Great place to stop for ice cream and sweet treats. There is something for everyone’s sweet tooth

The first time I been there its so amazing I love the colors.

Such a cool little ice cream place! Its very colorful, candy and toys everywhere, so most kids will probably go bonkers in here. My two year old loved it, though, and she loved the ice cream. I enjoyed my cone as well. They have tons of fun flavors, fancy dipped cones, all sorts of fun stuff. Its a diabetes nightmare (LOL), but this place is awesome for a once in a while treat.

Pulling out my inner Karen....Extremely poor customer service. The website showed they closed at midnight and when we pulled up the open sign was on. We went in at 953pm and the man at the counter held his hand up and said they were closed. There were 7 of us going to get ice cream. He said he had closed his register down already because they had not had a customer in 20 min. We offered to pay by card since he had closed the register and he refused. We ended up going to Kirks and they were super nice and happy to have the business. DO NOT RECOMMEND supporting this business

Cute store. Lots of different candy to choose from. They have some unique choices along with the traditional candy such as M&Ms and Reeses. They also have lots of different flavors of ice cream with some yummy cone choices. It was a hard decision between the cookie cones (chocolate cookie and chocolate chip cookie) and the huge waffle cones rolled in white and milk chocolate, different candy and cookie pieces. I went with the waffle cone with white chocolate and M&Ms and my daughter got the one with white chocolate and Oreo cookie pieces. They were sweet and rich but yummy! We picked out a variety of candy and put in the ziplock bags they provide. They weigh your bag at checkout and their prices are somewhat high for the little amount of candy that you get. Also, I am curious to know if they subtract the weight of the bag from the total weight. They are nice, thick little bags that definitely add a good amount of weight on and when youre paying $12.95 per pound, you dont wanna pay for the bag. But overall its a cute candy store that the kids will enjoy looking around in and picking out different candies to fill their bags with.

Lots of candy to choose from. The merchandise was a little on the pricey side. Got a 2 scoop cone and a milk shake. Both were very good. The ice cream cone was huge.

Such a colorful and tasty shop! The ice cream is amazing. My favorite flavor is called little blue panda. Any candy you could think of, they have.

-WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE-My children wanted ice cream after a long day at the beach. Stopped by this local establishment. Asked if their ice-cream had egg as we have an allergy. They refused to look and began to show us non-dairy items. I asked if their chocolate had it…. They said…. “Oh….um….. all our ice cream has egg”. This would be a straight up lie. I guess the few seconds it would have taken to look at the ingredients is worth more than a positive review and sale. Go get ice cream at McDonalds. This place is embarrassing.

Unfortunately have to go with three stars on this one. Simply due to one employee serving my wife ice cream with peanuts in it... After she directly asked him if their was any in that flavor. He had ear phones in, looked and her and said nah. She took one bite and realized their was indeed peanuts in that flavor. We turned right around, walked back in and talked to a very nice younger man, who apologized immediately. The kicker was, that man looked at the man that gave it to us and told him that there was in fact peanut in that flavor. He said yeah of course. Just a small unfortunate event that could have turned out far worse.

Tons of sweets and toys. Plus had some amazing ice cream. Will definitely be back next time I visit Myrtle Beach!

This was my and my friends first time at myrtal beach I really wanted some ice cream. We saw this place coming into the city and thought to visit. The Peach ice cream and Toasted Coconut Pineapple were SO delicious!!!! And the safe was very friendly ♡

Great products, somewhat high prices. To be expected I suppose for a tourist area. Still a nice place to just let your kids fill up some bags with candy. Just be prepared to cough up a few bucks to do so. Friendly staff, clean store and parking lot.

This place is so cute. Candy everywhere. Ice cream was yummy. Service was friendly. I believe they stop serving ice cream 30 minutes before they close though.

I spent 2 + hours and could have spent more !! I absolutely love Sugar Life! Even if you cant have a lot of sugar, still check them out, they have a really good selection of Sugar free. I was visiting the Myrtle beach area from my home town of Rutherford County, and I could not go back home before I visited Sugar Life Ice Cream !!!! When I get back home, my 3 beautiful granddaughters will think I am the greatest mawmaw Ever !! Really cute store and friendly staff! Definitely worth going into. Theres a huge variety of candy, chocolate, and ice cream. They also have milkshakes and smoothies which is cool. They have an array of novelty items and toys too. Im sure kids would be in heaven here!

This place is a sugar lovers dream! I normally don’t stop at places like this but since we were on vacation I said YES & my two boys were THRILLED!! The candy selection is fantastic (although a tad pricey) & the ice cream was delish. The staff were EXTREMELY friendly, especially Regina & Destiny, & helped make the experience that much better. If you’re on vacation, or looking to splurge a bit, I recommend checking this place out!!

We walked in right at 9:30 p.m. while they were all open but apparently they dont serve ice cream starting at that time and they refused to serve us. They lost sales from our group of 11 people. Other than that, looked like a great candy store.

Good selection of both ice cream and scoop your own candy. Workers and patrons were unmasked, but they wore gloves for ice cream scooping. Gloves and lots of hand sanitizer was available for patrons to use.

Im only giving 2 stars because of the varieties of candy. The customer service stopped it from being 5 stars. 1st my daughter was asked what kind of ice cream she wanted and the lady walked away when she tried to order. 2nd, I understand that a place runs out of things; but it is all in how you say it. 3rd, just because you picked up the 3 scoop cup before even asking how many scoops my husband wanted doesnt mean that is what he has to get. But apparently here you do. He tries to get 2 scoops, she said well this is a 3 scoop cup, so that is what he got. Maybe they need to focus on the customers as much as they do each other.

