So my LG V40 stopped making and taking phone calls yesterday!! What?! Apparently all the LG V40s were having the same issue..as I found this out upon entering the store. Well...I couldnt have been more lucky to have had the best 2 associates working there yesterday! Derek and Deanna. I immediately got the full attention I was hoping for when I arrived, clearly upset and frustrated. But Derek was so helpful and already knowledgeable about what was happening, that I wasnt upset for long. Deanna was with another patron but also gave me her full attention when she became available. It was wonderful to see the teamwork between them in helping each other as well while I was there. I got a new phone and was well compensated for the issue with my old one. I could go on and on about how professional and courteous they were, but you can see for yourself when you go there. I highly recommend this store and definitely will return for any issue I may have in the future!! Thank you Derek and Deanna for putting a smile back on my face! Hands down the best customer service I have received in a very long time!!!!!

I recently broke my Samsung Galaxy and have only used a version of the Galaxy phone for many years. Unfortunately due to the chip shortage, many phones are currently out of stock at the Verizon store where I purchased my last phone. I figured it couldnt hurt to try the mineral spring store instead and Im so glad that I did. Not only did they have more phones in stock but they also have a much larger store and very friendly and knowledgeable sales people like Derek. He showed me a few options and explained everything in great detail so that I would know exactly what I was getting into. I really appreciate the personal service and help that I received and I got a great phone at a great price! Thanks Derek!

This location has been my go-to for the last several years. In my most recent visit, upgrading from an S10 to an S21, the staff were once again the best. Jose S handled my upgrade, and saw that I was a loyal customer and searched for every promo and deal he could offer me to make me feel valued and appreciated.Jose - you struck the perfect balance between being professional but also personable. I was having problems activating my phone and went to this store to get help with it. I met with Andy Kobbs, a sales consultant on staff at the time, he worked tirelessly to figure out the problem despite it taking an hour and a half. I got excellent service here and I would recommend this store and Mr. Kobbs in particular to anyone who wants to buy a phone on the verizon network or with any technical problems they have.

My iPhone 11 was giving me huge problems so I went to get an new one. I first worked with Jeik who was knowledgeable, real and super helpful. He did not try to put me in a phone that I did t need, he showed me all my options and gave me knowledgeable guidance. I ordered a new phone that I wanted. When I went to pick it up… once again Jeik was super pleasant and helped me pick out the accessories. There was a unique and very strange problem with my account accepting my old phone as a trade in… apparently something that does not happen very often. Derek, the store manager, assisted Jeik in this debacle. He was super helpful and apologetic. He reached out to several other colleagues asking for assistance. He had to call corporate and customer care… we were on the phone close to 2 hours trying to rectify this situation. Through my whole 4 hours of sitting in the store with Jeik and then Derek they both made me feel like this situation was going to get taken care of and that I was going to get the phone and the plan and promotion that I wanted. Derek stayed over an hour past closing time to see this problem through to a solution. I was so impressed with the professionalism and perseverance to get this resolved. Thank you! I highly recommend this store and will be taking my son there soon for his upgrade.

I locked my phone and couldnt remember my password, even attempted to do a factory reset and lose all my data. Luckily it didnt work so I went to this verizon store and Andy, a tech there, was able to unlock and get all my data back. I have had problems in the past and all the people there are always friendly and helpful, I highly recommend this location, the techs are very knowledgeable about all the phones they carry.

Do not go to this store! Its run by a third party and Verizon does not stand behind anything they do. Your 100% on your own regarding changes. The BOGO is a bait and switch situation, dont fall for this promotion.

I paid for ONE phone and ONE tablet at the time of purchase WITH THE SECOND PHONE BEING FREE HENCE BOGO. Those charges were never applied to my account by Verizon, they went directly into the stores pocket. I HAVE NOW PAID FOR A PHONE AND A TABLET TWICE BECAUSE OF THIS! When I called Verizon, THEY AGREED IT WAS FRAUD, HOWEVER there was nothing they could do about it because the purchase was made at a third party store. . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. My husband and I were thinking about switching our Verizon cell phone carrier to other cell phone company. The reason was because we wanted to add another line to our cell phone account. We found one carrier that we thought its a good deal. But, before we proceed to the new carrier, my husband thought to stop by at the nearby Verizon Retailer on Mineral Spring in North Providence, RI. He thought we should check first if we could get a better deal by adding a line. As soon as we walked into the store, we were greeted warmly by Isaac Le. Immediately we felt so welcome and very comfortable with him. Isaac explained to us efficiently about the current cell phone promotion. Of course, the promotion was very attractive, but we thought its still pricey. We wanted to downsize our cell phone bill. So we decided to check with the other carrier. Isaac was so professional and understanding, the qualities we liked.We went ahead to the other carrier. Yes, the bill was much lower for three lines and my husbands friend that uses the carrier is happy with it. We love the lower bill, but not happy with the poor customer service and we didnt like the cell phone model they have. Without wasting our time, we went back to Isaac Le the same day. We immediately decided to add another cell phone line.Isaac Le is very patience and sincere. He really listened to us, attentive, and has great knowledge of the product that is the Android we purchased that day. Because of his great explanation about the wireless charger, we also bought two wireless chargers for our home and vehicle. We were so pleased with his clear communication skill. Isaac was also very helpful. He went above and beyond. There were things about the new Android we didnt understand. Isaac took his time to explained to us until we understood the product.We decided to keep Verizon because of the great customer service. Thank you Isaac Le for making our choice simple and easy.We are very happy with our new Android and the wireless chargers.My husband and I are extremely happy with Isaac Les excellent customer service, and we highly recommend him to anyone!

