Jason was absolutely great at resolving a couple of complicated (& not so complicated) issues my wife and I had with our new phones. Jason was polite, friendly, good at explaining the steps needed, and got the jobs done! He even went the extra mile (literally too) in making sure we had a needed cable we were missing. If I could, I would always go to him as my Verizon rep. - hes a great guy!
Were from out of town and my phone started going crazy with notifications when I clicked on a malicious website and I couldnt get them to stop. The rep was able to block the notifications and remove some apps that were making the issue worse. We also were having some issues signing up for the Disney bundle and the rep was able to finally get the bundle linked to our already existing account. Thank you for helping your customers whether theyre local or out of town like us. 10 out of 10 for customer service!
This Verizon is the best store to visit. Theyre always so helpful with any of my needs. They always help me figure out if there are any ways to save on my bill and if there are great promos to upgrade to.Today I came in to have a line transferred off my account. The rep was able to put me in touch with Assumption of liability people to release the number.Im so glad this store is here and offer such great customer care!
It isnt cheap owning a cell phone, but one thing I like about Verizon: every time I contact them about my account, theyre always finding ways that I can get what I need for less money per month. With that approach, Ill stick with them. That said, its costing me about $40/month per line to have 3 separate cell phones. Back when land lines were thriving, thats just about what it would cost to have 3 separate land lines with separate numbers, with a lot more capability. Id say its not as bad as people may think.I find it so laughable that Spectrum is trying to get my business as a cellular customer. The only thing Spectrum ever does is raise my rates 10% per year with no choices for getting it reduced. As soon as I have an alternative to Spectrum for my internet needs, Im dumping them as fast as possible.Verizon wins.
Was having trouble accessing my AOL email on my phone. It just stopped working even though I put the password in and was still able to log in on my desktop. The rep in store was knowledgeable about the issue and was able to figure out a work around. Im glad the Verizon store here offers such great customer care and are always pleasant to work with! They also mention done great buyout promos to upgrade if we ever need to. Great job!

I was so frustrated because my AOL email wouldnt work any more. Spent hours trying to fix the issue. Came into the Nicholasville store and the rep was able to fix the issue immediately. He offered such great service and was very patient and kind. Also had some great buyout and upgrade deals when we decide to get new phone. So glad they are open and do such a great job of taking care of their customers!

Got my phone from this store and every time I have an issue I come up here to have them help me out and theyre always so patient and helpful.Today I wasnt getting my calls and text messages. The rep showed me that the do not disturb was turned on and removed it so I couldnt accidently turn it on again.Glad I got my phone here and that theyre willing to help me!

Came into the Verizon not able to authenticate my email. Had tried multiple times to enter the password but it would still tell me I couldnt log in. The rep suggested we completely remove the account from the phone and reenter the login info. Once he did that I was able to get back into my account.He also looked at our account and was able to do a buyout promo and get my husbands phone upgrade and keep the bill about the same. So glad they are here and offer such great service. The Nicholasville store is our favorite store

Transitioned from a flip phone to a smart phone and just had a lot of questions about how the new phone worked. The rep in store was able to answer all my questions about particular features such as adding pictures to text messages, adding contacts to my home screen and downloading new apps like Waze for navigation.The rep was really patient and thoroughly explained everything. The super was also very clean and they did a good job social distancing. Im so glad they are opened and willing to help.

The representative here was able to determine that the amount was with Spectrum. He called their customer care for me. And although he wasn’t able to get the email for me, he was able to create a new email for me use.So glad they are open and that are observing social distancing and have a clean store. I was shopping to lower my cell phone bill, to replace out-of-date 3G phones and to replace my internet service at home. Brian Switzer was knowledgeable, and he understood my goals. Overall, I was very pleased with the entire process. Being out of stock on the particular version of the phone I wanted was unfortunate, but not a big problem.

