We just had new cabinets put in in all 3 baths and kitchen. Everything was top notch from start to end. The salesman, Phil Perry, was nice, polite, and not pushy. We chose 3D layered oak cabinets by Medallion, who made and shipped the cabinets exactly when they said they would. They are gorgeous and very well made. The crew that did tear out and install actually arrived a little early and they were also top notch: Vasily, Vanya, and Ilya. They knew their stuff, were great at it, very helpful, and super fast. They redid all 3 baths and kitchen, removal, haul away, and install in just over 8 hours. I also talked to Kathy and Ashley and they are top notch too. I highly recommended Paneling Factory. In the near future we plan to get carpeting from them.

I dealt with Mimi and Russ. Both could not of been any nicer andvery helpful. Mimi helped me pick out carpet and Russ was there tomake sure everything was done properly. Everyone here was super friendly, there was enough space to be spread out, some prices were posted, and the sales people were very upfront about turn around times.

We were renovating our bathroom for a more modern look. Mimi was extremely knowledgeable on the best product to suite our needs and budget. From ordering to delivery Paneling Factory staff were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Will be using their services again and would recommend them for any home remodeling needs.

Ive worked with The Paneling Factory on two projects: carpet replacement a few years ago and currently on my kitchen remodel. The team there has been great. They have helped to make my kitchen remodel nearly stress-free. Bobby is a great designer. I had a vision of what I thought I wanted going into the project. After discussing concerns on my initial vision, Bobby quickly recommended a new layout, which I absolutely loved. I gave them the go-ahead and am currently working with the contractor to start the project. Based on the design drawings, I am so excited and cannot wait to see the final product. The process has been fairly stress-free so far.

Fantastic staff. Mimi helped with the order. They came out and measured. Had the design right away. The delivery man was so polite, efficient, and careful with the cabinets. Great experience and I will be ordering from them again.

I had someone come by and take measurements of my kitchen 3 weeks ago and was told I’d receive a quote for cabinet and countertop installation. I’m still waiting.

Tricky backing into the dock for a delivery but a nice gentleman stopped traffic for me. The unload took about an hour and a half.

Amazing. I had ordered a cabinet to fit a drawer dishwasher. The manufacturer sent a standard-sized cabinet. Belfor (the company handling my insurance claim) installed the cabinet, and a few days later, I realized it was the wrong cabinet. I was a little freaked. Paneling Factory immediately recognized the problem, and sent a master cabinet maker to my house. He refabricated the cabinet in-place, and you can’t tell. Took about 1.5 hours from the initial call to the refabrication. Saved my bacon! Good GOOD company.

My husband and I are remodeling our kitchen.l and of course we did extensive research before choosing the Paneling Factory. We knew a kitchen renovation wouldn’t be inexpensive but it was important that we balance quality, cost, and customer service. Ultimately we chose the Paneling Factory and we are so happy we did! Although our reno is not yet entirely complete, I can confidently say that it has been an extremely positive experience. The customer service has been impeccable and everyone has been a true pleasure to work with. If you’re considering a home improvement project, The Paneling Factory is the way to go!

My cabinets and kitchen are astonishing! I have one small glitch with the soft closing drawer, just one and the soft close cabinets will not close completely but Phil assures me their just minor adjustments!

Great selection of both kitchens and flooring. Loved it. The service and price blew the other stores away. Definitely recommend!

Had to rate 1 star just to leave a review. NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!!!!! A family member of mine did business here and it took her almost 6 weeks to get her countertops. The 1st one they sent was the wrong size. PHIL stated that the initial delay was because the guy that makes them had some health issues. ASHLEY (front desk) has no customer service skills. It just sucked overall. I made sure to use names and give full detail to ensure that youre aware Im telling the truth. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!! Greg/Craig is the owner.
