Short girl with short hair is extremely rude, makes unnecessary comments and tried to encourage me to take my business elsewhere because I was told 10 minutes for shift change and after 20 minutes of them talking I asked if I could pay for gas and was told I could go to the gas station up the road or across the street because those places don’t do shift change. I typically fill my diesel trucks and dual tank flatbeds here but I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere as this is the second time she’s been rude and tried to tell me to go to another store over absolutely nothing. Apparently this store does not care about revenue and taking care of customers who have spent thousands of dollars on their fuel and products

Management was rude, called me a liar, and wouldn’t give me a refund after I told them the air pump wand seal was missing and it actually let air out of my tires.

Chicks wasted at register and gangsters panhandling in parking lot both tried taking my money least gangster in parking lot ASKED

The absolute worst store to stop at in NLR service is always rude, to busy on personal phone calls to talk to customers, and just dont care if they sell you what you want or not. After 4 attempts at this location Ill not go back to many stations in that area that are friendly

Horrible customer service. If you buy one of their over priced phone chargers and end up going by walmart and buying the same thing for 1/4 the price. Do not expect to be able to return it with receipt in hand. You will only catch an attitude and told to come back in a few days because the employees are not trained well enough to do their jobs. No matter how far away you live from this store.

This not for Big Red. It is for the McDonalds that is here. Ever since they opened, they have always been slow. They have been open for awhile too, yet they are not able to get it into gear with orders. Dont come here if you want fast food. Takes every bit of 20 to 30 minutes for every order. Beware!

I dont know what happened but the new crew is absolutely terrible. Not just sometimes but all of the time now. There is 1 girl that will literally wait until she is done with her conversation with friends in the store or on the phone before she helps a customer, cusses in front of customers If there isnt a friend in the store the 2 clerks talk over the customers, ringing me up without giving me a bag or a chance to ask for cigarettes. I dont like being made to feel like I am interupting when I just need gas and a drink. They really need to tighten up their crew.

Waited and waited for them at the drive through and its like someone just left the mic on and no one came to take my order. I even honked as well as pulled up to the first window. Horrible service.

Worst gas station ever, I walked in to get some chips and a soda and the attendant told me I couldnt buy that, even though the website says open 24 seven
