Great service very professional

I walked in and dropped off a desktop computer I was having issues with. Two hours later I got a call saying it was fixed and good to go. Super friendly and took the time to chat about unrelated things also.

I had them look at a lap top for me to figure out the cost of having it fixed. I knew that there would be a cost associated with this which I was fine with. What I didnt like is that when I decided not to have them repair it they returned it to me in not the same shape that I had given it to them. They switched the battery that I had in my laptop with something they had laying around thinking I would not notice well I did and of course they would deny it but its true a battery that lasted better than 2 hours now only last 10 minutes. So what should have only cost me $60.00 is probably more like a $100.00.

They replaced a battery in my laptop which was great but in the process they broke my charging port. Otherwise very friendly staff

I have been a customer for over 10 years. I take my commercial and personal computer business there, and have recommended family members bring their business as well. Cant say enough good things about Krier.

We were traveling here from out of state when a power cord for our satellite quit working. The staff went above and beyond to help us.
