Would not recommend this place for photo prints or Ups drop off. Got a call photos are ready but was told the call was automated and photos are not ready bc there was no paper. No ETA could be provided. Tried UPS drop off, lady could not find scanner (did not really try) and said I should just leave it. I would not trust them at with my packages. Really appalled by this place.
Very helpful & accommodating pharmacists.
I never post reviews but this CVS is just an abhorrent nightmare of a pharmacy. If you’re interested in waiting on hold for extended periods of time, or not having prescriptions ready then look no further. I live within walking distance of this location and would prefer to drive to another pharmacy solely to avoid this disgrace of an establishment.
I don’t know why I keep coming here...convenience I suppose as it’s walking distance and that’s where my parents went for years. The new pharmacy is beautiful but what is with this new staff? First I was told by an employee that they opened at 9, no biggie I’ll come back and I did at 9:30; turns out they open at 10 on Sundays and that’s fine so I wait the half hour. I work retail so as they lifted the gate and loaded the tills into the drawers I gave them some space and when the girl behind the counter mumbled something at me I asked politely and cheerfully “You ready?” with a smile. So tell me why this little girl whipped her head back and forth stuck her neck out at me and barked a “Yess.” I could heard the punctuation in my head she was that rude. I thought I had multiple prescriptions ready so I asked and she (I would use her name but she wasn’t wearing a name tag) just told me “No. You’re gonna need to go over there. (gestured towards drop off)” Not once did she say anything customer service related ie: “How’re you today?” “No problem.” “Thank you.” So away I went to drop off and finally a glimmer of hope Daniella was extremely helpful and told me she could fill an older prescription. She did but oh no there’s a problem and Mary Jane who I believe is the manager came over and told me the she couldn’t fill it. I know that I can purchase OTC for this item and I asked, it seems like that should be something she offered because I very clearly needed them to coincidence with my prescription. So she sends me back to my good friend at pick up with the attitude problem and surprise same sub sub par service. The item wasn’t scanning so they just tacked on a random price per item, $1 which isn’t going to break the bank but usually they’re around 16 cents each. I don’t work there I’m not going to argue about prices. My visit today was just pure insanity, but what’s new?
In 36 years of my life. I have never seen a more poorly run pharmacy in my life. Need medicine that keeps you alive? Please dont come here. I take care of two elderly parents and EVERY SINGLE TIME I come in here they never have the order ready. I suggest calling DAYS in advance to have your meds ready. I never write reviews. This time I just have to. Steer away from this place at all costs.
Just moved here and every time I need a refill of meds it takes at least 6-12 hours for them to fill your meds. The lines are ridiculously long and cashiers are slow. Definitely switching pharmacies.
They have no idea what they are doing. Unprofessional and slow. Unless you wait there they will never fill your prescription. The staff changed a few months ago with a group of millennial complainers. Seriously, everytime Im there. I dont like the music its too hot, its too cold, whats that noise? Its so annoying Ive never seen such a batch of spoiled, lazy brats in charge of medicine. Im switching pharmacies, because as a mom of 3 I dont want to hear it nor do I have the patience to wait a week for a prescription. Bring back the old crew. Respectful, accommodating and mature.
Pharmacy is terrible. Its like they just dont care.... And the parking lot is dirtier than a 3rd world country. Which just reflects managements lack of caring which trickles down to the employees. Suprised corporate doesnt crack down on this store.
I rarely post negative reviews but this cvs is horrible. My husband has been trying to get his medication for over a week. The Dr has called it in 3 times, insurance company authorized it with them twice. I have been dealing with them since 9am telling them my husband is going to be hospitalized without this medication, its now after 6pm. I have been calling all day, keep being put on hold. Call the front desk and get a girl who tells me yeah this happens a lot but theyre usually pretty good when I get the manager involved. Totally ridiculous. Hopefully we can get this medication tonight
If I could give this store a negative 100 stars I would .. Worse pharmacy I have ever been to staff is rude totally unhelpful don’t explain any thing to you .. I told them this was the first time being on diabetic meds .. I got ok sign there and was handed my bag no explanation.. they gave me a blood meter that was out dated day it was the only one my insurance covered lies I called my insurance company. Call for refills told it will be ready on Saturday.. go today on Monday they did not even start to get it ready and the girl gives me an attitude.. The only reason why I have to go there is because it’s the only place my insurance works with .. Well thanks to cvs I am changing my insurance . This is not the 1st time I have had a bad experience with them
Pharmacy never has meds on time. Expensive. I’m going to switch to Rite Aid asap.
Great pharmacy
