Great place for your hardware needs

Just spent almost 2 hours in the store. 45 minutes of that was waiting for someone to come cut a piece of pipe for me. Then had attitude from the pro-service desk after I was already frustrated. This was suppose to be a simple in and out trip, no more than 30 - 45 minutes... Taking my business to another store...

Employers here are terrible not helpful at all, it took me almost 40 minutes to find someone to help me, and I found him in a totally different department and he really could not help me because he worked in a different department but he tried, I give him that but we both were unsuccessful at trying to get the product that I needed. He tried locating the employee that worked in that department that was also a lost cause. Employers are all over the place, and it seems like none of them want to help very disappointed on how unorganized this store is help should be available in the department that assistance is needed. Management really need to pay attention to what’s going on here.
