After we removed the tile, our concrete balcony deck was covered with several coats of old paint and tile adhesive. It was a mess. Hapax was able to clean up the concrete and apply sand colored stain and sealer. They were professional and efficient in all aspects, from the office staff to the gentlemen who came to do the work. We live in an apartment building and had several building regulations to work with. Hapax did a great job and the work went off without a hitch. We highly recommend this business.

There is not enough praise to give to Zack and crew at Hapax~! My concrete project began with a polished living room floor-liked it so much then went to the bedroom floor--then liked it so much moved to the guest bathroom floor--liked it so much went tot the master bath floor.....and lastly had Haypax manufacture two integrated bathroom counter tops. Zack listens to the client and bends over backwards to address their concerns. He patiently answers all questions, and can quickly ascertain what is needed to achieve the clients vision. Furthermore, if something is not right--he does not wait for the client to say something-he takes his own initiative to make all his work perfect.Zack takes pride in his work and diligently strives to make his clients happy. He has an easy-going personality which makes working with him pleasant. Additionally, he is knowledgable on all things concrete and can answer all questions regardless of their complexity. For my countertops--I showed him pictures and he easily duplicated the design. I do not think anything is beyond his reach.I am particular in my quest for quality in workmanship---Zack took it all stride--and was attentive to every detail. Furthermore, he is readily available even if he is at work on another job. The staff at Hapax are as knowledgable as Zack--have years of training/experience-therefore, you can always feel confident that they will execute the job to your standards. Lastly, Zack has a great sense of style-good taste--and you can feel confident in all his recommendations.Through all my projects--I grew attached to Zack & Hapax---simply because they treat everyone as family.
