Had a great experience with this company and adore my flooring...vinyl plank throughout my home. Terry helped me out and swore by his installer Anthony who did not disappoint. He and his workers were fabulous! They were prompt, swift, meticulous and safe! I was beyond impressed! Todd and his crew were always patient with me, while I made my decision on the right carpet for my home and studio projects. Personally, I could walk the showroom floor for hours, as their selection is so vast. They offer delivery or you can take it home after they measure and cut. Ive always installed my flooring, so I cant speak on installation. Sometimes I wish I had more rooms to carpet, as the experience shopping here is First Class! I couldnt be more pleased with my experience at Carpet Wholesalers. The entire process, from shopping and browsing to purchasing to measuring to installation, was mostly easy-breezy. We walked in, Terry greeted us and explained the layout of the store and how to browse, and let us wander around ourselves. Once I had picked the carpet I liked, Terry was super helpful and easy to work with. We shopped the Thursday before Memorial Day, and were able to get the measurements done and installation completed less than 2 weeks after we visited the store. Pretty good turnaround time if you ask me! The crew that did the install was professional and positive. I think the job took them a couple hours longer than they expected, and clean up could have been a little more thorough, but that hardly matters when the carpet looks so awesome. Really pleased we were able to get this done easily and for a great price before we moved into the house we bought. Thanks, Carpet Wholesalers!

My experience with this company started out great, but then went into a downward spiral. My sales rep Terry was helpful in pointing us in the right direction as far as what type of carpet and padding we were looking for. He also said they’d give military discount of %5, so I felt like it was a win. Although I already provided the square footage from my own physical measurements in comparison with the house blueprints, I felt it would be worthwhile for a second opinion. So we paid the $45 refundable deposit for measuring just to see how close they came to 1100 sq ft. The measuring team came out and began going through each area that I directed them to. Along the way they asked some questions that seemed harmless at the time like: “Why are you replacing your carpet?” and “What the plans were for the other floors?” I would soon find out how my responses to these questions would affect the price. After they completed their measurements, I asked what their results were and they said that they would have to enter them into a system. They also stated that our sales rep would provide a copy of their results. The next day our sales rep Terry called and said that they came up with 1700sq ft. I asked him how they came up with the measurements and what the amount was with military discount, he said 5% off of the material not the labor. That should have been clarified in the beginning. After that I simply asked for a copy of measurements to see how they came up with the numbers. He said he was going to send it to me as soon as he got off the phone. As I am writing this review, I have yet to hear from him nor the company since the end of September. I also havent received my $45 deposit back. No response after 3 weeks confirms there was some shady business happening. I would say Buyer beware of their tactics and make sure you do your own measuring or get a second opinion.

The service in store was good. However when installation was done, I was told I had a 1 year warranty on the work. I tried several times to contact installer with a problem. He finally returned my call and reluctantly said he would take care of problem. 2 months later and several tries to contact again, no success. I will have to hire someone else to fix the issue.So not a good experience.

There were no questions unanswered and they were happy to take the time to think of ideas and concepts to make the space look better and more open. Only weird thing was they require a refundable $250 deposit to schedule and give an estimate which made me feel weird, but it worked out just fine.

I was very pleased with the experience. The salesperson took the time to explain the different carpet types and benefits to me. I planned on getting another berber, but saw some advantages I hadnt considered before with another style. I was able to line up an install date and take home some good sized swatches - which she said I could just give to the estimators when they came out - all on one lunch break. I didnt even have to return the swatches to the store. A last minute change in plans required me to reschedule the estimation to a few days later, and they accommodated me while not pushing back the install date. The estimators came over in the evening and they were pleasant, professional and worked quickly. My neighbor told me that with her job, they had sent an installer that walked out with job half done, but she called the store and they sent out someone else the next day to finish, and she was ultimately pleased and therefore recommended the company. I told the salesperson I didnt want that installer on my job, and she made sure he wasnt used - no arguments, no sour grapes. The gentleman that came out to install was very polite and professional, and even asked permission to play 70s music while he worked - I said no problem of course :) He was very complimentary of the prep work I had done, and I could tell he took pride in the job he did. Its been almost a month and aside from the new carpet smell that is just a little strong (but expected), we couldnt be happier with our new carpet. Hopefully that will stay the same, and if any issues pop up I will post an update.

My husband and I visited Carpet Wholesalers today searching for flooring. Upon entering the establishment we were not greeted and staff was behind the counter eating and talking. Secondly we expected for someone (staff) to visit us on the sales floor to assist us with our needs. After about 15 minutes a man walked up to us and asked what could he do for us. We told him what we were searching for and he proceeded to tell us nothing that was of help, nor did he point us in the right direction. I was hoping for a better end result seeing as how we were referred to them. Very disappointing

While we have hit several bumps in the road due to some errors in our installation, Amy has been very diligent in attempting to correct the errors made. We highly recommend their installer Terry. Terry was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable when it came to fixing previous errors made by a different installer.

Went in for new floors gave them my number and address for them to come said they would call within 24 hours. That was a week ago. Took my business to another store

We bought beautiful Berber carpet for our huge family room last summer. About six months later we noticed the cut edge of the carpet coming away from the floor. And the seam in the middle of the room putting the two huge pieces together, was very visible to the naked eye. After two installers came back out to inspect the carpet we still have no resolution. One says its a carpet flaw, the other says its an installer flaw. The company has offered to give us a 20% discount on new carpet. This is their error we did nothing wrong we have paid in full almost $2000 for this carpet. What is it going to take for us to be made whole
