Pleasantly surprised! I received excellent service. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and informative. My car was finished before I had completed my grocery shopping.
Food is delish and the service is even better. Huge difference you can really tell the new owner and clerks care if you havent been in I think youll be surprised 😯
Fast courteous service.
Why are your auto catlre centers closed? People still need tires, oil changes, and auto services! With the very limited exposure they would have to the public, this makes no sense.
I have always had an amazing experience with this crew of people. Great tires, great price and great service. The manager Bryan does an exceptional job and will always take the extra step to keep you happy and coming back. You cant go wrong with Bryan and his team.
Always able to get in & out with Great customer service! Everyone is always friendly, when busy or slow. Tonight I got there an hour before close with a screw in my tire, they had 2 cars to finish up before mine & didnt turn me away!! For a 10$ service 😊Kudos 👏
Excellent customer service; they treat you like gold. But the guys in the garage never get it right. Without fail they end up ruining something in our vehicles - you just find out a day later. They recently spent an hour trying to change my headlight and told me they just couldnt figure it out. Then they left a car part in the passenger seat. THANK YOU to the manager who kindly did it himself for free a few days later.
I went in to get my sons tires rotated. He went in the day before and said he stood and waited at the counter for 20 min and didnt get waited on. I told him I would take his car in and get it taken care of. We waited about five minutes to get waited on. The big ole manager and other counter employee were walking around trying to look busy and I asked someone that looked like they worked there if they could wait on me. He took out his electronic device and added me in the waiting list. I asked how long and he stated that it would be less than an hour because there werent many tire jobs ahead of me. I went and did my shopping and returned 40 min later to see my sons vehicle still parked outside. I asked if it was done, as they hadnt called. The counter person said no it hasnt gotten in yet but it is next. I walked back into the waiting room for 30 more min and it still wasnt getting in. All the while employees were walking around doing a whole lot of nothing and shooting the breeze out in the garage. I had to go pick up my daughter and I told them I needed to go if they couldnt get me in very fast. When I said that, they decided to pull his car into the empty bay finally! I then see an employee waddle over and tell me that it would take 30 more min to rotate the tires. I told him I couldnt wait that long and he gave me back my keys. The guy at the counter tried to tell me that I could bring it in some other time and they would take care of it and I told him I didnt want that LAZY crew to work on anything of mine. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else. These employees dont work, they dabble and take a check.
The tire on my sedan flattened as a result of a large bolt on the roadway. Since it was New Years Eve (and Saturday night) I thought wed have to postpone returning to the Chicago area the next day. However, thanks to the Walmart Auto Center, our itinerary did not have to change.I arrived at 7:00am the next morning (Sunday) and the staff greeted me with relevant service options and speedy work. In less than an hour I was back on the road with a new tire. I left pleasantly surprised, and very thankful!
Took my pickup in to have all 4 tires balanced. Took 1.5 hours. On my way home, I could hear weights hitting the body. Took it in the next day and learned that the technician put the wrong weights on. So getting new weights and have been here over an hour already. So far Ive waited 2.5 hours between 2 days getting 4 tires balanced. Very very slow.
It took 30 minutes for someone to even walk up to my car and get me started, then an additional 3 hours to get 2 tires changed. I watched as other customers came in and out. After 2 1/2 hours I asked what the status was and they said they were pulling tires off. They do not go by a first come first serve basis and do not work efficiently at all. HORRIBLE service. Highly suggest using Ozark Walmart automotive instead.
Most of the guys working in the tire center I have encountered over the last 9 months are fantastic. Ryan, the attendant writing up what needed done this afternoon (my second trip here today) was less than pleasant. Perhaps he’s sick or having a rough time but he was super annoyed that I pulled up it appeared. Then he wrote up a charge that three people (desk, morning attendant, and mechanic) told me would not cost a thing. Ryan was again inconvenienced because I wanted to speak with the manager (to verify) who agreed I was told there wasn’t a charge this morning. Ryan then was annoyed the manager told him not to charge me. At this point I’m not sure Ryan even truly heard me say what I needed done with my vehicle. Hope he has a better day tomorrow.
Friendly great staff just paid for an item at the counter great experience
The guys in the shop always do a great job when servicing my vehicles. They take care of all our tire needs with a smile 😃
They really take good care of my car!
I had an oil change they where quick and everything seems to be done correctly.
I came in just before close a nervous reck, my husband was out of town and I needed my tire taking care of and he usually does this. These guys not only told me it was ok it was so late they explained everything to me and took care of me in a timely manner. Thanks
It took two hours to get an oil change. It wasnt busy. When I pulled up to the oil change sign, one of the auto care employees stared at me for a good minute before turning around to do something else. Since it was clear bubba wasnt going to be of much assistance, I walked inside and spoke with an employee at the register to inform her I needed an oil change. I spoke with my usual yes maam, no maam, in a very respectful and polite tone, as I always do. She was very blunt and I could tell she did not want to be there (not that I blame her). After waiting for 2 hours in the waiting area with two other customers, (one of which came after me but left before me) they finally finished the oil change. I approached the register and met with a different employee (bubba #2)who also did not appear to enjoy his job. After him telling me the total and me paying and saying thank you, he replied with out and to the left. Needless to say I wont be coming back anytime soon.
Great service!!!!! Got in and out with a flat tire and oil change.
Horrible.Do yourself a favor and go to a real tire shop or mechanic.
