Thank you Sir for the wonderful customer service and quality work! I will recommend you guys to everyone!
Had them come install VCT flooring in our shop. The installers showed up on time and were super nice, they explained that our floor would require some additional prep (fill cracks) and dry time so the job might take longer than expected but this was all explained at the start. Once installed the tile has lasted well and still looks like new.
Live at Bees Ferry Apartment homes, and these idiots were scheduled to replace the carpet in my apartment today with a 1 hour window of 9am to 10am. They never called and let me know anything, or let my leasing office know anything. Finally after the leasing staff kept calling and hounding them about it, someone finally showed up at 4:43 PM. It is now 8:27 PM and the installer is STILL here. I wasted my entire FRIDAY (AM/PM) on these idiots. Then they send only 1 installer. The company never answers their phone, or returns calls. Once you call from a private number or call another location they will answer the phone. Beyond pi$$ed off right now. Hope the apartment community takes the contract they have with them for carpet and paint. Im sure there is someone in Charleston that would love the business this community gives them, and would treat their customers and the customers residents with some respect.
They showed up at my apartment post move in to redo the flooring. We agreed to do sections of the flooring because we couldnt place all of our belongings in storage. I met the flooring project manager at my apartment the day of the install to confirm and insure that none of my belongings would be in his way and to make sure my front door didnt remain open all day. He confirmed - however when I returned midday to check on progress, not only was my door open, my belongings were outside and they started to work on other areas of the apartment that we hadnt authorized. It took the project manager more than 30 minutes to return to my apartment to explain what was going on. He stated they wanted to complete the entire apartment in one day. I expressed my frustration and explained to him that my indoor furniture didnt belong outside in the grass and that it needed to be returned to the inside of my apartment immediately.....the furniture was moved back into my apartment; but not in the condition that it was prior to their arrival. They completely broke multiple items (tv stands, armoires, tables, and upholstered chairs to be exact) that were placed in the trash because of the damage. It took three weeks for Sherwin Williams management team to even return a call and agree to coming out to assess the damage. At the first appointment, Tammi never showed up. At the second appointment that she finally showed up for she stated their policy which involves you replacing your own furniture and using a third party check to pay for it. Not only that, she turned this into a finger pointing mission on what type of damage they were actually responsible for repaying. In the end they sent a small check that didnt even pay the cost to refinish the chairs that they dropped or to replace the tv stand that they damaged among any of the other things. I wouldnt recommend that you use them if your place of residence is already inhabited....or else you will pay them and the cost to purchase new furniture. Out of Tammis own mouth, she has tons of furniture sitting in her warehouse because of the damage done during installs of occupied residences. Use them at your own risk, better yet find another company that cares about your belongings.
