Terrible pharmacy with sub-par service. Do not go here.

Pharmacy doesnt have enough personnel for the volume of prescriptions filled by them.They have many times told me they were out of a prescription I tried to fill only to get a text 45 to 60 min later it was ready to be picked up. I have their phone app and was still in the store. Have recent prescription from Dr. Instead of them keying in for insurance a quantity of 21 with 15 refills allowed for 1 year as a was written. Whoever keyed it incorrectly using my Dr directions to me to take for 7 days as needed So it was keyed in as qty of 7 for duration of what? Instead of owning up to the error and corecting it. They told me it was not an error. They just did not want to correct their error. I could understand the tech. Asked to speak to pharacist she too wasnt willing to correct. I was surprised and disappointed.

Pharmacists at this location are not knowledgeable about drug interactions. I received antibiotic today that I later found out interacts with another medication I’m on. I asked the pharmacist if they were okay to take together and she said yes. After returning home and looking at the pills I noticed I had them before and was instructed not to take them together by my primary doctor. I called another pharmacy and they too informed me not to take the new medication. This has happened more than once now at this location. This could be potentially dangerous

Ignore selfish Indi redneck reviews.I have always treated and been treated with professionality and respect from these busy people who serve uneducated self centered rednecks all day long.☺️ Yes, I give so many Indi residents 0 stars. Pharmacists good, rednecks bad.

Not happy they close for lunch

Poor service!. Told on numerous occasions that a prescription was either not covered or not worth running through the insurance. Was found to be inaccurate on both accounts!Pharmacist unable to answer specific question about drug and unwilling to look it up.Will never go back to the pharmacy at Walmart again.

Was rude last 3 times we have been here . Treated as if our business doesnt matter . No smiles acted bothered to even have to wait on us . I will be using a different pharmacy next time .
