I will gladly give these 5 stars!!! My son was driving from Texas back to Georgia and had broke down just outside of North Little Rock, Arkansas. I googled mechanic shops in the area and Moore and Robinson came up. I gave them a call, and Tim said they could get to him first thing in the morning. He also gave me a number to a towing company called Metro Towing. Metro ran out and picked him took him to the shop. They immediately got on his pickup and got him fixed and road ready again. Thank you to Tim, Moore and Robinson and also Metro Towing for being very timely and professional in their services. I would highly recommend both companies for work. And their prices are very reasonable as well.

This picture pretty much sums up my experience with the tires I purchased here. Im not saying its Moore and Robinsons fault, definitely more of a tire workmanship problem. We had 3 flats(different tires) over our 1 year with these tires, and they were sliding in wet conditions almost instantly. None of the flats showed any foreign objects either. The one thing we asked when we purchased was that theyd help us find the best tire for wet conditions. Early on my wife went in to tell them about our issue with traction, and the technician said thats not possible, the tread is fine. They changed the air pressure but it really didnt improve.Now we had one of the tires split down the middle for no apparent reason. I was informed by them that if it is a workmanship issue, they will pay for half of the original tire since 25k miles were put on. That would be about $45Theyre pleasant people to talk to, but I definitely wouldnt recommend them. Ive had much better experience with Big Box stores and in the future Ill be buying Michelin!

Excellent customer service good staff that will explain, and tell you about the service being done on your vehicle.

Good and quick service, but a few bad practices that prevent them from getting five stars. First, they offer a coupon on their website for 29.95 oil changes, but the oil change actually ends up being around 45 dollars once fluid top off and bundled services are added in. The coupon really took 10 dollars off the entire process, which is still good, but my point is that it should simply be listed as a 10 dollar off coupon (there is no need to be deceptive with marketing; it only loses trust with your customer base). Also, the sticker reminding me of my next oil change was slapped on extremely crooked. In the only tangible evidence I have of their work on my car, it conveys negligence and carelessness with a task. I have no complaints about the service, but these things will prevent me from recommending Moore and Robinson to friends.

Tim is a fantastic sales person

We were headed to the airport to pick up a family member, and had a deadline. We had a tire with low pressure, so we pulled into Moore & Robinson, to have them put a little air in the low tire. Turns out we had two screws in the tire, causing low pressure. We grabbed a quick lunch across the street, and they put the spare on the ground and took the bad tire and replaced it with a new tire, and we got back on the road quickly. Very prompt service. Great place, great staff. They worked competently and rapidly. Thank you very much guys!

I have gone to this shop for several years, and after this experience I am very dissatisfied. We have spent the past two months trying to fix an idle issue that arose after replacing two catalytic converters (the original problem). The car began to have an idling issue immediatly after that. They made one last ditch effort to fix the problem after close to $5,000.00 worth of replacing parts (some of this not out of just my own pocket). Problem still isnt fixed. When I was accused of taking advantage of them, that was when they lost my recommendation and faith in their service. Then, although I truly did appreciate all the effort they made to attempt to fix the idling issue, where my engine cuts out causing the car to die while driving, almost caused me to get in a car accident yesterday after getting the car back. I was told it was one part after the other. I have had three panic attacks. Almost been in two car accidents. I can not recommend them for anything but tires, brakes, battery, and fluid changes. I feel like writing this will cause them to retaliate if I try and take the car back there if one of their parts fails that they replaced on my vehicle that is under warranty. I was not an unreasonable customer at all. This cost me three times as much as the inital cost. And then he tried to say it was different issues, when I was communicating, I even recorded video to show the behavior with the engine, and told them about that idle issue was occuring since they replaced the catalytic converters. I said it over and over again, and then the manager insinuated and blamed me, the customer for it. I just wanted my car fixed so I can trust that it wont put me in a situation where I am in an accident. And that did not happen, and Im out thousands of dollars. I use this car to travel for work. If I loose my job because of this..........update: they said they spent 3,000 in out of pocket cost (not true). Had to take my car to a different mechanic. New mechanic found the solution to the problem and replaced the timing belt they installed faultily, as well as MAS airflow sensor that was faulty. New mechanic found the root cause for the problem and found a solution. If you can’t fix it, don’t mislead a customer
