Writing a review to balance out the one by a person who gave a positive review but gave only one start for some weird reason. In any case, the staff was great. I wish I could remember the name of the person who helped me because they deserve a bonus. Unfortunately, since Covid they closed right before I could return the piece I bought (I was still within the time they gave me) but their extension doesnt cover my purchase. So I could not return because they were closed and they left me without option. Hopefully theyll be gracious with my situation.

FrustratingWent to get wedding band repaired. We have bought numerous items from Kays from Ohio to Arkansas and Arkansas is never able to locate our account. We are forced to go home and come back with the warranty. Why have an automated system when Arkansas is the only state unable to retrieve accounts purchased in other states.
