Staff is usually pretty friendly. Shakes are always great tasting!

We have come here several times. Mostly in the drive through. Today was different. The speaker was hard to understand and the girl on the other end was having a great time laughing and asking for our order several times. Then getting it wrong anyway. We just ordered a couple small cones!The staff was just fooling around and laughing and joking. Its great to have fun, but at the expense of customers, I dont think so. There was a long line in the drive through as there usually is.But our cones were finally right and we left satisfied.

Fast, convenient. Cannot eat inside yet due to Covid??? Should have things under control by now. Lucite dividers are at check out. Tables are roped off yet??? Been a year almost??? Maybe i do not know really why....Fine sundae just the same. Tired of eating in my vehicle. Sad.

Had a buster bar, always a refreshing treat. They have a nice doggie cup for the pooch, which they add a small bone on top. Also got a twist cone for the grandson and a banana split for the other half. Wish we had a DQ in Lockport.

Lady made us feel rushed. Also gave us all the wrong sized ice cream. I had to ask for a receipt to get the right ice cream.

Horrible experience!!! Ordered 3 blizzards and not 1 was good. The bananna split blizzard was soupy(no she didnt do the tip thing) it wasnt even edible!!! Monster chunks of bananna ect....the others where animal cookie and they where 3/4 full and unmixed...again no tip thing... I tried to say something at the drive through but I was fully ignored by a woman with a sassy attitude... so I called once home and was told to call the next day. Called and seems Noone that can correct this is ever there. Day 3 and still havnt been able to talk to anyone that can help me. Guess Im just put almost $30.00 Ill try to post pics if I can of the awesome blizzards we where served with the worst customer service ever!!!

Came at 9:49 pm on Friday July 31st, I ordered a small strawberry cheesecake blizzard and I received a mini animal cookie blizzard instead, i came back and asked for it to be redone and these two young women were very generous and understanding about the mishap and apologized for the inconvenience and I was on with my night. Very happy with the staff

Well to be honest I am not a ice cream fan, but my daughter and my grandson love to go there. They enjoy it.

I wouldn’t give Any Stars! The owner must be prejudice . I ordered a cake. I picked up the cake. I’ve waited 365 days to have the cake on My special day. Unfortunately I like to get what I paid for. The cake was wrong I DID NIT EAT IT! I repeat I DID NOT IT! On my special day That only comes once a Year! I took it back. She did not apologize. She didn’t offer any consideration. She said she would refund my money. And offered a complementary free cake. I Don’t trust you to do Anything for me. I’ve ordered cakes from that business for years. She called later to say They will not refund the money because they gave the complementary Card. I Didn’t ask For the card. Unacceptable Excuse. Yes. Your prejudice. I will Never go there again.

Weve only ever had their good ol ice cream cones at this location. And usually through the drive through, though we did go inside once. Its your fairly typical Dairy Queen experience with nothing particularly positive or negative to comment on. Ice cream is as expected which get points for consistency. Service is fast but this location never seems to be all that busy.

There isnt an item on DQs menu that I dont like. Had the hot fudge sundae with whip cream and rainbow sprinkles and was delightfully pleased to finish it all.

Went there last night with my 10 year old. Thought Id use the last few dollars office gift card. Ran the card through a said there was nothing left on it. Must have been a mistake but thats OK. Got as ice cream anyway. Are the way out the door he slipped on their wet floor. Drop his ice cream. I went back to go get another 1. Told them what happened. Still had to pay for another ice cream. We wont be going back there again.

We always enjoy DQ. We have moved about 20 miles away, and dont get there often. The only noticable thing was the high prices. I realize costs go up, workers must make a decent wage, but, going out with 4 people for be a treat get expensive these days. There wont be many of those trips. The Blizzards are great though, just a bit expensive.

Avoid the funnel cakes. It was dry and hard, didnt have much flavour and tasted like it was pre-heated in the microwave. However, the M&M blizzard my daughter had was great.

This place sucks at dipped cones.The first time I ordered a dipped cone from them, I asked for a medium. The associate hands me a cone that was every bit of a small. However, I didnt complain or send it back. I just ate the tiny ice cream.Second time, my wife and I both ordered cones. These were an appropriate size, but mines was leaning harder than the Tower of Pisa. My wifes cone was not. I politely gave it back and asked for a new one.Please train your associates how to make dipped cones. I worked at DQ in college, and if you couldnt perfect the dipped cones, you didnt work the ice cream station. The need to know about sizing, how to dip the cone, how to prevent the cone from leaning, how to make the infamous swirl, and when to throw it out when they have failed!

Small lot often makes it difficult to get in and out, even lining up in the drive thru during peak summer hours. Quality service and food/desert. Small dining area inside is a plus.
