I wish I could give this place 5 stars but it would be a lie if i did. I came in to rent a storage unit since i am moving from the city so I wanted to see a couple of units. I must’ve came at the wrong time because as the young lady was helping me, the phone would not stop ringing and there was someone else waiting to be assisted. She had asked me to give her a second so she can call her coworkers but they never showed up. Luckily the other customer was nice to wait for her return. As we were walking i noticed the storage doors to the facility were dusty and the floors had dirt all over it. While we were walking we did see a man with glasses that worked in the office on his phone in the hallway. although the young lady was very kind and helpful, it was not upkept how all these “5 star reviews” claim it is because its a Storage place and theres only 1 person in the office during the week.

I want to thank Angelica and Jose for all of the support and assistance that they provided me with today. Due to water damage, I had to transfer to another unit and they helped expedite the transfer immediately. Not only were they understanding about how the situation had upset me but they offered to supply me with anything I needed to make the move possible. It’s not everyday that you encounter this kind of customer service but it sure made my day knowing that there are good people out there that take their jobs seriously and care about what they do! Kudos to your staff for making me feel like a special customer!

Storage space was as described, easy to load into with loading dock, carts, elevator, and even a ladder for my top-level spot. Angelica was friendly and helpful. Covid policies being observed. Parking lot is a little tricky to get out of, but nothing unmanageable, even for a moving truck.

They were consistently helpful & courteous throughout my constant calls reassuring the reservation of the storage. The people are really nice in there but during this pandemic they shouldnt be raising every 9 months on the rates % it should at least be every 2 yrs for my opinion...they raise my storage during this pandemic Im struggling to pay now since they raised it have 10×12 been there 3 yrs and Im not the only one complaining cuz I over heard the people complaining when I was in the storage that day there were a few taking there stuff out cuz they raised the prices....if the person in charge like CEO should give the people a break with the rate or change it temporarily but of pandemic.... I know u have to run a business I get that but come on at least temporarily break on the rates %

Location is very accesible from where i live. Storage lockers are good size to fit my belongins. Time of operation and times of access are very atractive. Ramp to load and unload is very wide and handrrucks are available to ise as needed. I would recomend it no problem. I wish the facilities were more clean inside and outside. Parking spaces are not properly signed.

I found a great deal for my storage room on line and was able to visit their office on a Sunday afternoon. I found the staff to be polite and professional. Their storage rooms are competitively priced and the facility is maintained clean and secure. I would recommend this site for your storage needs especially if you don’t have a car and need a local storage facility that is in walking distance or close to transit.

Omar was very knowledgeable of the property, sizes of each unit, and understanding. We told him our budget, what we were looking for and in no time, he showed us a few different units that were in our budget and would fit all of our personal belongings. He was funny, kind and very patient and made this experience very smooth and easy. I suggest anyone coming to this facility ask for Omar.

Heres something to keep in mind:Prices for to new clients fluctuate over time, when prices go up, existing tenants have to pay more. When prices go down, existing tenant rents remain the same.So, if you leave on a long vacation, please factor in that you dont know how much youre going to pay for storage over the next year.Today (October 10th 2020), I contacted support and asked to fix my price. I was told this:(support person Taj): There isnt a given date, when the rate is going to change there will be a letter mailed out a month in advance letting you know what rate will be and when it applies. Its all based on market value.Update in reply to response received from Extraspace below:I understand that prices fluctuate. I dont understand why clients do not benefit from the downwards fluctuation. At this moment, the same facility has the same size space on the same floor for a lower rate. Why does my rate not adjust?

There was some confusion when I made the reservation about the need to come by in person (bc of COVID-19 pandemic times), but it was cleared up and the team was calm and professional even though I was stressed and chaotic. Closing out was simple and easy.! The team was great and sent me a confirming email which was reassuring that my credit card wouldnt be charged again after I moved out. I appreciated how easy it was to close my account once I no longer needed the space and was moving out the day of. Thank you guys for all your help and the great deal. The 10x12 space was only $163 for 1 month and it was a competitive rate in the area so thank you for giving me that great discount and not being the price gouging monsters out there during this pandemic. Theyre great, space is easy to access, clean, had good lighting, I have no complaints.
