I got amazing help from the girls working!!! I was so nervous because I had a lot of questions and concerns about trading in my switch and they were so patient and helpful! Cant wait to go back for my other game needs

I used to love coming over to my favorite game store and usually spend about 35.00 to 100.00 at least once a month. The vibe in the store has change dramatically. Whatever happened to good customer service.... Fyi the manager with the purple hair is super rude.... I will continue shopping online....and membership will be cancelled...

I would not highly recommend it... but they are okay if you are very knowledgeable of gaming systems. All in all I would say the best thing that they have going for them is I think they have reasonable prices and their store lay out is good.

They dont have half the things i come in for but the employees are good people who try their best too help.

I hate to be the guy who complains about Gamestop, but today was really beyond the pale for them. I started to buy, as it was only $5, Elder Scrolls Online Morrowind. I have ESO Tamriel Unlimited, so I wanted to add it to my library. The clerk takes the case from my hand, fishes out Ultimate Tamriel, which is not what I wanted, with a case containing totally borked and torn case art, (Hey Gamestop, a lot of us are collectors who dont settle for damaged goods) and tries to sell that instead. I told him I wanted the case (and game) I handed him, and he tries to tell me Tamriel Unlimited is the same thing, and that either way Id only get the base game. I told him I did not believe that was correct, and I left. Morrowind is in fact a separate disc, which came out AFTER Tamriel Unlimited, with different content. Why could he not just sell me what I asked for? He did not even want to look for the correct game, I believe. Smh I almost want to take pics of the different discs back to him and show him he was wrong.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Nice to know the staff are gamers themselves, so I can get an informed idea of what Im getting before I buy on most games. This last visit the lady that checked me out was extremely professional and helped me save money with my rewards account, and informed me of other promotions. Very pleased with the customer service and selection.

One star because they obviously have the selection but they are fast to bend you over on any resale. Nothing against this location, just gamestops corporate policy is terrible.

The store was very clean and the products were very neat on shelves. Even the clearance section seemed in order. But do people actually work here? I mean Im sure they do but it stinks to not be interacted with at all when going into a fun store like gamestop. Im sad that game stores may not exist in the future. But when customer service is non existent will we really miss them?

Rude. I bought a used xbox one from in the mall. It was the last one stocked. Its hdmi output was bad. The mall checked the local stores. This one had 13. I come in and they refused to help. They said to take back to the mall for a refund and they would sell me one when I got back. This is a shady business move to artificially inflate sales

Im always good with the peeps behind the counter. They take care of their customers and have no problem chatting about games.

Probably the largest GameStop, but kinda out of the way in terms of being able to find. Unless you know its next to the Burger King, you might drive right by it, but Im from the other side of the river, so not as familiar with this area.

They almost always gave what i need or help me find out how to get it. .. great service wont go to another game store EVER !!

I came in looking for a good couch co op game, and although I couldnt find what I was looking for, the staff was eager to discuss potential games that fit that description.

Very helpful employees at this location- they didnt have what I was looking for for our Wii, but he called the mall to see if they did which was much appreciated

I asked to return a game but they said it had been past return date but I got it for a Christmas gift so I told the cashier that than she said it was past the holiday return date but the game was still sealed so I asked her why and she said she just coudent also the cashier was rude and short with me. When I got home I checked when I could return it and it said the 24 and she said the 15! She completely lied about the return date and she wanted me to open it were I coudent return it.

I get most of my games from here. The employees are pretty knowledgeable when it comes to the products. The prices are decent.

This is a good location for parents that just dont understand gaming I get great answers over the phone. I order items instore. I receive my merchandize in a timely manner.

I can’t believe that a key holding employee is capable of being that rude to his customers. Mike, promised he’d be there to give out the new Xbox at 11:30 and we showed up at 11:12 to pick it up. The store was abandoned. Once mike had arrived he proceeded to say how much he hates “late” customers and tell us everyone else left at 11:03 and act like a child throwing a tantrum because he didn’t want to do his job. I know we’re not going to this game stop anymore. Walmart carries everything game stop does but cheaper. Without customer service what does game stop have?

I usually have a good experience here but not this time. As a parent I dont have alot of knowledge on how some of these games work. My son asked for fortnite so they showed me the game and said there would be a code to enter. I paid 30.00 bucks thinking he could play the game. I was never aware or informed he would have to have a gold Xbox live membership. So on my sons birthday he gets it loaded and cannot play. Why did I pay $30 bucks for nothing as he could have just bought it from xbox live. I feel very decieved and ripped off. Called the store and was told it was a multiplayer online only game. In store as I purchased it was told just enter a code. No return allowed and no trade and asked what I was fishing for????!!!!!! Are you kidding me!!! How about you need a gold account to play even after purchasing as I would have at least been able to find a different game that did not require this. Warning to other unsuspecting parents!!!
