This is the place to go.Do NOT let them send jewelry for sizing or repair.The jewelers they use, Sterling Jewelers, does terrible work. Take your jewelry to a local jeweler that does repairs at the store.

This zales outlet was the best!! Brandy helped me with everything I was looking for and they have great deals. I got a 15% and 40% off discount. That’s a deal you cannot beat. She let me know prices before protection plans got added and the weight of the diamond too. I was getting 4 earrings for my ears and I definitely got a deal you cannot beat besides going to zales and only getting 15% off. They got merchandise in there that looks a good as the stuff in zales. I will definitely be going back to get more earrings again and thanks again brandy she has great customer service!!!

Don’t shop at Zales. In 5 years of marriage I’ve had 3 different rings and 7 repairs on rings. All because Diamonds fall out of every ring I’ve ever had. Don’t waste your money

Customer service lacked. Also bought a 400$ watch here only lasted under a year movado. Wouldnt spend money here if it was the last place to spend money at on earth.

I specifically called this location at 2:30 because I knew they closed for lunch at a strange time. They told me they would open up the store at 3:30, I again verified and repeated back to them that I would be there at 3:30....arrived at 3:30 and by 3:55 the store was not open. I’m assuming they opened at 4? why would I spend money at a store that does not care about my time. I specifically called for this reason and they lied about what time they would be open. Waste of my time and poor customer service.

I worked with April yesterday. She was extremely kind and helpful, AND she remembered when I had visited the store nearly seven years earlier! Earning our business, for sure.

I took my rings to be sized down and two weeks later they were sent back without being touched. No real explanation was given on the initial call besides the apprentices being new and perhaps the rings were placed in the wrong pile. That my belongings were so haphazardly and carelessly handled, I suppose I should be thankful I got them back at all. I didnt have time to send them off again before my engagement photos and frankly I do not trust them enough to handle my rings again. The people there were fine but dont bother with their out-of-house services, it isnt worth the risk or wasted time.

Calling and they wont pick up the phone. Seems they dont like to answer calls or are too understaffed. Need to know when my ring will be back.

Is your number on Google not the number to the store?? I have called over eight different times in four days with no response. I’m trying to figure out when my order will be here.

My wifes wedding band was damaged and they replaced it. Gave us the full cash price of her ring towards an new one. They then spent an hour with my wife selecting and trying on several different rings until she found the one she liked most. They never pushed to buy anything and were very polite and patient with us.

Awesome people there to help, the lady that helped us (Haley) was super nice and was a huge help. She was super excited for me in getting an engagement ring and they all really treated us well there. You really feel loved going in there, thank you Zales!

Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt with service. They were also helpful in finding an item for future purchase that we will be back soon for.

Customer service here was AMAZING!!! I had quite a few things to take care of wgen I went in today...they removed links from my husbands bracelet right in the store and cleaned ALL of my jewelry, even jewelry that wasnt purchased there. They took pictures of everything being sent in for warranty work and yodated our account since we just relocated. This store and the way they treated me...professionally, courageously, and promptly...has allowed Zales to earn back our future business! I would recommend this location to anyone of my friends and/or family!

Not really great service. I walked around before finally asking the woman cleaning the glass if she could help me. While 2 other women completely ignored me. I simply went in to have my engagement ring cleaned and inspected like I try to do at least every few months. The woman did not speak to me other then heres your cleaned ring.... then after walking around the entire store a few times before, during and after the cleaning, one of the other 2 asked if I needed help..... poor state of things if you ask me
