Always clean and the staff are courteous and friendly. The manager is a hard worker.

Got gas and a car wash, Halfway through the car wash it completely stopped while it was spraying soap on my car and it would not. So I went inside and told the guy what happened and asked for a refund and he told me that they dont give refunds for the car wash and there is nothing he can do, not even given me a free wash, he was very rude and mean, I WILL NOT BE BACK. I had to go spend more money at another car wash to get the soap off. I bought the 15.00 was, So now Im out 15.00.

This has gotten to be by far the worst gas station I have ever been to after hours. I get there its 12:05 am well here it is with a bathroom sign . be back in five minutes . well that wasnt 5 minutes with the cashier being a male. It shouldnt have lasted that long. Not only did I wait 5 minutes but extra 10 so here it is 12:15 a.m. and when asking him why so long.. im out there with my 2 year old daughter. Can I have his manager name. He quickly gets defensive so we go back and forth and I still didnt get a manager nameWell to top that off he calls whoever still didnt get the manager tell her / he some lies as if im not still there then slams his phone on the tables. Humps his shoulders and says my manager said Im good so I dont care. Wow . then to make matters worse I simply ask for gas on pump 3 so Im out there another 5 minutes and still couldnt get my gas..i go tap the door on side Im parked at since its locked with no sign saying its locked. Use other side. Still couldnt get my gas I took a picture of the pump never showed how much I paid but still had the last person transaction . so then I have to walk all the way back around to ask for my money back to get gas else where since he couldnt give me my gas. Well I go ask for my money back and he wouldnt do that took him 5 minutes to call his manager to no how to do a refund are you kidding me. Then he has a friend there with him while he work ask everyone for a lighter but was leaning over the counter with him having a full blown conversations when others first got in.. I dont get it are yall running get together or gas station. I will never come back again I had to drive to doublebees just to get gas with no problems and freliendlier staff. I wouldnt recommend anyone here after 12 am then when I get home to look at the receipt he never put it on pump 3 it was pump 5 . I wouldnt recommend anyone here horrible experience need friendly smiling staff not rude ones.