Be careful, this only a “authorized” dealer not Verizon, employees there travel as sales people and only make money off commission, plan to spend more time than they tell you and expect to pay more than what you can get in other places
Came into the store after going to a big box retailer to try and add lines to my account. After completely messing up my account at the other place, the rep in store was able to get everything fixed and clearly explain the promos and also save me money through the promos and adding my nursing discount.Also a great job getting all my mom’s stuff transferred to the new phone. I came today to get my content transferred from my old phone to a new phone. I had wonderful experience with Jason. I came in for a charger and was able to upgrade my phone and get a free tablet. The store was clean, easy to locate which device I was looking for, and unlike Lexington the wait was substantial less time. Ultimately it was worth the drive from Lexington. Went into the Verizon store because my email wasnt loading in on my phone. Tried several different things to get it work. Was able to bring it into the store and the rep was able to get it revalidated and back into my account.Even though Im an android used he mention that they do have iPhone preorders available. I used a pattern for security on my phone. I was unable to duplicate the pattern I entered and was locked out of my phone. The guy helping me said sorry there is nothing we can do one you locked out there is no way to get it unlocked. I was persistent and we he could see i was not going to leave, he reset the phone. I was told later that day that verizon will help reset the phone without losing all the data.
The service was exceptional and everything went so smoothly. Due to needing a new phone all my info was transferred beautifully. In spite of Covid I was able to come inside and get full service as always. Good job on following covid guidelines as well👍👍

The corporate store in Hamburg didn’t explain things as clearly or walk me through the steps to get the new phone activated as well and he made sure to go back through and made sure I understood the logistics of the transfer. I went into the store yesterday evening to have my phone looked at because I was having issues with my phone charging. I was assisted by this wonderful lady named Stephanie. She helped me figure out that I just needed a new charger. I was also informed about the latest phones and bill configuration to save me money. Stephanie was very patient with me and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. This sweet girl went above and beyond her job duties! She took the time to show me each phone that I may be interested in, and explained in great detail the features of each device. She also noticed that I had bought my previous phone charger at this store and told me my charger was still under warranty and was able to replace my charger with a brand new one at no cost to me. Not only was I able to get that replaced at no cost, she reconfigured my bill to save me money and still be able to keep the features I use from month to month! Stephanie was truly compassionate in being able to help me as a Verizon customer. I left with a smile on my face and truly satisfied with my service. This store is a friendly environment that I will continue to use for all my Verizon needs! Great job Stephanie!

Rhyana is the very best. I sent her a text with the basics of what we were looking for and when we got there an hour later she had it all written up. She had it broken down into the best deals and how much it would add to my monthly bill. That was exactly what I was looking for. We purchased two new phones one of which was a trade in and one of which was a new line. She got it done quickly and efficiently, she programmed the phones and got everything transferred fairly painlessly. That was the best experience I have ever had buying new phones.

Took my phone to the Verizon store and the rep helped me reset all my security information so that nothing could be compromisedHe also talked about the different ways people can try and compromise floor account and ways to defends against that.

This store was awesome. My iPhone was slow and not working! I was given several options by the very friendly and helpful sales rep. He noticed my memory was at zero bc I had so many pictures. He mentioned the Google pixel phone and its great camera. I thought through all of his suggestions to fixing my iPhone to purchasing a new phone. I researched my options as well and took his advise. Now I am excited to have this new phone which already fits my needs to a t. U will recommend this store to everyone.
After 6 months of following up with this store monthly and waiting for a promotional phone credit of $300 that was promised through this retailer, I finally called the corporate Verizon help line and discovered that this retail store is not set up to handle promotional trade-ins directly. So as far as I can tell from talking to the real Verizon rep, and getting absolutely NO support from the retailer, who continues to tell me that 6 months is a normal time to wait for the promotion to be applied to my account, this retailer took my trade-in, and has taken no action to apply the promised credit to my account. Essentially, this means they stole my trade-in phone. I will NEVER trust this store with my business again.

After going over everything we decided to get a new phone thats faster and with a. Better camera. James got all our info backed up and moved over to the new phone. Great friendly service. Representative was able to upgrade me into a newer phone in a timely manner. Also was able to put all 5 email accounts onto the new phone without any issues. Lowering my bill is also a good thing too, i usually go into other stores and pay through a kiosk, but paying my bill this way face to face with someone saved me money.
