Im a traveling nurse and when I moved to Newport I found myself in need of a new vehicle. I asked my co-workers for a recommendation for a honest car dealer and to where I should go and look. Shattuck Motors was recommended by many so I called and set up an appointment for the next day. From the moment I entered there showroom I felt like they really cared to find the perfect vehicle to fit my needs and stay within my budget. UPDATED: They called me and said if I brought the truck back they would fix it. I did spend over 1100.00 in parts and labor myself, which fixed most of the problems.. they bleed the motor of air so the problem seems to be fixed.. They kept their word.. which is why I went from 2 stars to 5 stars..overall it was made right .. THANK YOU..The owner was on the problem as soon as it came up and a solution was given.. all worked out..

Truck had, Rust. Bondo. Vehicle DIED on Test DRIVE, Worked with owners son on vehicle, very Nice Kid. Truck had bad Turbo, horrible shaft play. Truck was a time bomb waiting to happen.Product was unprofessional and cobbed. Wasted over 6 hours. Do Not Buy Diesel Trucks from these guy without having them checked out by legit ASE certified Mechanics. Horrible time wasting experience.
