This Napa has the best team that any place could have, the best team player has to be Jeremy. He help us so much, My car wheel almost came completely off and he was so helpful when giving us advice on the tools that we needed and made sure to only give us the ones we needed.And if you see this Jeremy thank you so much you help us a lot.

Im confused as to why a person would give a poor review to Napa when they were parked in the Napa parking lot to go work out at Anytime Fitness. Would you be happy owning a business and having other stores customers parking in your lot that you pay for?

Great! Martin is the assistant manager there. He is always helpful and knowledgeable. Saves time when we dont have to look for parts.

The service here is excellent. I bought two commercial batteries that had to weight 100 pounds each and they unloaded the old ones and loaded the new ones. Only parts store I will go to.

The older fellow that works there treated my comrade with a great deal of disrespect. My friend, trying to diffuse the situation, was met with a blank stare, and no explanation for the negative actions.

Its a great place to get parts and do business with they have a great team and they deliver parts also if they dont have it they will go to the warehouse in DesMoines and get them its a nice clean auto parts store with friendly employees .

I was trying to go to Anytime Fitness to workout over my lunch break and was rudely greeted in the parking lot, on the far Northeast corner, by a Napa associate telling me I cannot park in their parking lot. He pointed to a sign that said Customer parking only but did not specify Napa or any other business. He said to me I hate to be this way but if you dont move Ill have to call Barney (local towing service) to move your vehicle.There are 30 parking spots in the Napa parking lot. 6 of which were occupied. I was nowhere near the front door, and was parked 3 spots down from the Napa truck, so you could only assume Napas employees would give up such prime parking for their customers if I was in such a crucial space. I have spent hundreds of dollars in this particular Napa but will never drop another dime in there. In small town Iowa, that treatment doesnt fly. The associate was an older gentleman, so I dont know if being in my 30s made him feel superior to me, or what kind of power trip he was on. There is limited parking directly in front of Anytime, so I instead had to park in front of Hallmark, who believe it or not doesnt have a Mr. Wilson in their parking lot. Guy needs to lighten up.- Joe

The staff is always willing to help when you need something, they have nearly everything Ive needed in stock and their delivery is incredibly helpful. The prices are more than fair, we will continue to use Napa for anything automotive for years to come.
