We received excellent service on the installation of our new carpeting. Sherry helped us pick the appropriate color and gave wonderful advice on how we should proceed. We actually called them back to add our bedrooms a couple of weeks after the first install. I would highly recommend this company.

I purchased a condo last month and the worn out carpet had to go! I had hardwood floors installed in 3 bedrooms and 4 closets, the upstairs of my home. I have lived in the home only 3 years but was very dissatisfied w/the carpet and its wear and tear. The installers delivered the hardwood 4 days before the install to get it acclimated to the home. The installers showed up right on time the end of the week. They were extremely efficient and completed the job in a long hard day! Clean up after the job was great, too. I am very satisfied w/ the service. I got my laguna oak luxury vinyl floors from here. I called a couple flooring stores in the area but received the best price here. They even let us return the surplus because they keep this particular flooring in stock. We did the instal ourselves so I cannot comment on that.

Carpet To Go & More handles installation and communication in a poor and unprofessional manner. We scheduled to have our carpet installed at 10:30am. A job which was quoted to take around 2 or 3 hours. At 11:00 am, there was no sign of an installer at which point we contacted the point person for installation. He had no contact with his installer until almost 12:00 pm. At this point we learned that the installer had a personal issue and wanted to reschedule for another date, which we cannot do. After much run around and phone tag, the contact person for the installation turned off his phone and all of our phone calls go to voicemail. The salesperson at the store says there is nothing he can do because he only handles sales and not the actual installation of the product. When we pay for installation, we expect to have the job done in a timely manner. The fact that there has been no concrete communication from anyone is the basis for this unprofessional rating on the review. It is one thing to be running late and communicate that to your customers, but to just stop answering phone calls or divert information or provide none at all because its not your department is unacceptable. At this point, it is 4:00 and said installer is still on the way mind you the store is 30 minutes from our home. Also, for a store that sells flooring in such large quantities, why do you only have one installer? That is poor practice in my honest opinion. We have now taken this from speaking with our local store to speaking with the director of sales at the regional office in Charlotte.

My husband and I visited here while shopping for carpets for our new house. We were unimpressed by what they had in stock, and the lack of information about the carpets off hand, without having to dig into paperwork/computers. Its also really unfortunate that their entire showcase was disassembled due to flooding from Tropical Storm Irma.

This rating is not for the store, the store would be less then 1, the companies upper management (Tim) however is a 5. They have helped us with our issues with the store, and have told us they plan to fix all past problems. Hopefully no one will have the problems we have had, but we are thankful they have been corrected.