We came in on vacation excited about trying Sugar life & looking for some last minute moments with the kids before heading home. We were not greeted upon entering & no one spoke to us unless we asked a question. We spent almost 30 min looking for souvenirs w little to no acknowledgment from the staff. Because of this we ended up only buying a tshirt & a cup then leaving to go somewhere else without trying any of the sweets. I’m still disappointed in how this turned out.

Me and my family went to the beach for a little weekend getaway. We saw this place and decided to go and we Loved it!! The kids loved it a lot and the adults loved it just as much!! Its a lovely store and we will be returning again soon.

They really should have some soft serve as well IMO, unless I missed it.. but otherwise its fun and cool and a place to take the kids. Obviously, like many of the touristy places they have a lot of overpriced nonsense mixed in with the experience, but that’s to be expected. It’s hard to pay the bills with just candy… so I get it.

Lots to choose from in the way of candy and ice cream. Place was very busy but things flowed smoothly. May want to work on maintenence as our table was about to fall apart. Ice cream was good and fresh and prices were good.

We walked into a kids paradise! Candy to the ceiling and ice cream choices that were fenominal. Our hostess from behind the counter was Gil R. she too was a parent of a teenager and appreciated that we all are kids inside. What a joy having this precious heart wait on us. She loves children, all of us and enjoys her job. It shines, through her eliminating personality. God Bless you Gil. We will be back. Loved our various ice cream treats and the visit in your stor.

This place has everything for your sweet tooth. The ice cream is good and they give you alot. I got one scoop cone and it was enough to feed two. Dont get two scoops unless you can eat alot of ice cream, lol

Been here a couple of times when I come on vacation but this first time making a purchase. My daughter put in her request which came to, $18.00. Purchased the two grands some too. Its hard to say if the price is reasonable because it goes by weight. The store was crowded but moved steady.

This place was awesome! Havent been to North Myrtle Beach in a while, however, this place was bright, cheery and the employees were just cute as can be. You will go into a sugar coma....oh yeah.And they have lots of flavors of ice cream and you can get all that in several different types of waffle cones or cups. Easy access, nice parking lot. Reasonably priced for a resort area.Will definitely be back

This is a fun place to get any type of candy you want. I have to go there every time I am in SC to bring candy back for the kids. The prices are a little steep.

Expensive! You can easily spend $100 PER BAG.Overpriced af, but youre paying for the experience, which was fun. I drew a line for my kids to fill up to, so it didnt end up being that bad for us. I also tried to convince them not to fill up with candy we can buy at any store (I.e., skittles). My middle child struggled with that one but oh well. Its done.We had 3 kinds of fudge, and while it was good, I wasnt expecting it to be so soft. Maybe I just like overcooked fudge?!My nieces and nephew had their ice cream... I regret not trying it. They said it was good!!If were ever back in the area, we will get ice cream for sure. We may pass on the candy again, unless its really unique and cant find in store.

Would of gave 5 stars but today Monday August 9th 2021, I was in there and witnessed the most unprofessional manger named kathy she got into an argument with one of her employees cursed at them and told us the customers to mind our business. All this in front of kids. Cops were called on her hopefully they fire her she is always rude and had a nasty attitude Im local and have witnessed this on many occasions with kathy

If I could give 0 stars I would. We checked out for our candy,stickers, and toys. Then decided to get icecream. Everyone working was beyond rude and acted as If they had no idea what was going on I paid for the icecream and she stops and says what about the cookies I charged you for?! What cookies!? We didnt order any cookies and she didnt offer a refund she started to just walk away with the cookies. So my husband said um we will take them I guess she looked so aggravated that she messed up. Got home looked in our bags and the 2 stickers we purchased werent in neither of the bags. This is the second time we been here first time was great this time horrible I wont be spending over 50$ in this place again to get home with cookies I didnt want and no stickers. Beyond aggravated 😡

They have a good amount of ice cream, but staff was rude and didnt listen very well.. seemed like they wanted to talk to eachother rather than listen to customers requests.

Was in the mood for soft serve ice cream and it was absolutely awful. I had gotten vanilla/chocolate twist and the vanilla definitely had chocolate in it and was not vanilla at all. The ice cream was also gritty and melted as soon as it was put in the cup. Waste of money!! Soft serve ice cream sould be creamy and smooth.

When we arrived with our kids one member of the staff near the open ice cream was not wearing a mask. When we motion for her to please put her mask up since we were all wearing ours she got very combative. Tithe point it upset my wife who is a nurse that we had to leave. That was today 1-18-2021. In the past we have had wonderful experiences there but this employee was very loud and disrespectful to us. Just want everyone to be as safe as possible, if she didn’t want to wear her mask she should not have showed up to work. It will be a while before thinking of returning. Which is sad because our children love this store.

Serious markup on products, but a fun treat for kiddos and (kiddos-at-heart) while on vacation. Not excited that they carry negative political items, but it’s hard to get away from that nonsense no matter where you go. The Jolted Cow ice cream is good for coffee lovers.

This is a candy store on overload! Sooo many candy choices, not to mention the many options for ice cream as well. Plenty of unicorn options if youre looking for a theme, from merchandise, to ice cream flavors to candies.

Milkshakes, fruit smoothies and sundaes made to order great service prep service is fast my only down is was kinda short staffed on my visit so it sometimes gets easily overwhelmed by large crowds but other than that 👍👍👍👍
