I was selling my Canon R6 on the marketplace for $350 and they reached out offering me $345 I said 100% yes take it! I set a date with the person I was talking to, I live about 50 minutes away so this was a trip for me. I was super excited. I also sent them another message confirming what i was bringing down and they said all good to go!When I got there the gentleman behind the desk said the person I was talking to made a mistake and he could only offer me $140. That is a 40% difference. I was extremely upset since I drove all the way down thinking I was getting that price I was asking for I was so upset I just said take it. I was angry and not thinking clearly and I wish I just kept it to see if I could get what I was asking for it. That camera I paid 500$ for…I asked for 350 they offered me 340 and I ended up with $140….what a dang ripoff. My camera was in MINT condition it was basically new and I really needed that money they said they would give me. It was very disappointing. And shame on me for not taking the camera back but shame on them for not honoring the price I confirmed TWICE with them

They aren’t responding to my messages and when I asked if they were open he said yes and when I went the doors were locked. My messages are just getting ignored at this point and it’s pissing me off.

I was freaking out because my iPhone 4 just stopped responding to everything even being put on the charger. I assumed the problem was the battery but could not be sure. I had the screen replaced at another place because I didnt know about BuyCellFix. The repair was successful but I was so low on $$ this time I just could not afford their prices. I found this place out if the blue, visited the site and quickly realized their prices were WAY better, even on the screen repair I had already paid for. I went and Amy replaced my battery and got my phone back in business. She even let me know I could have a used one for even cheaper! All this while chatting with me and just being really nice. Went to another local repair shop first & got a bad vibe. Estimate from that shop was $120 for the screen& they had to do a low level reset..BuyCellFix was honest & quick! $85 to swap out my screen within an hour with a 90 day warranty. The lady who owns this place with her husband (I believe her name is Pam) is so sweet and gets the job done very quickly! I have gotten about 4 screens fixed by her, my friend has gotten about 10. Always very satisfied with both the price and the speed of the installation. I would recommend to anyone!

Austin at BuyCellFix provided amazing customer service. I cracked my iPhone 6 screen and was unable to enter the passcode to access my (many) photos and personal data on the phone. He was super supportive, patient, and helpful over the phone before I drove down. In the store (no appointment needed, no wait time), he provided incredibly fast service and showed me the inside of my phone to confirm that it was in excellent condition, despite its broken screen. Austin even confirmed that the new screen would be a successful replacement before completing the service - one of my biggest concerns was that I would leave a store having paid for a partially functioning phone and this completely erased that worry for me. The phone looks like, and functions like new. I was impressed with the entire experience and would highly recommend having screens replaced at this business.

Broke my lcd on my iphone 7 plus and home button screw was hard to take off bc I tried to replace the screen myself. but original price to fix it was $100 so I went to this place and he offered to do it for $50 bc I bought my own screen replacement for $25. now my colors are back to normal! touch is a bit off but maybe thats bc of the screen I bought. butAWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE
