We worked with Ben Powell, who provided a really impressive level of on-site service, from researching the right match for existing brick on a historic house to helping us connect with a high quality mason to do the work and getting deliveries to us on schedule. Ben took the time to get to know our needs, always stayed in close communication, and followed through, even after the job was done -- helping us sell off some unused brick and recoup some savings! These folks are a beacon of integrity, service, and tradition in the Norfolk / VA Beach area masonry trade. Highly recommend.

Picked up a vent well great staff even better products

A very helpful staff. My little brother came in to get some estimates for his Eagle Scout Project. The nice lady at the front desk, Karli Woodard, helped my brother for probably a solid hour on pricing and perhaps even an opportunity for discounts on his project. It was overall a very welcoming and knowledge-gaining experience for all involved parties. I would 100% recommend for anyone with stone and mortar needs.

Lost my ticket, nice people, had to wait for 70 minutes for them to find and deliver my order to my truck in the back of their store. Word to the wise make sure you get a piece of paper that when you go in you check in and they have your order and are ready to deliver it or put it on your truck or whatever.

Staff are very friendly and provided excellent service. We worked with Karli and she was very knowledgeable about the the various product lines they carried and made our selections process quick and simple.

Great place if you need brick supplies

First time i went years ago they were very helpful. Last visit April 8 2021 was totally useless.

Cant say enough great things about this company! They are very proactive in keeping their employees and customers safe during COVID. This place helped me to match a colored brick mortar and they have a huge selection of colors. If you are looking for a place to get sand for a really good price, they sell a huge bag (and put it in your car) for $4. Ive used the sand for brick pointing, filling in holes in the yard, drainage trenches, and gardening. Recently, I had some limestone blocks got a couple of small rust stains on them. I called and spoke with Jillian, right before closing on a Fri. She put a sample of stain remover out by the front door for me to pick up. It worked great and I appreciate the care and time that Jillian and many others at this company have for their customers.

What an amazing place. I brought in a brick that was from my 10yr old house. They didnt stock the brick anymore, but they matched it pretty well. They have 2 yards full of brick and stone. They have this beautiful fire pit display outside. Wish I could take that home with me.