We had a great experience here. My wife and I upgraded to the new iPhone 11 and the process was smooth and efficient. Thank you Jeremy for all your help-earlier this week. I came in with a water damaged phone and had to use my laptop to gather my account information. I appreciate the courtesy from the cup of water, WiFi, excellent customer service, to leaving with an iPhone 11 Pro Max at a good deal. This store staff is professional and efficient.

They need to hire more employees or not take so many customers at once since clearly they cant handle the work load, second time this week coming here having to wait over an hr n half before even asked for assistance.Although I must say the employees here are very respectful and took very good care of me once I was able to talk to someone.

I would recommend Alejandro at this location. He was very helpful and patient making my experience at the store stress free and fast. Amazing attitude! Will always come here now for services.

Derek at mineral spring avenue Verizon literally spent his whole day and almost night helping me thru the process. As I was in store I was offered drinks and food for complimentary being a customer. However Derek was able to not only get me a better phone, cheaper rate and was honest the whole way. Remember these people work on commission and he was not concerned about his commission. He only concern was to make me a happy customer by doing everything possible that could be done. I would recommend you to the store to see Derek for sure!!!

Horrible customer service..They DO NOT answer the phone and they left me standing there for atleast 20 min before anyone even spoke to me. And about 6 weeks ago I returned a charger that was purchased there a day earlier.. apparently they dont have cash on hand at the store so the refund check would be mailed to the store where I could pick it up. That was almost 8WEEKS ago and still no refund check.. The service SUCKS. Would not recommend going there

Very attentive, very professional customer service folks. I worked with Jordan who spent several hours with me on a tough situation. He never stopped working until the matter was resolved. My life is slightly better today than it was just yesterday largely because of Jordan. Hes a great representative of Verizon. Hes the future for that company.

I bought a Samsung Galaxy watch & had 2 return it because it couldnt hold a charge. When I returned it they took 200 dollars towards the bill & had 2 wait 3 weeks for my other 600. Ive had a bad experience at this location more than once. Stay away!!!!

Great selection. Knowledgeable sales staff.Frustration with Verizon regarding current price plans that dont offer competitive plans for individuals. There is no mid range plan these days. You pay for basics or unlimited. Grrr.Also frustrating is the constant upsell. Though it did seem like a good deal, I was not interested at this time.

I went to this store with my boyfriend this weekend and talked with James about buying the new Galaxy S10. He talked to us about our options and when we told him we were interested in adding another line informed us that the bill would not be much higher given the discounted price for having three lines. We didnt buy that day but he gave us his cell phone number so we could call him when we were ready. When I called he referred us to an other associate Jeff since he wasnt working that day. Jeff was equally as helpful and we were in and out of the store in an hour. This store and the associates are fantastic!

Beware! Theses guys will rip you off. They are not a real Verizon wireless store. They charge extra fees and higher prices just for the experience. They also dont accept Verizon wireless rewards discounts. We went in for an iPhone 8 and all they did was bad mouth the phone and push us into an iPhone 7. The employee got in my face calling me names when I called them out on their practices. I obviously left with nothing and will never be back here again. We went to an actual Verizon wireless store and came home happy with what we wanted. Verizon should shut these guys down for making them look like a bad shady company.

Pat was unbelievable. Taught me so much. Spent hours fixing problems that should have been fixed by first technician. Professional, knowledgable, and would not give up till my system was working 100%. Also, gave tutorial and explained how to do shortcuts. All employees should follow his example. I had a horrible experience here. Would not recommend this place. Went in for an issue with a brand new phone I got in Feb. After lots of rigamarole they tried to tell me my phone was dead but I could buy a new one at a discounted price FOR CASH ONLY!! I declined and went to a regular Verizon store. In less than 10 seconds the tech there turned the phone on and explained the issue. No new phone needed.

Anthony was very good! He explained everything to us I thank him we have been loyal Verizon costomers for a long time now. The only complaint I have is not with Anthony, but with the prices that we pay per month for our services. We went to portugal recently and I was charged fees for my phone that I did not use at all except when I was on WIFi and I got charged for texted coming into my phone I never once responded to any of the text but I got charged. I really dont think thats right I was not very happy about that. You should probably look into situations like that because its really not fair so my suggestion is that you may want to look at my account and maybe there is something that could be done thank you Lori.

Do not buy a phone here unless you want to pay $45 extra. They charge a $45 device setup fee that no other Corporate Store charges. They don’t explain this fee until you ask. Once I caught it on my contract they explained it as a Above and beyond service that other stores don’t offer. Thanks for turning on my phone and plugging it into my old phone, totally worth $45....Last piece of advice, avoid working with Galen Campbell; unless terrible sales pitches are your thing. I came in with knowing what phone I wanted and a good idea of which plan I wanted to upgrade too. This process took an hour and half. Between him trying to upsell, pitching things that I didn’t ask for or needed, or me having to ask a million questions to get the proper info on the different plan options. When all said and done, Galen did not upgrade my plan nor enroll me in auto pay like I had asked. So much for Above and Beyond service. The worst part is when I called the store the so called manager Ed didn’t not hear me out but instead passed me off to Galen. Galen did not take accountability, instead gave me excuses “I thought I had done that for you, I apologize if I didn’t. Dude this was 3 days ago you can’t remember?TLDR: Bogus $45 Device setup fee, terrible service start to finish, god awful salesman, Verizon Customer Service resolved my issues with the fee.
