I recently made the switch from Verizon to T Mobile, and very pleased! John was able to recommend a great plan, and I got a great deal on 2 iPhone SE.

When the associate didnt know a few questions I asked. I asked how long has he been working there. He became a little confrontational. I dialed it down right away but I wont be going back to that store anytime soon

Just had the absolutely worst experience here with Justin. Not only was his customer service terrible he didn’t even activate the TWO phones we got. Honestly go to the one on Main Street. They’re sooo much better

It is a breathe of fresh air to see a manager who cares about her customers and potential customers as much as Janel does. Been going to this T- mobile store for years ..so pretty much seeing my OGs there still the best...

Overall I have had great experiences with this store but the past few times I have gone to the store, it has been unbearably hot in the store. I mentioned this to an associate who said that they agree but it was the manager who sets the temperature. I really dont like to sweat when Im waiting to pay my bill. Please fix this, otherwise great service!

This T-Mobile location is the best. They are willing to help you in any shape or form. Went in to upgrade or i should say get a better phone. The wait was a bit long but they made me feel delightful. This will be the only T-mobile location i will go to in PROVIDENCE.

I went in to change a newly acquired at&t phone to my existing t-mobile account, which Ive had for over 16 years now. The female employee, whose name I unfortunately failed to get, tried to sell me a new SIM card so she could try to sync my contacts and photos. She said she didnt think it would work and told me the SIM card was not returnable, even if it didnt work. I proceeded to ask a few other questions as I was unfamiliar with the process and she sighed loudly as if I were bothering her! She subsequently told me to go to at&t to see if they could do the switch.Instead of following her advice I went to the T-Mobile located at Smithfield Crossing. I was helped by Sara who immediately began to work on transferring my contacts and photos without any issues. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes and she was pleasant and very informative. My new store to say the least. And never going back to the mineral spring store. This is the 3rd time in two years they have been utterly useless and misinformed me.

Great associates that care about customer satisfaction. Would recommend this Tmobile store and visit again.
