Great work! They came out quickly to show me samples and get me an estimate. Work did get started a little later than I wanted but it was memorial day weekend. Some of the staff had taken time off which was fine! Im happy he was honest about it and kept me updated. When the workers came they were very friendly and worked quickly. They cleaned up and left the space spotless. They even made sure that they closed the front door all the way, when they were going in and out, because I have cats. The padding they use makes a big difference between the carpet that was installed when we bought the house and what they installed. Its so much more plush and actually reduces the noise from my cats running up and down the stairs. I highly recommend and I will definitely use them again to replace the rest of the upstairs carpet before we sell our house!

We had the best experience with Tony, the owner. He came out to the house on several occasions and answered all of my questions about flooring! I had a very positive experience with Floor Coverings International.I put a request on Home Advisor. Tony responded very promptly and we set up an appointment.The estimate was reasonable. He was able to match the flooring I already had. The two installers were prompt and worked quickly and finished the job promptly. The estimate was 2 days and they finished in one and a half days.Tony came back and did a walk through to ensure that I was happy. I would recommend them to anyone that asks.

Rob is an extremely caring businessman who makes sure his customers are satisfied. He went far above and beyond to make sure were happy with our floors, and hopefully our experience summarized in this review is unique.We had a floating installation of bamboo floors done, and they looked great. A little over the 2 year labor warranty, we noticed a few planks had separated. After informing Rob, he went ahead and had it fixed at no cost to us. But then over the next several months, more and more planks began separating. Rob was not happy that the product was failing, and agreed to reinstall all of the boards and glue them to each other, again at no cost to us. This was now about 3 years after the initial installation. Again, the floors looked great, but much to our frustration after only a few months, planks began separating. We since learned that for the layout of our first floor, we should have had new flooring glued down and not a floating installation done. Long story short, Rob agreed, at his cost, to install a completely different product, glued down to the subfloor, which should not have this issue of planks separating. He even redid all the shoe molding, and removal and reinstallation of bathroom fixtures in our powder room.Its been about 18 months now, and the new engineered hardwood floors that replaced the floating bamboo floors are holding up great and feel much more solid walking on them. Weve since gotten a German Shepherd, and these floors are handling some of the abuse he can give them just fine.I would definitely do business with FCI again, as I cant imagine any other flooring company would go through the lengths Rob did to ensure our satisfaction.

Rob and his team were courteous, reliable and professional. We added laminate flooring to our home. Rob came to our home with samples to best match existing flooring. He accurately explained the project and time involved. Materials for the flooring needed to be delivered about a week before the installation so as to allow for acclimatization. In our case the carpeting was removed and new flooring was installed in one full day. The installation crew was skilled professional and friendly. Clean up was fully completed before their departure. I would highly recommend their service to others.

Floor Coverings International was recommended to me by a realtor to redo our stairs and upstairs hallway with wood or carpet. We decided on wood and Rob walked us through the process easily and was upfront with the costs and differences between the types of wood we could choose from. He got us on the schedule quickly and in the time frame we requested. The guys who installed the floors were kind and easy to talk to when we had questions about the timeline of the project. I am pretty picky and found them to be first rate from the initial contact all the way through the installation of my engineered maple hardwood floors. The Bullocks are punctual, well-spoken, and professional with a hardworking and clean cut crew. I found the price to be very fair and excellent attention to detail given. Nice to see businesses like this still exist.
