I enjoyed working with Linda. She is easy going and knowledgeable on their flooring product lines. Scranton flooring has a great selection of flooring. Their showroom is fully stocked. I could spend hours browsing this store, making more plans for my home. Friendly staff and great quality products.

They’ve covered our apartment building floors for as long as we’ve had the building. They do a great job finding us affordable carpet that looks good and doesn’t show stains. It’s practical stuff and looks great too. I would recommend them highly.

They have been messing with my grandma for months now. First flooring laid down bubbled up and said it was a product defect and they would fix it, no problem. They came to install new flooring a month later! They then said they would come one day and didnt show up or call us back several tiles. They finally got one room done (kitchen). Then next were supposed to come do our porch well showed up said door wouldnt clear new floor so just left and never called. Finally got a hold of us and set a date to come. Once again they didnt show up! We are now 4 months into this and it still isnt finished!
