannot emphasizes enough how professional Liz presents herself and how knowledge she is about her job. She was able to walk me through the website so I could enter my email address so I could get notification if things go wrong with the account. Thank you Liz. Vivian A., unit 85.

I gave this location 5 stars only because of Liz the store manger. I wasn’t too happy with the over the phone registration process because I was given incorrect information. And I wasn’t happy with the fact that the online, in-store and over the phone all had different prices and promotions and because of where I reserved at I wasn’t able to get the promotion. But Liz was so helpful and knowledgeable. I’m glad I chose this location. Thank Liz for your 5 stars Life Storage. This is my fifth year renting at this location. Liz has always been excellent in quickly getting me into and checked out of my storage unit. I rent for 3 months each year, and the location is perfect for me (less than 3 miles from my home). The rates are reasonable, and the service is perfect.
