Dont go there got a moter change and the moter steal sounds bad it took them 4 months to do nothing

I called this shop for a simple jump start i told him i live down the road from them 0.3 miles to be exact the guy said send me the address there was no cost mentioned at all i sent him the address he got to my house an hour later barely spoke to me or my husband jump started my car and then said i owed him 20 dollars. 20 dollars for a jump start?? Thats a complete rip off i only had 5 dollars to my name but i gave it to him any way the next day today he showed up at my house beating on my door over the remaining 15 this place is a complete rip off and does very shady bad business

I have known Dez for several years, this is the first time I have ever had a problem at his business. The gentleman that did “work” on my car, his name was J. I don’t feel that he knew what he was doing or had ever been to any training, or schooling. My car sounded a whole lot worse and was running way worse than it was before I took it in there. I would suggest not using this business!!

Horrible! Horrible! HORRIBLE! Refusing to give a quote! Telling me that I know nothing about cars! Has NEVER met me and has NO idea what I know! NEVER had such a horrible experience with any mechanic! If they are like that with customer service tells me how they will treat your vehicle! I wouldn’t trust them with ANYTHING!!!!

Would NOT recommend going to this mechanic shop. They are very unprofessional, very unskilled. My car was at his shop 4 months for a transmission job. After 4 months of getting the run arounds I finally got my car towed to the dealership. He was very rude and stopped responding to my calls and text after the 1st month .

Desmond, Brad, and Shawn are the best upbeat mechanics Ive ever seen. They can charge you with repairs at a low price without the hassle. Thanks for putting in my radiator, thermostat, and the cooling sensor I would recommend some people to come to your shop

I had a great experience with this auto Repair company. I was from out of town when my car broke down. At this point I was in prank mode because being out of town and your car starts to have problem was the last thing I needed. The gentleman I talked to was very kind and helpful. He provided a tow and fixed my car the same day and dropped my car off at my location with very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this company if you have any car problems!!

The worst unprofessional alleged business in America

This was worst shop ever. Had our car for over month just to get new transmission. Owner was rude and has no ethics. He got angry when notifying channel 7 and charged me double price. When I got it back it won’t start and they pulled every wire loose in car. Had to have it towed from shop poor poor business. I recommend you find another shop not worth it

With patience...everything works out...

Drove my vehicle there for them to change the crankshaft position sensor then they said I needed a gasket then they said I needed the sensor for my cooling fan cause it wouldn’t come on anymore why I don’t know . The whole time my vehicle would barely start n when it did wouldn’t stay started so they said i had an electrical problem that I didn’t have before they started working on it . So I drove my vehicle up there and had to get it towed away.
