Amazing customer service! I brought my work van up to them, I had overloaded my batteries on my inverter system. Stephen was amazing he was able to reconnect my wires, and order me new batteries. I highly recommend them and will be back anytime I need batteries. They really know what they are doing and extremely helpful!

I can not speak highly enough of Stephen and Battery Outfitters! For years I pictured a “Duracell Shop”, I had no idea they offered so much. I went to Battery Outfitters for a car battery... I was already aggravated about my car but when I walked in I was greeted by Jordan and he took care of me from that point on. He was very knowledgeable of his job and gave me all the options of purchasing a new battery, he also checked my battery to make sure that that is what I was needing. The guys at Battery Outfitters, Jordan and Stephen, go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their customers. I needed a battery for my car. With a quick phone call, they were about to price this in seconds. Then when I arrived, they checked my battery life to ensure a new battery purchase was necessary and then changed my battery out for me— all in a matter of minutes! They also were able to help with anew battery for my husband’s key fob. It is a one stop shop for all things battery related and I will definitely be returned here for any battery related purchases I may have in the future.

I went into the Battery Outfitters in North Little rock today and the customer service was outstanding! Cadence was my service person and he was outstanding it took less than 5 mins to get my batteries changed and he was helpful and very kind! i wull be back to this location and i would recommend this location to my family and friends!!!!

The original store was in Golden, Missouri. My husband lived and worked in AR a few miles away. He introduced me to them when we were dating and I needed a car battery.Then jump forward a few years. I was working in NLR and found out from the Goldem, MO shop that they had opened a shop here.Been getting my batteries from them ever since.

Stephen Hearon has to be one of the most upright person to manage a business. He’s fair, honest, and customer first. I had a very difficult situation that he didn’t hesitate to take care of and get me on my way. I have bought quite a few higher end batteries from him and won’t do business anywhere else. I went to the location in North Little Rock on JFK, fast, courteous service and a price point comparable to other discount outlets. I had just dropped my wife off for major surgery and needed a replacement battery quickly and didnt have tools. They installed the battery and had me out of there in about 10 minutes and even gave me a free pocketknife.Definitely stop here if you need a battery for anything from a watch on up.

Walked in and was very kindly greeted by store manager Stephen Hearon. Needed a replacement battery for something and he had exactly what I needed. The cord attached to my dead battery was broken and I had attempted to fix it, but he took care of fixing my cord and making sure it worked. Very friendly and great customer service!!

I just went in to get a new battery in my car key. I didnt know how to take it apart to replace it or anything. Also my socks slipped off my heels in my shoes and my nails were noticeably atrocious and I was just generally a mess. Stephen took care of my key for me, we had a few laughs, and he sent me on my way. Wouldnt even let me pay him! 11/10 would recommend the ole boys at Battery Outfitters. Made my day.

The people who work here are fantastic. They listen to you and bend over backwards to get you what you want. They even welcome pets with treats for them at the register. My moms dog was in the car and the manager walked out to car to pet her and give her a treat. If you need anything battery you really need to look this place up.
