I tried Very First time, Staff Member Helped me out to decide which one should I choose to start. It was Really Nice, Not too Sweet bubbles are Delicious too.Will Definitely pay the Visit again.

I probably wouldn’t come back here again. It doesn’t seem very authentic bubble tea or rolling ice cream. I’d rather go to a chain bubble tea place than here. It’s not in a good location at all. It’s honestly in a very scary location to come here at night. The bubble tea was way too sweet and was all syrup/sugar and there’s no way to lower that sweetness. I ended up pouring it out half way and putting water in it... that’s how bad it was.I wouldn’t order or come here again.

Nice staff, quick service. The actual taste of the ice cream wasnt the best of roll ice-cream though.

Amazing experience! Staff was wonderful and service was excellent. They have a great menu with lots of variety and options. I love the convenient location, right by the falls. I tried the Strawberry Lemon Iced Tea with Strawberry Popping Boba, it was delicious! Me and my friends will definitely be back soon. Thanks for making my day a little sweeter!

Tried their Taro slush with some brown sugar pearls. I was curious with the brown sugar so I tried and not too bad! Just a little on the sweeter side. But I love their taro slush, taste very good!

Most amazing ice-cream cream and teas. And the people working there are very friendly, helpful and patient

I order coconut slush and I tried but test so just like water. And they charge same like CoCo. I never recommend this place for bubble tea.if you want to drink bubble tea go to CoCo.

Really good taste its one the best bubble tea stores in niagara if youre there and you are a bubble tea fan do try it we ordered mango, coffee toffee, and rainbow icream eveything tasted good.We had it two times a day on our trip.

The bubble tea was ok but I have had better. The servers were nice and polite. It seemed more expensive than it was worth for my liking but some people may really enjoy the unique ice cream curls they serve.

Recently, I tried their Brown Sugar Milk Tea and Mango Juice with lychee pearls. The quantity was great. Positive and lively ambience. Tea was more on the sweeter side than normal.

Probably the best bubble tea I’ve ever had. Products aren’t overpriced and you definitely get your money’s worth. I’m sad there isn’t a location nearby where I live otherwise I would strictly get bubble tea from here. Great customer service as well. This is definitely the place to get a cold treat 🤗

LOVE THEIR BOBA. I’ve ordered from here sooo many times and I’ve never had a bad experience. They have some of the best boba i’ve ever tasted. Also I 10/10 recommended trying their mango fruit tea with tapioca!!

The manager or owner he is absolutely disrespectful he had a line up of people waiting to place a order after 20 minutes I asked whats going on and he shouted no one telling you to wait. He then said they are only taking orders by ubber or skip and we asked out of respect why wouldnt let your customers know. He shouted what do you want me to do you heard me tell someone else we are 20 min behind we asked him to show respect to his customer her then pretty much said well we arent forcing you to buy. So horrible and disgusting

I ordered brown sugar bubble tea and it was absolutely horrible. I had one sip and I just threw out the entire drink. I don’t really review one star because I feel bad for the small businesses but this was just a nightmare. Such a waste of money.

I always like to go for the best little spot for ice cream/bubble tea and this place as been the greatest in Niagara Falls ~I ordered the Mint Chocolate Chip & a Peach Green Tea. Both were very delicious. Price, I would say the same as any Bubble Tea shop so nothing overpriced :)From the photos, I do not know if that is noticeable but this was quite a big portion and totally full by it.Friendly staff, small shop (only two seats on the side for you to wait for your drink/ice cream), quick and efficient.I am going to come back to try another flavour eventually~ Worth the walk to get all the way thereThank you !!!

I had the rolls ice cream one day and a bubble tea the next . The ice cream was to die for omg, it was so good ! I had the mango fruit tea with aloe and it was perfect with the right amount of sugar, was not overly sweet :)I would definitely give this place all thumbs up and would recommend everyone to come by and give it a try .

What an experience! The dessert was outstanding as my wife and I ate the pistachio almond ice cream. The ice cream was not too sweet, and the very flavourful. The staff are warm and friendly and the service was fast. Its a must try! You will not be disappointed! Thank you for this delicious experience.

This establishment failed to follow COVID safety guidelines and to deliver edible food. Upon preparing the s’mores ice cream, the worker pulled down his mask to blow on the marshmallow he was torching. There was a hair in my mango ice cream and the matcha tea was buns. Anyway, still support this small business as navigating through COVID is difficult. 😍😍😍‼️‼️‼️💉💉💉💉

Amazing strawberry cheesecake ice cream and mango slushie.I would recommend enhancing it with the Mango popping bubbles.The icecream is made fresh and in front of you.I definitely recommend a visit.

Great service, was pretty quick, offered the best of their menu. Right on the street. There were no parking for the bubble tea so we parked at the motel parking lot behind. Easy access through the parking. Would go there again for sure and recommend to everyone else too

🔥🔥🔥 ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ROLLED ICED CREAM AND BUBBLE TEA🔥🔥🔥Me and my wife were in town on vacation in Niagara falls, ON. We tried the bubble tea and were very impressed so we came back later on for the rolled ice cream and were blown away by amazingly flavours and creamy texture. We returned for more bubble tea and iced cream every day on our vacation and will be sure to do so next time! Highly recommended!

Eveyone is always super friendly, thry have a good range of drinks, even though I usually go for the brown sugar milk tea. Its quite good.

Best place to visit at least once.. Good variety of ice creams... You cant possibly eat anywhere else if u once tried this.. The variety of their ice cream is just awesome.. Give it a try

Really happy with my visit to Rolly & Bubbly! All of the other bubble tea shops in the Clifton Hill area were closed but Rolly & Bubbly stayed opened a few extra minutes for us :) We ordered 4 drinks and they were really delicious, Its also cheaper than most chain bubble tea shops like Onezo, the Alley, etc. I highly recommend the peach oolong tea and the brown sugar milk tea! Might take a few minutes since there was only one person working there when we went but we didnt mind the wait. Will go again!

Wow this was a very enjoyable day. I went to the falls with my wife and kids and wanted to cool off after a long day. We went to this place and it was without a doubt one of the best decisions I made. very good service with smiling staff which made the environment family friendly. I definetly recommend going there.

Stopped in to try it out after all the rave reviews. It lived up to the expectations except that they ran out of tapioca when we got there. Understandable because it’s REALLY good. Will be trying their rolled ice cream on my next visit!

I went inside expecting to get an average drink then i ordered a slushie expecting it to be below average but when i saw it then tasted it I had a huge smile on my face. I never expected the drink to be so tasty and refreshing with charming flavors. Overall it was a phenomenal experience and i will definitely come back soon.
