I cannot rave enough about the customer support and service at the AT&T Store in North Providence. Zaria & Geezelle were amazing! They were patient with my litany of questions in upgrading my phone and the necessary accessories. Not only was I 100% thrilled with their assistance and support but we had a wonderful time throughout the process. I am quite grateful to them and highly recommend the North Providence AT&T store.
Worker Zaryia(I think that was her name) and manager Geezelle were great and very patient when trying to help me with the issue I was having. I was there for almost 2 hours and they stood by me every step of the way and never gave up when even they couldnt figure out what was wrong with my grandmothers phone. All while helping other people that came in with their own issues as well. Thank you so much guys.
The young lady at this store, Mel, is a complete delight! I switched my number from simple mobile and not only was she switching me over, she was assisting a customer with technical assistance and dealing with an irate customer. A competent employee who can multi task, knows her job in and out, and also very kind. It’s very rare to find people like her. I hope att and it’s affiliates recognize and APPRECIATE HER!
I highly recommend the AT&T North Providence store. Chris, the store rep was very courteous and knowledgeable when he upgraded my iPhone 6 to iPhone 11. As a Deaf person, I totally appreciated his taking time to communicate with me via paper and pen. Fortunately, I had Live Caption app (Speech to Text app) and it was a breeze communicating back and forth. We need more Chrises out in the retail stores. MB
Chris and Mel were very helpful. They were patient and made sure we went over every feature and option so i could decide on them. I only buy a new phone every 5 years so they answered all my questions. They were also upfront and honest with the whole deal.
Melanie and Chris helped me and they were incredible. They helped me get my business line set up and they worked really hard on it. They deserve 5 stars for how well of a customer service they gave me! And give to everyone that comes in to that store...I never feel so values as a customer. They are the Best...

Mel was an absolute delight to work with. Not only was she competent about the phone she sold me, but she treated me like a person, not like a salesperson whos pushy and overbearing. I will only come to this location and thats because of mel. She exerts true customer service and thats rare nowadays.

Worst dealer. att should fire store manager, when I went first time to move my postpaid to prepaid. Waiting for one hour and then said they are closing store. Second time when I went manager said I cant move from postpaid to prepaid. They dont want to work and resolve issues for customers. Then I went to other dealer they resolved my issue in half hour.
First time going to the NP ATT store and it did not disappoint! Cooper was an amazing help with a great personality!
The new store manager Noah was polite, accommodating, and pleasant. He made my in-store experience straight forward and stress free.I came in looking to add an Apple Watch to my plan, not only did he explain and compare all my available options, he suggested ways for me to save money on my bill and take advantage of premium services I already had.If you’re looking to upgrade your phone or your plan Noah’s your guy!

Stopped in last night to upgrade and add a line. What a great experience! We didnt feel rushed or pushed into anything. Although it was close to closing hours Noah the manager took his time to make sure we left happy. He answered the hundreds of questions I asked, was knowledgeable about a ton of stuff and hooked us up with some good accessories. I would deff go back!
Ive been a customer with AT&T since Ive had a cell phone, and I love it! I went into the north providence location earlier in the month, and the sales rep attended to my needs and I left the store very satisfied. He was polite, attentive, and showed concern to my problem. He took the steps necessary to repair my phone, I wish customer service was this easy to come by more often. I hope this feedback benefits the entire team, I will recommend this store to anyone!

We recently spent about 3 hrs in the store dealing w manager Dan Rodriguez We agreed to switch from sprint based on deals and incentives he was supposedly giving us. He quoted us one price but our bill was double even after paying over $200 in store that day. I have since reached out for help in understanding and rectifying the false info he provided and he has refused to return my calls and after repeated attempts to speak with him he finally told me to go online. Complete scam. He can take our business waste 3 hours of our day but when we have an issue he can’t help us. I am now waiting for regional to call me, not holding my breath, so we can either rectify this or I’ll go back to sprint. The girl Elysia that’s works there was extremely professional - the only good thing this place has.
By far the most professional staff Ive encountered in the retail world. Every employee is always willing to help you with any questions. Store manager Vanessa is the perfect example of what a leader should be.

Do not believe all this liar say, very deceiving sales person. First lied about the time it will take to receive my new device in the mail, than I went to cancel and told me it was canceled already, then few days later got them in the mail. The order was never cancel as I requested.

Atnt wouldn’t publish my review cause they said it directs business away . Hello!!!!!!! That is why you right reviews . Stay away from atnt they have horrible customer service online, and at the call center. This store besides being under staffed was mediocre at best . Wish I went with another company and I am regretting my choice . Call center operator miss spelled my email and I wasn’t able to receive any of my bills .then they tried to charge me late fees when the error was on their end..... Worst thing about it was it took them two weeks to actually update my email address . Horrible!!!! Stay away ! Much better companies out there !

I absolutely love coming to this at&t! Ive been to other at&t locations in the state and the customer service I received here was beyond the best Ive seen. Everyone was really friendly and the staff was really helpful at answering questions and providing me with the new phone that I needed, I was due for an upgrade!.. the girl that works there I believe her name was shaquira or shakira like the singer lol Im not quite sure but she was amazing. She even went as far as finding a better plan for my family and I. In all Im very pleased I would definitely recommend this at&t location to friends.

I visited this store for my iPhone. Your representative, Akeem Adedoyin went above and beyond to help me. My new phone wouldn’t sync with my information and he took the time to fix the problem even though it took awhile. You need more employees like this one!
